This study is devoted to the study of professional burnout among students of the faculty of dentistry. Professional stress is a part of the student's daily life. Statistics in the field of education and clinical dentistry almost all over the world emphasize that the stress factor that occurs at work or school is the most common. Despite this evidence, there is minimal data on the number of cases of professional burnout among third-year dental students who work as dental assistants. The purpose of the study is to identify the mechanism of overcoming professional stress in dental students in the educational sphere. The study selected a group of 40 third-year dental students who reached the equator. This sample allows you to conduct surveys and identify stressors, burnout factors and the mechanism for overcoming them. Thus, data were obtained between burnout measured using the V. V. Boyko scale, intra-individual measurements represented by subjective well-being, self-esteem, and locus of control using the Lackert, Rockert, and Dinner scales. Using a hybrid methodology and having as support specific methods of modern training and increasing motivation, our findings encourage us to create a special training program for primary students to improve their motivation and increase intra-individual qualities that help overcome difficulties in the educational and clinical sphere. The data obtained in the course of the study indicate the need to implement this program for medical institutions in order to improve the quality of professional services.

The article deals with state of modern staffing of the judiciary, the problematic issues of the selection and appointment of a judge. In particular, the legislation that determines the procedure for selection for the position of a judge, as well as the stages of such selection are analyzed. The shortcomings of the legislation have been identified and proposals have been made to improve and optimize this procedure. It is proposed to adopt the Law of Ukraine, which will amend the procedure for forming the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine. Take measures to elect members of the High Qualifica-tions Commission of Judges of Ukraine and complete the selection for the position of a judge of a local court, as well as continue the competition for vacant positions of appellate courts. It is proposed to simplify the selection procedure for the position of a local court judge. It is rea-sonable to carry out special training of candidates for the position of a judge only in the specialty chosen by the candidate. Due to this, you can at least halve the period of special training - from 12 to 6 months. It is also justified inexpediency to conduct 2 exams during the selection - entrance and then quali-fication. It is proposed to unite them and immediately after the selection exam to conduct a qualifying exam, to determine the rating of candidates, on the basis of which to hold a competition for vacant positions of judges in specific courts. Taking into account the specializations chosen by the candidates, it is proposed to carry out special training with an internship in the court where the candidate won the competition. During the special training, a special examination of the candidate and his / her integrity must be performed. In case of successful implementation of the special training program and passing the special examination of the candidate, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (or the High Council of Justice) submits to the President applications for appointment. It is proposed to conduct an interview with the candidate only in the event that the results of a special inspection will establish the circumstances that require additional explanations of the candidate. It is also proposed to enshrine at the legislative level a strategy for the development and im-provement of the administration of justice for at least 10 years. Changes to the legislation and adjustment of certain norms are possible only within the framework of the adopted strategy.

AbstractBackground Pharmacists in many developed countries have been granted prescribing authorities under what is known as “non-medical prescribing” or “pharmacist prescribing”. However, such prescribing privileges are not available in many developing countries. Objective The objective of this study was to determine the perspectives of future pharmacists (recent pharmacy graduates and pharmacy students) on pharmacist prescribing and its potential implementation in Qatar. Methods A convergent parallel mixed-methods design was used: (1) a cross-sectional survey using a pre-tested questionnaire and; (2) focus group discussions to allow for an in-depth understanding of the issue, with a focus on pharmacists prescribing competencies as well as barriers for its implementation. Main outcome measures Future pharmacists’ perspectives and attitudes towards pharmacist prescribing in Qatar. Results The majority of the respondents (94.4%) indicated awareness of the prescribing competency related to selecting treatment options. Furthermore, the majority (92.4%) believed that pharmacists should undergo prescribing training and accreditation before been legally allowed to prescribe, a point that was reiterated in the focus group discussions. Participants generally expressed support for collaborative and supplementary prescribing models when developing prescribing frameworks for Qatar. Four categories emerged under the theme barriers to implementation of pharmacist prescribing: lack of prescribing competency, pharmacist mindset, lack of accessibility to patient records and counseling rooms, and diversity of education and training background. Conclusion The majority of recent pharmacy graduates and students were in favor of pharmacist prescribing been implemented in Qatar. However, a special training program was deemed necessary to qualify pharmacists to prescribe safely and effectively.

AbstractPlaying football leads to a sustainable improvement of cardiovascular risk factors, especially to a reduction of blood pressure in hypertension. For certain target groups football is more attractive with its team character than individual sports. However, the existing studies are not sufficient for an evidence-based recommendation. Therefore, no medical society explicitly recommends football for lowering blood pressure. Urgent studies are needed to adequately evaluate the value of football as a health sport. This includes a special training program and rules, the involvement of football clubs in these programs, the training of appropriate coaches and the involvement of interested physicians. Football could, with its popularity, motivate more people to exercise and contribute to a sustained reduction in cardiovascular disease.

Objective. Substantiation of the expediency of using special exercise complexes aimed at agility development in training process of those engaged in hand-to-hand fighting. Мethods and organization. This goal achievement was provided by setting a 6-month pedagogical experiment aimed at identifying the effectiveness of special training program focused on the development of agility and coordination through the use of training means specific for hand-to-hand combat, characterized by increased coordination complexity and the presence of a “surprise factor”. The efficiency of recommended training program was determined by means of special tests – open for coordination assessment and two closed ones – for agility estimation. Results. As a result of a 6-month pedagogical experiment, high efficiency of short-term specific programs of motor actions for agility development was revealed. Even a relatively small amount of training means of high coordination complexity with the presence of a “surprise factor” (43 h of 260) led to significant increase in the ability to effective motor activity in unexpected situations and under time pressure conditions. Conclusions. Теchnical skills and physical fitness with agility and coordination being its constituents represent an integral complex, in which the rational techniques determine the requirements of physical fitness, whereas the motor capacities provide conditions for execution of techniques and motor actions. The approach adopted in the special literature and practice in which the development of agility and coordination is a side effect of the process of technico-tactical improvement, training and competitive bouts suffers from one-sidedness and insufficient efficiency. Keywords: hand-to-hand fighting, agility, coordination, motor capacities.

Abstract Introduction: Training individualization is a key element for optimal sports performance and protection of the athlete’s health. The training program should be adjusted according to each athlete's characteristics and should be based on data obtained using proper evaluation. Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) is considered the gold standard for aerobic exercise capacity assessment and provides an increased quantity of information in regard to body reaction to effort, offering a complete perspective over the O2 transportation system and its utilization in metabolic processes. The aim of this study was to highlight the importance of a scientific approach regarding the physical training, starting from junior level. Methods: For a 3 years period (2013 - 2016) we followed the evolution of a professional cyclist (14 years old at baseline), in terms of cardiopulmonary parameters. During this period, he was tested 5 times and he followed a special training program adapted according the tests results. The CPET was performed in the laboratory using a stationary electronically braked cycle ergometer (Lode Corival, Netherland) and a breath by breath gas analyzer device (Cortex Metalyzer 3B, Germany). Results: We observed an improvement trend in almost all parameters investigated during the 3 years evaluation period. Comparing post-season records from 2013 and 2016, we noticed an increase of 54% in maximal aerobic power and 50% in peak oxygen uptake at anaerobic threshold and an even greater increase (59%) of these parameters at maximal effort achieved during CPET. After these 3 years of training we observed a significant improvement of ventilatory efficiency and cardiac performance during exercise. Conclusions: The study indicate that proper training adaptation according to data obtained using CPET, can bring an important progress in terms of performance.
