<p>In any organization, knowledge leader and communication are subject which helps organizations reach productivity. The aim of the research is to study the contribution of knowledge leader and communication toward employee productivity at West Java Conference Office. To this end, this research used questionnaires distributed to 59 employees at West Java Conference Office. Data was calculated using Pearson Product Moment. All questionnaires are valid, and reliability using Cronbach's Alpha for knowledge leader was obtained at 0,846. Communication was obtained at 0,918 and productivity was obtained at 0,779. Research method using descriptive analytical survey with quantitative data. Data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis using T-Test. The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence on the knowledge leader toward productivity with significance (sig.) 0000 at the table with the value of α 0:05 coefficients it means 0.000 &lt;0.05. There is a significant influence on communication toward productivity with significance (sig.) 0.035 at the table with the value of α 0, 05 it means 0.035 &lt; 0.05 and test of determination shows that the value of adjusted R Square is 0.873, it indicates that the Knowledge Leader and Communication 87% effect on the productivity, and the remain of 13% is influenced by other variables, which is not examined yet.</p>

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study is to examine the influence: between atmosphere of the organization and employees’ satisfaction against the employees’ performance partially or simultaneously. The good atmosphere of the organization became more effective in increasing employees’ work satisfaction; and finally obtain good employees’ performance. This situation cannot be found in this company. This study used descriptive methode.  All of employees became sample (36 people). The data was collected by observation, interview and questioner.  The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with F-test (simultaneous) and T-test (partial) at the significance level of 95%. The result of the study provides a conclusion as follow:  1. There is  a significant influence between organization atmosphere against the employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers.  (2) There is  a significant influence between employees’ satisfaction against the employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers, (3) There is a significant influence between organization atmosphere and employees’ satisfaction altogether against employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers.

This study aims at determining the influence of the profit-sharing system, security of funds, facilities and services toward Customer's decision to choose sharia banking in Surakarta. The research employs a method survey; it analyzes the Customer's decision to choose sharia banking. The researcher collects the data from the respondents through a questionnaire. The sample is taken by purposive random sampling. 100 customers come from 10 sharia banking in Surakarta. To test the hypothesis, the researcher uses multiple regression analysis, t-test, F test, and determinant coefficient by using SPSS. The finding of the research is that there is significant influence among variable profit-sharing system (X1), the security of funds (X2), facilities (X3), and service (X4) toward Customer's decision to choose sharia banking (Y). However, there is one significant influence. It is a profit-sharing system toward Customer's decision to choose sharia banking. The four variables; profit-sharing system, the security of funds, facilities, and services toward Customer's decision to choose sharia banking is 46.50%. At the same time, the rest is about 53.50 %, derived from another variable which is out of research.

This study aimed to determine: (1) the influence of principal leadership on teachers’ performance; (2) the influenceof compensation on teachers’ performance; and (3) the influenceof principal leadership and compensation simultaneously on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents and were analyzedby using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all teachers of SMP NegeriatBabatSupat sub-district, MusiBanyuasin Regency, totaling 134 people. The sampling technique used was probability sampling by using the Slovin formula to obtain 100 teachers as the research sample. The results of the study found that: (1) there was a significant influence between principal leadership on teachers’ performance; (2) there was a significant influence between compensation on teachers’ performance; (3) there was a significant influence between principal leadership and compensation on teachers performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Taxes, Regional Retribution, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds on the allocation of Capital Expenditures in DI Yogyakarta Region consisting of five Regencies / Cities for the period of 2012-2016. This study is analyzing the variable X against variable Y. Design The study was compiled based on APBD data in the Realization of DI Yogyakarta Regional Revenues and Expenditures in 2012-2016 taken from BPS DI Yogyakarta with a sample data on Regional Taxes, Regional Retribution, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Capital Expenditures. The variables used are Local Tax (X1), Regional Retribution (X2), General Allocation Fund (X3), Special Allocation Fund (X4), and Capital Expenditure (Y). The analysis for testing in this study used SPSS.20, the techniques used were Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and Determination Coefficient Test. The results of this study indicate that partially Regional Levies and Special Allocation Funds do not have a significant effect on Capital Expenditures, while Regional Taxes and Special Allocation Funds have an influence on Capital Expenditures, simultaneously Regional Taxes, Regional Retribution, General Allocation Funds, and Allocation Funds Specifically has a significant influence on Capital Expenditures. The magnitude of the influence of Regional Taxes, Regional Retibusi, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds on Capital Expenditures is 77.8% while the remaining 22.2% is explained by other factors.

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kemasan dan cita rasa secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk mie instan Indomie survei mahasiswa/i Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausal dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F, t, dan R². Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan secara simultan kemasan dan cita rasa berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen mie instan Indomie. Secara parsial kemasan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Secara parsial cita rasa berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kata Kunci : Kemasan, Cita Rasa, Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of kemasan and taste simultaneously and partially towards the consumers purchasing decision of indomie products survey on students in Perjuangan University, Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a causal method with a survey approach. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data were collected through questionnaire. To analyzed the data used the classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis test used the F test, t test, and R² test. the results of this study indicated that kemasan and taste simultaneously influenced the decisions to consumers purchase of Indomie products. Partially, kemasan  influenced the consumers purchasing decisions. And taste partially, influenced consumers purchasing decisions. Keywords : Packaging, Taste, Consumers Purchasing Decision

The aim of this research is to investigate the teachers’ competence and work motivation, as well as the students' achievement. It is specific for Islam education teachers (PAI); PAI teachers’ competence and work motivation, and to determine the students’ learning outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah according to KKM of MTs Negeri 1 Serang. The research instrument used are questionnaire, test and documentation. The collected data was analyzed  by using quantitative data with descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. After the researcher conducted the hypothesis testing, the following conclusions were obtained: First, the teachers’ competence, teachers’ work motivation, and the students’ achievement are classified as medium category. Second, there is a significant influence of PAI teachers’ competence towards the students’ achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah based on  KKM of  MTs Negeri 1 Kabupatten Serang taking up to 5.3%. Third, there is a significant influence of  PAI teachers’ work motivation towards students’ achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah based on KKM of MTs Negeri 1 Serang  as much as 15,5%. Fourth, there is a significant influence of PAI teachers’ competence and work motivation toward students' achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah based on KKM of MTs Negeri 1 Serang at 5.5%. Finally, it can be concluded that the influence of PAI teachers’ competence and work motivation toward students' achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah based on KKM of MTs Negeri 1 Serang is only 5.5%.

The research investigates how the factors affect Vietnamese consumers attitude on television advertisement of skin care, by intervewing 280 consumers. The method of Cronbach’s Alpha analysis, EFA analysis and multiple regression analysis were used with the SPSS program.The result shows that the affects of the factors on Vietnamese buyer’s behavior about TV commercial of skin care increasingly: Entertaiment, Informativeness, Celebrity, In-irritation, Credibility. The research also suggests some solutions to the television advertisers to enhance capability of serving consumers.attitude on television advertisement, Vietnamese consumers, skin care

The paper examines relation between Vietnam Airline Domestic service quality and customer satisfaction by gathering opinions from 402 passengers employing Skytrax scale with some modification along with Cronbach’s alpha, EFA and multiple regression analysis. Results show that Vietnam Airline Domestic service quality can be measured by the following six determinants in order of decreasing importance: (1) boarding/deplaning/baggage; (2) check in; (3) in-flight services; (4) reservation; (5) aircraft; and (6) flight crew. All of them are directly proportional effect to customer satisfaction. The paper also offers some suggestions to improve the service quality thereby enhancing the customer satisfaction.
