Computer and Internet Study Center Unipdu is developing a Personnel Management Information System in accordance with the current situation, therefore it is necessary to do a Readiness Analysis on the Personnel Management Information System before it is implemented, this is intended to measure the readiness of staff in implementing the system. This research was conducted using the STOPE Framework approach which only focused on the level of user readiness, namely the Unipdu Jombang Staffing Administration Bureau. The results of data processing obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to staff and lecturers at Uiversitas Pesantren Tinggi Darul Ulum, were obtained that from five domains there were 2 (two) domains that received readiness scores at level 3 (ready) on scale 4, namely People, Environment, while Strategy domains. Technology, and Organization get value of readiness at level 4 (very ready) on a scale of 4. Overall or at the level of the STOPE framework, Uiversitas Pesantren Tinggi Darul Ulum is ranked 3 (ready) to implement the Personnel Management Information System. But there are still some weaknesses at the level of subdomains and sub-subdomains that must get attention and improvement in implementing the Personnel Management Information System.

Personnel management is a series of management activities for the company to select, use, train, evaluate, reward and punish its employees. The personnel management information system designed and implemented in this paper integrates the functions of batch import of information, instant update of personnel information, position transfer, information inquiry and statistical analysis. This system is oriented to various users such as managers at all levels of small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions. In this paper, using the aspect-oriented programming, Inversion of Control features of the Spring framework, using spring MVC model and using the ORM (Object Relational Mapping, Object Relational Mapping) feature of MyBatis, using B/S architecture and MySQL database, with high scalability, high refactorability as the design goal, designs and implements an Personnel Management Information System. The system builds a personnel database covering more than 20 information about personnel's basic information, education background, and positions, and realizes functions such as batch import of information, instant update of personnel information, job transfer, entry management, resignation management, information inquiry and statistical analysis. At the same time, it is ensured that these functions will not be illegally operated by users without authority, so that the system has higher security. This system provides an integrated solution for the informatization of personnel management and has high practical and commercial value.

BKDIKLATDA in Salatiga is an Personnel Institution located in the Salatiga City Government area, which is currently implementing IT as a supporter of business processes. One of the IT used is the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG). SIMPEG is a system specifically designed to provide personnel administration management information quickly, accurately and accurately, and has the function to manage staffing data and information in the working environment of the Salatiga Municipal Government. In this study COBIT 5 was used specifically the Monitor, Evaluate, Assessment (MEA) domain to observe, evaluate and evaluate the performance of IT governance on the application of SIMPEG in the Salatiga City BKDIKLATDA. MEA is a domain in COBIT 5 whose purpose is to observe, evaluate and assess all processes related to IT in a company or organization. The purpose of this study was to help the Salatiga City BKDIKLATDA to optimize the SIMPEG process performance and find out the level of maturity and the ability to apply SIMPEG in the Salatiga City BKDIKLATDA. The research methodology used in this study is mixed method. Mixed method is a research approach that combines or links qualitative and quantitative research methods. The results of this study are expected to optimize the effective and efficient performance process in the application of SIMPEG in the Salatiga City BKDIKLATDA so that in the future it will be even better.

Abstract: Utilization of computer technology in data processing processing of Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai in BPDAS Kota Padang still no. All still done manually so that in making the report requires precision and a long time. Therefore, the researcher builds a watershed management information system in BPDAS Kota Padang using Visual BasicNet 2012 programming language. By utilizing computerized system is expected to assist the processing of data management of watersheds in BPDAS Padang so that it can produce fast information , precise and accurate. Keywords: information system, data processing, Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam proses pengolahan data balai pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang masih belum ada. Semua masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dalam pembuatan laporan membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu yang cukup lama. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti membangun suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic Net 2012. Dengan memanfaatkan sistem komputerisasi diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengolahan data pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. <p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Republic of Indonesia has a management information system on data processing of fishing surveillance. The information system can be useful if the system is works successfully. This research aim to formulate a strategic plan for the successful implementation of management information systems of data processing fisheries resources surveillance. Elements of the system on strategy was condected by using interpretative structural modeling (ISM), which is a strategic planning technique. The results show for the implementation of the model, there are seven elements of the system that need to be considered. Seven elements of the system with each sub element key, namely Directorat General PSDKP as affected sectors, support policies / regulations, conflict of interest between units echelon 1, up date data licensing continuity and fixed information technology (IT) expert. The implementation of fisheries resources surveillance program by IT based, mostly regional operators started to use information systems surveillance of fishery resources, increased access to data and information across echelons in MMAF and involvement MMAF as agencies involved in the success of the program.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><em>Directorate of fisheries resources surveillance and management, information system, </em></p><p><em>       </em><em>implementing strategy, ISM</em><strong></strong></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p>Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan  memiliki sistem informasi manajemen pengolahan data pengawasan penangkapan ikan. Sistem informasi tersebut berguna jika dalam implementasi sistem berhasil dengan baik. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan merumuskan rencana strategis untuk keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi manajemen pengolahan data pengawasan perikanan tersebut. Strategi penerapan implementasi sistem informasi dilakukan dengan teknik <em>interpretative structural modelling</em> (ISM). Elemen sistem pada strategi perencanaan implementasi sistem informasi, yaitu Direktorat jenderal Pengawasan Sumberdaya Kelautan dan Prikanan (PSDKP) sebagai sektor yang terpengaruh, dukungan kebijakan/peraturan, <em>up date</em>data perizinan yang kontinuitas dan tenaga ahli Teknologi Informasi (IT), terlaksananya program pengawasan sumber daya perikanan berbasis IT, sebagian besar operator daerah mulai menggunakan sistem informasi<div class="WordSection1"><p>pengawasan sumber daya perikanan, peningkatan akses data dan informasi lintas eselon lingkup Kementerian Kelautan Perikanan (KKP) dan  keterlibatan Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan sebagai lembaga yang terlibat dalam keberhasilan program.</p><p class="TubuhTulisanAll" align="left"><strong>Kata kunci:</strong>  Dit.
