This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Taxes, Regional Retribution, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds on the allocation of Capital Expenditures in DI Yogyakarta Region consisting of five Regencies / Cities for the period of 2012-2016. This study is analyzing the variable X against variable Y. Design The study was compiled based on APBD data in the Realization of DI Yogyakarta Regional Revenues and Expenditures in 2012-2016 taken from BPS DI Yogyakarta with a sample data on Regional Taxes, Regional Retribution, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Capital Expenditures. The variables used are Local Tax (X1), Regional Retribution (X2), General Allocation Fund (X3), Special Allocation Fund (X4), and Capital Expenditure (Y). The analysis for testing in this study used SPSS.20, the techniques used were Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and Determination Coefficient Test. The results of this study indicate that partially Regional Levies and Special Allocation Funds do not have a significant effect on Capital Expenditures, while Regional Taxes and Special Allocation Funds have an influence on Capital Expenditures, simultaneously Regional Taxes, Regional Retribution, General Allocation Funds, and Allocation Funds Specifically has a significant influence on Capital Expenditures. The magnitude of the influence of Regional Taxes, Regional Retibusi, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds on Capital Expenditures is 77.8% while the remaining 22.2% is explained by other factors.

This study is to examine the influence: between atmosphere of the organization and employees’ satisfaction against the employees’ performance partially or simultaneously. The good atmosphere of the organization became more effective in increasing employees’ work satisfaction; and finally obtain good employees’ performance. This situation cannot be found in this company. This study used descriptive methode.  All of employees became sample (36 people). The data was collected by observation, interview and questioner.  The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with F-test (simultaneous) and T-test (partial) at the significance level of 95%. The result of the study provides a conclusion as follow:  1. There is  a significant influence between organization atmosphere against the employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers.  (2) There is  a significant influence between employees’ satisfaction against the employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers, (3) There is a significant influence between organization atmosphere and employees’ satisfaction altogether against employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers.

This study aims at determining the influence of the profit-sharing system, security of funds, facilities and services toward Customer's decision to choose sharia banking in Surakarta. The research employs a method survey; it analyzes the Customer's decision to choose sharia banking. The researcher collects the data from the respondents through a questionnaire. The sample is taken by purposive random sampling. 100 customers come from 10 sharia banking in Surakarta. To test the hypothesis, the researcher uses multiple regression analysis, t-test, F test, and determinant coefficient by using SPSS. The finding of the research is that there is significant influence among variable profit-sharing system (X1), the security of funds (X2), facilities (X3), and service (X4) toward Customer's decision to choose sharia banking (Y). However, there is one significant influence. It is a profit-sharing system toward Customer's decision to choose sharia banking. The four variables; profit-sharing system, the security of funds, facilities, and services toward Customer's decision to choose sharia banking is 46.50%. At the same time, the rest is about 53.50 %, derived from another variable which is out of research.

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, solvability, and inventory activity toward the Audit Delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results show that profitability, solvability, and inventory activity have no effect on audit delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Audit Delay,  Inventory Activity, Profitability, and Solvability

<p>In any organization, knowledge leader and communication are subject which helps organizations reach productivity. The aim of the research is to study the contribution of knowledge leader and communication toward employee productivity at West Java Conference Office. To this end, this research used questionnaires distributed to 59 employees at West Java Conference Office. Data was calculated using Pearson Product Moment. All questionnaires are valid, and reliability using Cronbach's Alpha for knowledge leader was obtained at 0,846. Communication was obtained at 0,918 and productivity was obtained at 0,779. Research method using descriptive analytical survey with quantitative data. Data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis using T-Test. The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence on the knowledge leader toward productivity with significance (sig.) 0000 at the table with the value of α 0:05 coefficients it means 0.000 &lt;0.05. There is a significant influence on communication toward productivity with significance (sig.) 0.035 at the table with the value of α 0, 05 it means 0.035 &lt; 0.05 and test of determination shows that the value of adjusted R Square is 0.873, it indicates that the Knowledge Leader and Communication 87% effect on the productivity, and the remain of 13% is influenced by other variables, which is not examined yet.</p>

This research is aimto analyze the influence of trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman. The population in this research is the Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman in 2015. The sample was taken by purposive sampling using the formula of Slovin, with sample size as much as 90 respondents. Data analysis is performed multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t-test. The results of this study show that trust and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the working life and leadership for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The relevant data are taken with quantity and quality analyses. Data analyses method used are interview, validity and realibility test of multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, t test, and f test. The conclusion from the results above is the working life and leadership for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. F test show that variable of the working life and leadership have significant influence for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu at the 5% significant level. T test show that variable of working life and leadership have significant influence for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu at the 5% significant level. Correlation coefficient show that variable working life and leadership have significant for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Working life and leadership could explain the changes in the employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu for 82.5 percent and the balance of  17.5 percent is explained by the other variables which did not included in the this research.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity towards the capital structure on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The partially effect is shown by T test, except for profitability variable and the simultaneous effect is shown by F Test. The result of this research shows that the profitability and liquidity affect the capital structure simultaneously. This research is intended to know the influence of The Fed Rate, Exchange Rate, and Economic Growth on the IHSG, with Inflation as a moderating variable in Indonesia. The population in this research is from Indonesia. The multiple regression analysis conducted estimates. The data used in this study were secondary, consisting of the fed rate, exchange rate, and economic growth on the IHSG for the year 2000-2019. This research shows that the Fed Rate variable has no significant effect based on the partial test (t-test). In contrast, the Exchange Rate and Economic Growth variables have a significant effect on the variables of the IHSG in Indonesia, the simultaneous test (F test), the fed rate, exchange rate, and economic growth have a significant effect on the variables of the IHSG. Inflation can moderate the relationship between the fed rate, exchange rate, and economic growth on the IHSG. Keywords: The Fed Rate, Exchange Rate, Economic Growth, Inflation, IHSG.
