Development of prototypes draws major focus in contemporary manufacturing organisations. Sustainability analysis and comparison of the prototype manufacturing process plays a vital role in deciding the sustainability level of the product. Sustainability of prototyping depends on model building material and model building process. In this paper based on the customer requirements, Environmental Conscious Quality Function Deployment (ECQFD) was carried out. Increased lives, strength, reduced toxicity of material with biodegradability were the major outputs of ECQFD. Cambridge Engineering Selector (CES) and Grey Relation Analysis (GRA) were used for material selection. Wood, ABS, Poly Lactic acid (PLA) and Lead were selected as cost efficient materials for the case product. A CAD model of the case product was developed and subjected to Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) using solid works sustainability express for the above materials. Prototypes of the case products where produced by wood carving, casting, CNC Milling and 3D printing by considering all input parameters required across each process. LCA was conducted using GaBi for the above process and the results were compared. From this study, it was observed that the case product developed using PLA with 3D printing technology had very less impact on environment and is considered as the best and cost effective prototyping method.

Survey, design evaporator heat exchanger is an absorption chiller cycle. To cooling air to a four-cylinder diesel engine medium, at full load at different speeds to increase the useful power output. Heat can be recycled to cooling air to the engine, by the absorption chiller, cooling to be converted. By reducing the engine inlet air temperature by evaporating, at full load, increased air density. And consequently more engine volumetric efficiency. As a result, the effective power output increases. In this study, the design of the structure of the evaporator, Solid Works was done by software. And the relationship between formulas and equations of heat transfer in the MATLAB code and the output results is provided in this article.

It has become a common tradition that in November every year, each Governor is obliged to set a UMP and can (not must) determine Regental/Municipal Minimum Wage (UMK). This is regulated by PP 78 of 2015 concerning Wages. This wage policy regulates the minimum wage that must be paid by employers to all workers without exception. Every year, this wage arrangement has become a problem for the industry, especially labor-intensive industries. This industry contributed to employment for people who had only low education around the company and its supporting areas. However, wages that were getting higher each year caused companies to enter the non-compliment category of buyers. This choice was what caused many companies to relocate or permanently disband their companies. Deferral of payment was not a solution for the company. In fact, it dragged them to bankruptcy. Governor of West Java’s SE No. 561/75/Yanbangsos/2019 concerning the Implementation of MSEs in West Java had become a breath of fresh air for the investment climate in West Java. However, this SE did not last long because of the high pressure of interest on the Governor of West Java. This article was carried out to analyze the impact of the revocation of the SE and the change to a decree, which stagnated the industry and reduced its production resulting in massive layoffs in several Regencies and Cities in West Java.

Aim: The purpose of this research was to evaluate the behavior of the system locator settings associated with distal extension removable partial denture lower (PPR) by finite element analysis (FEA). Materials and Methods: A Class II Kennedy 3D model using a CAD software Solid Works 2010 (SolidWorks Corp., Concord, MA, USA), and subsequently processed and analyzed by ANSYS Software version Model 14. One (1) was designed implant Tapered Screw -Vent® (ref TSVB10 Zimmer Dental-Carlsbad,CA,USA.) length x 10mm diameter 3.7mm with a 3.5mm platform, internal hexagon with its respective screw fixation; this was located at the tooth 37 as a rear pillar of a PPR, whose major connector was a lingual bar casting (alloy cobalt chromium), based combined (metal/ acrylic) with teeth to replace (37, 36 and 35). Efforts were evaluated von Mises in a 400N load. This analysis allowed assessing the performance of various prosthetic structures modeled and generated effects on bone-implant interface. Results: Differences between the values von Mises in all structures and loads were observed before there was no permanent deformation in any of them. Structures such as bone showed in normal values microstrain. Conclusions: The behavior of the PPRimplant connection, showed a favorable distribution efforts by using a PPR, subjecting it to load in the vertical direction.

This paper discusses numerical simulations of horizontal flow propeller turbines. Static bulbs located before the turbine can be used to increase water velocity and potentially increase the turbine's performance. The blade angle affects the gap between the blades, and this will also affect the performance of the turbine. Numerical simulations were conducted by using software Solid Works Flow Simulation 2016 and by using five blades in a static state. This study aimed to determine the effect of the bulb ratio and blade angle on the propeller turbine characteristics on horizontal flow. Bulb Ratio variations used in this study were 0, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8, while the angle variations used were 20, 25, and 30 degrees. Each variation was tested at 0.02 m3/second. The results of this study indicated that the bulb ratio 0.6 with the 25-degree blade angle produces the highest torque
