Objective. Substantiation of the expediency of using special exercise complexes aimed at agility development in training process of those engaged in hand-to-hand fighting. Мethods and organization. This goal achievement was provided by setting a 6-month pedagogical experiment aimed at identifying the effectiveness of special training program focused on the development of agility and coordination through the use of training means specific for hand-to-hand combat, characterized by increased coordination complexity and the presence of a “surprise factor”. The efficiency of recommended training program was determined by means of special tests – open for coordination assessment and two closed ones – for agility estimation. Results. As a result of a 6-month pedagogical experiment, high efficiency of short-term specific programs of motor actions for agility development was revealed. Even a relatively small amount of training means of high coordination complexity with the presence of a “surprise factor” (43 h of 260) led to significant increase in the ability to effective motor activity in unexpected situations and under time pressure conditions. Conclusions. Теchnical skills and physical fitness with agility and coordination being its constituents represent an integral complex, in which the rational techniques determine the requirements of physical fitness, whereas the motor capacities provide conditions for execution of techniques and motor actions. The approach adopted in the special literature and practice in which the development of agility and coordination is a side effect of the process of technico-tactical improvement, training and competitive bouts suffers from one-sidedness and insufficient efficiency. Keywords: hand-to-hand fighting, agility, coordination, motor capacities.

Introduction. The specific focus of adaptive sports and nosological features of athletes make impossible to build the training of powerlifters with visual impairments by analogy with Olympic sports. The analysis of the available scientific knowledge the necessity of research of features of preparation of powerlifters with defects of sight of highly qualification is confirmed. It is assumed that the introduction of the author's training program in the training process of powerlifters will have a positive impact on improving the preparedness and effectiveness of competitive activities of visually impaired athletes. The aim of the study is to identify the effectiveness of the author's training program for powerlifters with visual impairments at the stage of maintaining higher sportsmanship. Research methods: analysis and generalization of data of scientific and methodical literature and information network Internet, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment and methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 10 visually impaired athletes, members of the national powerlifting team. Results. As a result of the experiment it was found that the author's program of training powerlifters with visual impairments at the stage of maintaining higher sportsmanship, which is based on a differentiated approach to planning the components of exercise in exercise groups has a positive effect on fitness. The highest rates of increase in physical fitness were found in tests that determine the maximum manifestation of strength and flexibility. The introduction of the author's program had a positive impact on the performance of competitive activities of powerlifters with visual impairments. The results of athletes with visual impairments in squats, traction and the amount of triathlon in all subjects after the experiment are statistically different from those in these exercises before implementation. Conclusions. The analysis of the obtained results testifies to the high efficiency of the author's program in relation to the indicators of physical fitness and effectiveness of competitive activity of powerlifters with visual impairments. It is established that the author's program of training powerlifters with visual impairments at the stage of preserving sportsmanship allows not only to maintain a stable level of competitive performance, but also to attract reserve opportunities for athletes to maintain high sports results. Key words: power sports, blindness, training, preparedness, athlete.

The article presents the indicators of physical fitness and coordination abilities of young athletes 10-11 years old. Under the influence of specific physical loads in accordance with the chosen kind of sport, data on speed and speed- power qualities were obtained, as well as the level of coordination abilities of young athletes of 10-11 years old. Objective. To determine the coordinating abilities of young athletes 10-11 years old during nine months of training in the chosen kind of sport. Skiing and cycling are extreme sports. But the material, technical, scientific and methodological support in these sports in Ukraine is at an insufficient level in comparison with Europe and America. Numerous studies have shown that the development of coordination abilities at a young age at the initial stage of long-term training must be combined with technical training. It is also noted that it is impossible at a young age to predict an athletic result in a chosen sport without taking into account the functional features and especially technical skill. At the present stage, there is no doubt that the high intensity of use in the training process of exercises that provide the maximum efficiency of specific exercises of a coordination orientation. At the same time, one-sided emphasis on technical training, especially at the initial stages of sports training, following the data of researchers, leads to limitation of motor actions. Therefore, our research is devoted to a relevant topic. The physical fitness testing of 10-11 year old sportsmen, carried out by us at the beginning and at the end, showed positive dynamics in all indicators. Statistical changes were determined in cyclists relative to skiers in pulling up on the crossbar, in raising the legs on the crossbar, in jumping over a log in 20 s, in long jump from a place (p <0,05). The training methodology introduced into the training process of young cyclists positively influenced the level of coordination abilities of young athletes of 10-11 years old. The growth rate turned out to be 8,4 % higher in walking on an 8-meter bench, by 7,0 % in the difference between a 15-meter run and a 15-meter slalom run, by 4,2 % in a 10-meter shuttle run 3 cubes each for cyclists relative to skiers.

(1) Background: Body Jump® is a novel group fitness program with musical support, which is performed rebounding in a minitrampoline. Although the number of practitioners has increased exponentially in recent years, this activity’s short-term effects on physical fitness and body composition in women have not yet been studied. (2) Methods: 27 healthy young women were randomly divided into a Body Jump® group (BJ) and a control group (CG). BJ performed three classes per week for one month. The week before and after the intervention, the anthropometric assessments were carried out to estimate the body composition, and different performance tests were performed to assess the jumping capacity (countermovement jump (CMJ) and squat jump (SJ) tests), the muscular strength (1RM test) and the aerobic fitness (UKK test). (3) Results: VO2 max (p = 0.001), CMJ flight height (p = 0.023), SJ flight height (p = 0.003) and the 1RM value in the half-squat exercise (p = 0.009) were significantly increased in BJ. In CG, there were no statistically significant differences after the intervention period. Regarding the changes in body composition, a significant enhancement in several parameters were found in BJ, such as the sum of skinfolds (p = 0.003) and the percentage of fat mass (p = 0.002), while no changes were found in any of the anthropometric variables in CG. (4) Conclusions: carrying out the Body Jump® program three days per week for one month had positive effects on physical fitness and body composition in a group of healthy young women. This training program can be an effective option for enhancing, in the short term, these fitness parameters and the body composition of these recreational users into the fitness centers.
