This study aims to analyze the effect of capital adequacy ratio (CAR), operating cost of operating income (BOPO) on profitability and examine the role of non performing financing (NPF) in influencing the relationship between CAR and BOPO on profitability of sharia bank in Indonesia. The data used in this study is a panel data that consisting of 10 sharia banks for the period 2010-2018 with 99 observations. The method of analysis data is multiple regression analysis with random effect model. The results of this study in model one show that BOPO has negative and significantly affects profitability, meanwhile CAR has positive but insignificant effect, while and NPF has negative effect on profitability but insignificant in model two. Furthermore, when NPF interected with CAR shows interesting results, in which CAR has negative and significant effect on profitability, while BOPO is still consistent with negative and significant effect on profitability. This suggests that the NPF moderates the influence of CAR and BOPO on profitability. This implies that increase NPF would decrease the effect of CAR on profitability and the effect of BOPO on profitability would be strangted of syaria bank in Indonesia. Keywords: Capital adequacy ratio; BOPO; non performing financing, profitability

The study examined the effect of perceived organizational support on work engagement with regulatory focus as a mediator. Regulatory focus consists of prevention focus and promotion focus which is a multi-dimensional construct so that every dimension was treated as a variable. The approach of this research was quantitative, with a survey method. The distribution of the research scale was carried out online. The research participants were 83 working mothers as civil servants in the local government of the City of Bukittinggi. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling with SmartPLS v.3.3.3 Software. The results showed that there was an effect of perceived organizational support on work engagement. However, there is no evidence of mediation by regulatory focus between the variables of perceived organizational support and work engagement. Keywords: Perceived organizational support; work engagement; regulatory focus;  working mother

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and marketing capabilities on the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as how dynamic environmental factors moderate these relationships. The population was all managers or owners of SMES in Padang City. The sampling technique used a non-probability approach, namely the purposive sampling. In the data analysis, 190 samples (response rate 84,44%) were used as a sample size. The Smart-PLS software is used in this study to perform variance-based structural equation modeling (VB-SEM). The findings show that (i) entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on SME performance, (ii) marketing capabilities have a positive and significant effect on SME performance, and (iii) In these relationships, the role of dynamic environmental factors as a moderator is not supported. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh faktor demografi terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sanata Dharma; dan (2) pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sanata Dharma. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini membagikan 100 kuesioner untuk memperoleh data responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis crosstabulation dan analisis Chi Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor demografi (pekerjaan orangtua, pendidikan orangtua, dan pendapatan orangtua) tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sanata Dharma. Sedangkan, literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sanata Dharma. Implikasi penelitian ini, meningkatnya literasi keuangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sanata Dharma diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perilaku keuangan mahasiswa menjadi lebih baik sehingga mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraannya.Kata kunci: Faktor demografi; literasi keuangan, perilaku keuangan

Organizational justice, job satisfaction and employee performance are an important thing to consider in managing employees. Good organizational justice must be considered because organizational justice can affect job satisfaction and performance which makes employees feel like they want to give their best effort and join the struggle together to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to see whether job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational justice on employee performance in the field of expenditure budget and the secretariat at the regional financial and asset management agency of North Sumatra province. Sample of this research is all permanent employees of the regional office of the Directorate General of Treasury of North Sumatra province, which may be 84 people. The results showed that organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the regional financial and asset management agency of North Sumatra province. Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at the regional financial and asset management agency of North Sumatra province. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the regional financial and asset management agency of North Sumatra province. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of organizational justice on employee performance

   We examine whether the indicators of company governance procedures are associated with the risk of bankruptcy or financial distress in Indonesia. An empirical study we conducted using a causal model of corporate governance indicators in forecasting financial distress. The data used in this study is panel data. Using samples from assembling companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2019 period, we obtained as many as 105 observations selected by the purposive sampling method. Our results indicate that financial distress can be predicted by corporate governance mechanisms, although statistically it is only proven by a few indicators in our study. Specifically, our results demonstrate that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and independent commissioners do not affect financial distress. Furthermore, our study shows evidence of a significant influence between the size of the board of directors and audit committee on financial distress. Our interpretation is that research on financial distress prediction models using corporate governance indicators has provided empirical evidence.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ownership structure (terdiri dari institutional ownership dan managerial ownership) dan free cash flow terhadap dividend payout ratio pada perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014 -2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel dimana terdiri dari uji pemilihan model estimasi, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) institutional ownership berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap dividend payout ratio (2) managerial ownership berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap dividend payout ratio (3) free cash flow berpangaruh signifikan positif terhadap dividend payout ratio.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorser, brand image, brand loyalty, dan perceived quality terhadap minat beli konsumen, serta pengaruh minat beli terhadap intensi rekomendasi pada konsumen sepatu merek Compass. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan merek sepatu lokal Indonesia, sejalan dengan tujuan pemerintah Indonesia untuk memajukan produk lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di kota Yogyakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 200 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Proses olah data menggunakan program SPSS dan AMOS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa celebrity endorser, brand image, brand loyalty, dan perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen. Kemudian, minat beli konsumen berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi rekomendasi.

This study proposes and tests an interactional model of purchase intention where openness to experience serves as a core construct between nostalgia and purchase intention. Based on Identity Social Theory and the Big Five Model of personality traits, nostalgia and openness to experience are proposed as contextual and individual variables that are interrelated in this process. The interaction between openness to experience and nostalgia leads to buying intention behavior. In general, this model needs a moderation process where openness to experience is a crucial factor to transform the contextual resource into purchase intention behavior. The hypotheses are examined using structural Equation Modelling, based on data obtained from a self-administered survey of 273 respondents. We discuss the implication, both theoretical and practical in this study.Keywords: Nostlagia, Openness To Experience, purchase Intention, Social Identification Theory.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of initiation structure leadership on evaluation fairness. This study also examines the mediation of subjective diagnostic and subjective interactive on the relationship between initiation structure leadership and evaluation fairness. The population and sample this study use subordinates in service, merchandising and manufacturing business. Data were collected using a questionnaire with hand delivery system technique and processed using structural equation modeling with WarpPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that initiation structure leadership influences evaluation fairness.
