The spread of Corona Virus in along 2020 is unpredictable and uncontrolled. According to this condition, a lot of Big Company weakened and got involved in to a worst situation and even collapse. And of course, Small Micro Enterprise (SME) will be or had been bothered by the impact. Indonesian Government has made various efforts to avoid the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic on SME. There are a lot of ways and approaches implemented to overcome it. The objectives of the study is to find win-win solution for SME to keep survive during the COVID-19 epidemic. The population of the study is the Indragiri Hulu SME Entrepreneurs. The Category of five years are selected to be the sample which is limited to 10 successful survival entrepreneurs that represents the descriptive category. Moreover, the data analysis technique used in this study was data analysis with a data reduction model that was obtained from data collection and data display. The results of this study show six strategies based on push and pull factors theories, as social psychology theory which develop the survivalist entrepreneurship in Indragiri Hulu. The strategy also needs to pay attention on opportunity, added value, necessity, overcome and avoiding dissatisfaction of the previous way.  Furthermore, it is also suggested that an entrepreneur of SME players needs to play strategy in order to establish and survive the business during the epidemic, because the epidemic is not the end of everything.

The research was conducted at PT Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru branch. The aim is to determine the direct effect of leadership and organizational culture on work motivation and employee performance of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru branch. This study took a sample of 130 people. The variables used are leadership, organizational learning, work motivation and employee performance. Data were analyzed using path analysis (path analysis) The results showed that there was an influence of leadership and organizational culture on work motivation. and there is an influence of leadership and organizational culture on performance. And there is an influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The better the work motivation that is owned by employees, the performance will increase

This research is a quantitative research conducted totested and analyzed the effect of total assets, equity and income partially on the remaining operating results at the Mitra Mandiri Cooperative, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses secondary data by looking at the financial statements of the Mandiri Mitra Cooperative. The author performs data processing using multiple linear regression which processes it using SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 21 to get the output to conclude the results of this study. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the number of assets has a significant effect on the remaining operating results and own capital has a significant effect on the remaining operating results while partially income has no significant effect on the remaining operating results.

The study was conducted in the Bono Bay Area of ​​Meranti Bay, Pelalawan Regency. The aim is to find out the direct effect of the Marketing Mix on Tourist Satisfaction and Loyalty. This study took a sample of 145 people. The variables used are the dimensions of Marketing Mix, Tourist Satisfaction and Loyalty. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which is operated through the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program The results showed that partially there was an effect of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Psychical evidence on Tourist Satisfaction. and there is the influence of tourist satisfaction on tourist loyalty. The higher the satisfaction that is owned by consumers, the loyalty of tourists is increasing.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, knowledge management, work discipline, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Center. The data of this study consisted of primary and secondary data, which were taken through a questionnaire to 81 employees of the Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Center with a sample census. The variables used are organizational culture, leadership style, knowledge management, work discipline and work environment as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data obtained were processed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Knowledge management has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction, and work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Changes in the banking industry are increasingly fast making banks have to respond to everything that happens, the main problem facing banks today is retaining customers and being closer to customers and making customers loyal so that the bank can develop. The research was conducted at PT Bank Riau Kepri Main Branch. The aim is to determine the direct effect of product quality, service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction and the decision to save back at PT. Bank Riau Kepri. This study took a sample of 400 customers. The variables used are product quality, service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction and the decision to save again. This study used quantitative methods and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The results showed that product quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, promotion had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality had a significant effect on the decision to save again through customer satisfaction Service quality had a significant effect on decisions to save again through customer satisfaction. has a significant effect on the decision to save back through customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on the decision to save back at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Main Branch. The higher the level of customer satisfaction, the decision to save back at Bank Riau will increase

This study aims to analyze the effect of the national economic recovery program (PEN) in Indonesia in an effort to increase productivity for MSME actors due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The economic sector, which has also been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, has resulted in many MSMEs experiencing a decline in turnover, even going bankrupt. So the government makes programs through the national economic recovery policy (PEN) to overcome the problems faced by MSMEs. This research is a quantitative research, with the population in the study are all MSMEs in the Gudo Manik-Manik Center, Jombang Regency, which then determined a sample of 73 respondents using the slovin formula. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with the random sampling method, because taking all the population, namely MSME Gudo Manik-Manik Center, had the same opportunity to become respondents. Data was taken using a questionnaire. The research analysis used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 26. The results of the study state that, the tax incentive which is an economic recovery program (PEN) has no effect on the productivity of MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Manik-Manik Gudo Jombang Center. Meanwhile, loan restructuring, which is an economic recovery program (PEN) has a significant impact on MSME productivity during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Gudo Manik-Manik Center. Simultaneously, tax incentives and loan restructuring, which are part of the economic recovery program (PEN) have a significant influence on the productivity of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Gudo Manik-Manik Center, Jombang.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of discipline and motivation on the work effectiveness of employees at the Seberida Subdistrict Office, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sample used in this study were all 35 employees of the sub-district office using the census method. data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showdiscipline variables and variablesmotivation has a significant effect on the employee's work effectiveness variable. While the discipline variable has a significant effect on the employee's work effectiveness variable and the motivation variable has no significant effect on the employee's work effectiveness variable.

This study analyzes the effect of debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) with price earning ratio (PER) and profitability as measured by return on assets (ROA) as the mediating variable. The research was conducted in mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with a population of 50 companies. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method, which takes into account the availability of data during the observation period, namely 2016 - 2019, so 19 companies were selected. The collected data were analyzed using eviews 10. The results of the analysis show that DER has no direct effect on ROA, DAR has a significant and negative effect on ROA, so that increasing DAR will reduce ROA. DAR and DER do not directly affect PER. ROA directly has a positive and significant effect on PER. ROA is not proven to be a variable that mediates the effect between DER, DAR and PER

In the last decade, national tax revenue experienced unperformed results. This situation led researchers to investigate factors affect it. One of the most discussed factors is tax aggressiveness. This study aims to explore how corporate social responsibility (CSR) influence firm’s tax aggressiveness. We used 54 manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for period 2012-2016. Using random effect, we obtained several findings. Tax aggressiveness behavior influenced by CSR characteristics and dimensions. Social and environment CSR activity has no impact on tax aggressiveness. In contrast, economic CSR activity significantly negative affect the firms’ behavior to apply tax aggressiveness.
