ABSTRACTEach project can run well and achieve results as planned is expected undoubtedly. Therefore, it requires project quality control. The quality control system in construction projects is essential must be carried out to produce one-time work of a quality that meetsthe specified standards. This study aimsto determine the quality control system for superstructure work and to determine whether the quality of reinforced concrete is according to the requirements. The data used is secondary data, namely, data directly obtained from the project. The data used are tthe concrete compressed test result and reinforcing steel tests held in the laboratory and reinforced concrete data. The analysis results showed that the compress strength of concrete for FC 30 and FC 40 with a test age of 28 days was by the specified requirements, the reinforcement tests S10, S13, S16, S19, S22, S25 meet requirements. For the final result, reinforced concrete found a few defects, but the contractor immediately took corrective action. The analysis shows the implementation of an appropriate quality control process in this project.Keywords : Quality; control; concrete; reinforcement; constructionABSTRAKSetiap proyek tentu diharapkan bisa berjalan dengan baik dan mencapai hasilsesuai perencanaan. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan pengendalian mutu proyek. Sistem pengendalian mutu pada proyek konstruksi penting dilakukan untuk menghasilkan pekerjaan yang sekali jadi dengan mutu yang memenuhi standar yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengendalian mutu pekerjaan struktur atas dan mengetahui apakah hasil mutu beton bertulang sesuai dengan yang disyaratkan. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data yang langsung didapat dari proyek. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah hasil uji tes tekan beton dan tes baja tulangan yang diadakan di laboratorium serta data hasil akhir beton bertulang. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan hasil kuat tekan beton untuk FC 30 dan FC 40 dengan umur tes 28 hari sudah sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ditetapkan, hasil tes uji tulangan S10, S13, S16, S19, S22, S25 sudah sesuai dengan persyaratan. Untuk hasil akhir beton bertulang ditemukan sedikit cacat namun pihak kontraktor segera melakukan tindakan perbaikan. Dari hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa proses pengendalian mutu pada proyek ini sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik.Kata kunci : Mutu; pengendalian; beton; tulangan; konstruksi

The discrete manufacturing plant is the basic of executing enterprises agile manufacture strategy, between enterprise upper management systems and manufacturing process control systems. The constitute structure and the software model of a workshop integrated quality control system is introduced by this paper. The methods and technologies of traditional workshop management cant meet current needs of enterprises. The field management and workshop information integration are given more and more attention by enterprises. In contrary to conventional SPC applications, manufacturing plant based unmanned manufacturing environments require automation of the quality control process. The system is suitable for the production process quality analysis and judgment in the discrete manufacturing plant environment. It can significantly increase the product quality and economic efficiency of enterprises.

<p><em>Telon oil is</em><em> one of </em><em> </em><em>the </em><em>traditional medicine in the form of </em><em> </em><em>liquid preparations that serves to provide a sense of warmth to the wearer. PT</em><em>.X</em><em> is one of the companies that produce</em><em> </em><em>telon</em><em> oil</em><em>.</em><em> To maintain</em><em> the quality of telon oil from PT.X</em><em> product</em><em>, required overall quality control that is starting from the quality control of raw materials, quality control process to the quality control of the final product. The purpose of this research is to know the application of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) in controlling the quality of telon oil in PT X. </em><em>F</em><em>inal product</em><em> quality</em><em> become one of the measurement of success of a process, so it needs a good quality control. SQC method used in this research is Pareto Diagram and Cause and Effect Diagram. Pareto diagram is a bar graph </em><em>that </em><em>show the problem based on the order of the number of occurrences of the most number of problems until the least happened. A causal diagram is often called a fishbone diagram, a tool for identifying potential causes of an effect or problem. The result of applying the method indicates that 80% defect is caused by unsuitable volume and on the incompatibility of Expired Date (ED) code. The damage is caused by several factors namely the method, labor, and machine while the most potential factor is the volume conformity to reduce the number of defect products.</em></p>

Die casting technology is applied widely for mass production of non-ferrous metal parts. How to guarantee the quality of die castings is always a concerned topic. A quality control system for die casting machine was developed based on statistical analysis of technology parameters. Firstly the original data is acquired from die casting machine and the technology curves are displayed. Secondly, the technology parameters are identified automatically and a database of technology parameters is established. Thirdly, a statistical analysis based on the database is performed. The statistics parameters of expecta -tion and deviation are figured out and the probability distribution diagrams for technology parameters are displayed. Finally, Tolerances for technology parameters are figured out and then the system will monitor the die casting process according to the tolerances. A practical system realization in a die casting machine is demonstrated by its monitoring interfaces. Statistical information and on-line monitoring provided by this system are helpful to guarantee the quality of die castings.

