The impact on healthcare organization on the territory of Russian Arctic of unique natural and climatic, demographic, ethnic, settlement and professional factors of influencing the health of population, constantly or temporarily living on this territory is studied. The necessity is substantiated of various forms and resource provision with healthcare services such real and potential patients of Arctic medical institutions, as representatives of indigenous small peoples of the North, workers of mining and metallurgical industry, military personnel, sailors and shift workers. In this connection a correction of a number of All-Russian normative acts is proposed.

: Manganese ore is an important metallurgical raw material that holds an important strategic position in the national economy of China. However, the grade of manganese ore in the country is mostly low, and the utilization efficiency of lowgrade manganese ore resources is low, which seriously restrict the healthy and stable development of China’s metallurgical industry. As a new green heating method, microwave is expected to address the problems of conventional methods and realize the effective utilization of low-grade manganese ore. In this paper, the research status of the microwave composite reduction of pyrolusite in recent years is reviewed. Microwave plays an important role in metallurgy, and it is the current direction pursued to improve the research intensity of microwave heating and extend it to actual industrial processes.

The publication presents changes occurring in technological processes of producing steel after transformation of economic system in Poland after year 1989 and conducted repair programs within restructuring of metallurgical industry of iron and steel. Changes were based on withdrawals of economically unprofitable technologies, including open hearth furnaces through expansion of electrical and converter technologies of steel manufacturing up to activities which were connected with changing the profile of manufactured assortment.

Rail transport conveyer is special transportation equipment that is widely used in the field of metallurgical industry. It is the key to ensure equipment operation efficiency on a production site. But the low lift system efficiency and poor reliability are difficult technical problems in the enterprise. In this case, rail transport conveyer uses the worm gear and screw nut lifting mechanism. The project carries on rail vehicle lifting system modeling and dynamic simulation study through Solid Edge ST5 and ADAMS, combined with simulation technology, virtual prototype design. Research purpose is in order to match the coefficient of friction between the screw and screw nut better, and to match different speed ratio for the drive gear pair and the lifting mechanism being in empty back to travel and work schedule. Another aim is to match the speed of the lifting speed and walking speed, and to reduce the error probability. Results show that the motor can get better speed matching relation with lifting mechanism through research, further optimizing the structure of lifting system parameters. Through the analysis and structure optimization, we can improve the reliability of rail transport vehicle lift system, and implement efficient fast for copper anode lifting and positioning precision. The ultimate goal is to achieve vertical hanging in electrolytic cell anode plate, and to make electrolytic operation to achieve the best state.
