In managing reports on sales of fuel oil (BBM) at gas stations xxx Semarang using reports in the form of paper. The sales report paper is then recapitulated by the Administrative Officer. When going to perform data processing, the officer finds it difficult to present the sales data requested by the Manager. To overcome the problems that exist in the manual system, it is necessary to create a BBM Sales Information System so that data management and report generation can be done better. This research focuses on sales data for each type of fuel. To illustrate the requirements of the system using a use case diagram. The information system that will be created is built for the Android operating system that runs on tablet devices to make it easier for operators to fill in fuel sales data. The database used is SQLite because it is one of the databases that support mobile devices. The new system development method uses a prototype model. The stages used in the development of this system include the needs identification stage, the design stage, the prototyping manufacturing stage, the testing stage, and the implementation stage. The results of the development show that the Gas Station Sales Recording Application can run well because it is according to the manager's needs.

Customer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or displeasure with a product or service from a company. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, corporate image, and customer value on customer satisfaction. A total of 100 indihome customers in Semarang City were taken as samples by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that product quality, company image, and customer value had a positive and significant effect. While the service quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction. The customer value variable has the most dominant influence on indihome customer satisfaction in the city of Semarang.

The number of businesses in laundry resulted in the number of competitors getting tougher. One of the management strategies that can be applied in creating and increasing competitive advantage is to implement a cost advantage strategy. This study aims to determine the cost advantage strategy in the Express Laundry business in Purwakarta. Data collection techniques in this study by conducting direct observations in the field and interviews with informants in accordance with the problems studied. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is the implementation of a cost advantage strategy in the laundry business, Express Laundry provides quality products at low prices to be an attraction for customers. Armed with good service and affordable service prices, this business can have high market potential. Good service quality from a laundry or laundry business is the most important thing in providing satisfaction to customers.   Keywords: Cost Advantage, Laundry Business, Express Laundry

This study aims to analyze the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation (Innovation, Risk Taking, Proactive) on MSME Performance; The mediating effect of Financial Access and Competitive advantage is based on the direct and indirect subsections of Entrepreneurial Orientation. The object of this research is Culinary SMEs in Grobogan. Data were obtained from 84 samples of Culinary SMEs in Grobogan which were taken by accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that Risk Taking and Proactive have a positive effect on MSME Performance. While innovation does not affect the performance of SMEs. Innovation and Proactive have a positive effect on Financial Access, while Risk-taking has no effect on Financial Access. Access to Finance has a positive effect on Competitive Advantage, and Competitive Advantage has a positive effect on MSME Performance). Financial Access and Competitive Advantage are able to mediate the relationship between proactiveness and MSME performance but are unable to mediate the relationship between innovation and risk-taking with the performance of culinary MSMEs in Grobogan

This research was intended to evaluate the influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of village officials in Subah Sub-District, Batang Regency. This research was classified as quantitative research. Data were collected successfully by distributing questionnaires directly to the research site. The research population was amounted to 174 people, while the research sample was composed of 122 samples. The results showed that the leadership and motivation variables were partially and simultaneously influencing the performance of village officials in Subah Sub-District, Batang Regency. The variables of leadership and motivation were simultaneously able to affect the performance of village officials by 59.4%. This research was dominated by the work motivation variable, because by a 1% increase in motivation, the performance of village officials would have an effect of 0.357%.

Educators have a very important role for the development of human resources quality. Therefore, the performance of educators in the Rindam IX/Udayana needs to be considered. The performance of educators is the result of work both in quality and quantity achieved by an educator in carrying out the tasks for which they are responsible. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, work culture and leadership on the performance of educators at Rindam IX Udayana. The sample used in the study was 120 respondents. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that competence, work culture and leadership have a positive and significant effect on the performance of educators at Rindam IX Udayana. Increasing competence, good work culture and good leadership will improve the performance of educators at Rindam IX Udayana. The competence factor has the greatest influence on the performance of educators at Rindam IX Udayana. Therefore, educators are required to master teaching materials and have the ability to provide guidance to students, to be wise and authoritative in addressing any problems or learning process in the Rindam IX Udayana

This study purpose to determine the effect of SMEs financial reports on access to credit that can be received by SMEs entrepreneurs in the Covid 19 pandemic. This study uses primary data obtained from direct observations with catering owners Mbok Dade. The analysis technique used is observation and literature study. The results of the study indicate that the SMEs Financial Statements can be one of the supporting factors in obtaining access to bank credit. Other factors can be in the form of prospective customer profiles and credit guarantees.

One source of external financing of a company is debt. Therefore, debt-related policies are very important for companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, and sales growth on debt policy. The population in this study were food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2018. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling so that a sample of 39 company data was obtained. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on debt policy. Meanwhile, profitability and sales growth have no effect on debt policy

This study aims to analyze the effect of consumer satisfaction on willingness to pay and to analyze the effect of consumer satisfaction on willingness to pay with reputation variable as moderated. The population in this study are consumers who buy Honda motorcycle products at Honda Prima & AHASS Pemalang Motorcycle Dealers. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The purposive sampling technique is a sampling-based on the criteria aimed at by the researcher. The data analysis used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on willingness to pay for consumers of Honda Prima & AHASS Pemalang Motorcycle Dealers. The company's reputation moderates the effect of consumer satisfaction on willingness to pay on consumers of Honda Prima & AHASS Pemalang Motorcycle Dealers

The purpose of this study was to determine the Acceptance and Management of Customer Funds at Bank Jateng, Magelang Coordinator Branch. This type of research is qualitative, because it emphasizes the process that is taken from the phenomenon and then the conclusion is drawn. The object of this research came from 20 informants or resource persons who work at the Bank Jateng, Magelang Coordinator Branch. The data source of this study came from an informant who was interviewed structurally. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) Receipt of customer funds at the Magelang Coordinator Branch Bank Jateng uses the accrual-based method. Where the funds received by the Magelang Coordinator Branch Bank Central Java can be in the form of demand deposits, savings deposits, and time deposits. These funds are collected from the community. (2) Management of customer funds at the Magelang Coordinator Branch Bank Central Java uses a cash-based method. The management of customer funds at Bank Jateng, the Coordinator of Magelang Branch, is in the form of loans, such as: PLO credit, Small Business Credit (KUK), Multipurpose Credit, People's Business Credit (KUR), KFW Loans, and additional business capital for family business activities.