This research is aimed to determine the quality control system of production process in PT Industri Sandang Nusantara unit Patal Secang, measure the efectivity of quality control system by using control P-Chart and determine factors that cause defect product. This research is explorative descriptive by case study method. Data used in this research is the procedure of production process and the number of defect product. Product used in this company is  thread R30/1 UW and R 40/1 UW PT Industri Sandang Nusantara Unit Patal Secang in 24 periods of production between April – Mei 2006. Data is collected by interview, documentation, and observation. Data is analyzed by control p-chart and fish bone diagram. The conclusion of this research are: (1) The quality control system which is consists of controlling raw materials, production process and final product is appropriate with the company’s standard; (2) the number of defect product R 30/1 UW is 26.956 bale with the average 0.0167; Control P Chart shows that there are three periods which are out of control. They are in April 30, Mei 5 and 21, 2006. (3) The number of final product R 40/1 UW is 2159 bale with the average 0.0214; control p-chart shows that there are tw periods which are out of control. They are ini Mei 6 and Mei 12, 2006. (4) Factors that cause defect product are obsolete machines, employee performance, control system, and raw materials. Based on that condition, management should impove the controlling of machines, improve motivation and commitment of the employee, improve the method of inspection and control the quality of raw materials.

Quality is a benchmark to determine the level of good and bad of a product. The level of quality of a product will affect customer satisfaction, hence, to produce high quality products, it is necessary for a company to have a quality control process. Quality control is a process that aims to maintain the quality of products and services that have been promised to consumers. In this study, quality control is carried out in the sugar packaging process. Where in the sugar packaging process found the resulting product has a poor quality, defective and not in accordance with specifications. This study uses the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method which aims to determine the causes of defective products with the intention that the packaging process can further minimize the level of product defects. The SPC method is a statistical analysis technique with seven statistical tools or seven tools. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the cause of product damage / defects in the product packaging process is caused by three types of damage namely damage due to conveyor (38.17%), damage due to machine pinched (35.82%), and damage due to loose seams (26,00%) This type of damage can be caused by human error and other factors such as engine condition, engine cleanliness and the monitoring process. Proposed improvements recommended for the company are to provide training to employees, make clear work instructions, conduct periodic maintenance for the machines used, supervise all work areas, and carry out quality control for every acceptance of raw materials.

We have researched the scientists' opinions on the classification of product quality control and, based on the research conducted, organized a classification using a scientifically based approach. In general, the attention of scientists is paid to factors affecting the quality of products, while issues of the quality control system and factors of influence on it are insufficiently investigated. We have identified and grouped the factors influencing the quality control system of domestic meat processing enterprises by organizational, technical and subjective features. We conducted a survey of leading specialists of the most successful representatives of the meat processing industry today in order to identify the rating of negative factors. The most important factors of influence are the serviceability of equipment, devices, working tools and measuring instruments, through which the level of its quality is measured. We investigated the typical scheme of the production process, indicating the quality control points of domestic meat processing enterprises. We have found a lack of control of the value of meat raw materials at the entrance, which does not allow calculating with suppliers of raw materials, depending on the categories to which the pork actually belongs. We recommend that quality control be performed at the slaughter section between the 4th and 5th stages of the technological stage, namely after the sting of a pig with the use of special devices that are currently absent in domestic meat processing plants. The proposed measures to improve the quality control system will provide an opportunity for a comprehensive assessment of its quality and contribute to a reduction in the cost of production, resulting in increased profitability of enterprises, which suggests the feasibility of their use for meat processing enterprises in Ukraine. The three-dimensional matrix model of quality control of products of meat processing enterprises has been developed. The advantage of this model lies in the coherence of all parameters, as well as in establishing interrelationships and interdependencies between them. It is proved that the application of the proposed multivariate matrix model of product quality control in the indicated parameters enables to evaluate the quality of the meat-processing enterprise's products, taking into account all parameters of control, namely levels of control, types of control, stages of the control process and can be used for any subject of economic activity taking into account industry specifics and specific management objectives.
