<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Republic of Indonesia has a management information system on data processing of fishing surveillance. The information system can be useful if the system is works successfully. This research aim to formulate a strategic plan for the successful implementation of management information systems of data processing fisheries resources surveillance. Elements of the system on strategy was condected by using interpretative structural modeling (ISM), which is a strategic planning technique. The results show for the implementation of the model, there are seven elements of the system that need to be considered. Seven elements of the system with each sub element key, namely Directorat General PSDKP as affected sectors, support policies / regulations, conflict of interest between units echelon 1, up date data licensing continuity and fixed information technology (IT) expert. The implementation of fisheries resources surveillance program by IT based, mostly regional operators started to use information systems surveillance of fishery resources, increased access to data and information across echelons in MMAF and involvement MMAF as agencies involved in the success of the program.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><em>Directorate of fisheries resources surveillance and management, information system, </em></p><p><em>       </em><em>implementing strategy, ISM</em><strong></strong></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p>Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan  memiliki sistem informasi manajemen pengolahan data pengawasan penangkapan ikan. The distinctive quality of the new social structure is that information becomes the only factor of production. In today's organizations, public administrators are directly responsible for applying information to administrative processes. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, a knowledge based organization requires every employee to take responsibility for achieving efficiency. This has increased the importance of information systems in the decision-making process. Information systems consist of computer and communication technology, data base management and model management and include activity processing system, management information system, decision support systems, senior management information system, expert systems and office automation systems. Information systems in the health sector aim at the management and provision of preventive and curative health services. The use of information systems in healthcare has the benefits of increasing service quality, shortening treatment processes, maximizing efficiency of the time, labour and medical devices. The use of information systems for clinical decision making and reducing medical errors in the healthcare industry dates back to the 1960s. Clinical information systems involve processing, storing and re-accessing information that supports patient care in a hospital. Clinical information systems are systems that are directly or indirectly related to patient care. These systems include electronic health/patient records, clinical decision support systems, nurse information systems, patient tracking systems, tele-medicine, case mix and smart card applications. Diagnosis-treatment systems are information-based systems used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. It consists of laboratory information systems, picture archiving and communication system, pharmacy information system, radiology information system, nuclear medicine information system. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of health information system applications in Turkey. The first part of the study focuses on the concept of information systems and the types of information systems in organization structures. In the second part, clinical information systems and applications for diagnosis-treatment systems in Turkey are examined. Finally, the study evaluates applications in the health sector qualitatively from the new organizational structure, which is formed by information systems.

Introduction. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an auspicious approach that supports management and exchange of semantically rich 3D models across design disciplines. Recently, BIM has gained widespread acceptance in the AEC industry, and it improves the efficiency and quality of the process by facilitating the early exchange of 3D building models. At different stages of the life cycle, a building information model is gradually refined from rough conceptual design to detailed individual components. The task is to develop mechanisms for machine verification (authentication) of data transmitted to/from different systems (for example, from a customer to an expert evaluation authority, from a contractor to the urban planning management information system or any other state information system) in the form of an information model of capital construction facilities or certain components of an information model. Materials and methods. To substantiate the choice of the language employed to describe machine-readable documents, various use cases of XML schemas were analyzed, including the use of the Google Trends tool. Information systems, implemented in the Russian Federation, were also considered. Most of them use the W3C XML Schema language to describe XSD schemas. Results. A consolidated list of XML schemas, necessary and sufficient to maintain stages of the life cycle of a capital construction facility in terms of interaction with the Urban Planning Management Information System is presented. To ensure interaction between the life cycle participants and state information systems, it is necessary to have the list of XML schemas approved at the federal level. The paper presents matrixes of scenarios for the application of XML schemas in the following coordinates: participants, life cycle stages. Conclusions. XML schemas can be supplemented in respect of various stages of a life cycle of a capital construction faci-lity to be verified with due regard for further methodological approaches and changes in regulatory and technical acts; new approaches and the need for this supplementation must be substantiated.

With the advent of globalization and fast changing environment, companies are using information and communication systems in the supply chain. Supply chain management information system (SCMIS) has gained a lot of importance because of its ability to reduce costs and increase responsiveness in the supply chain. Review of literature has revealed that the success in implementation of SCMIS and successfully attaining the return expected from the system implemented is a challenge. With such high failure rates scenario, it becomes imperative to identify the risk and the failure factors that may arise during implementation and the ways to tackle these risks. In this chapter, an attempt has been made to establish the challenges, their severity, and improvisation for the successful implementation of SCMIS in the Indian automobile industry. The findings can help the practitioners and managers better understand the challenges, focus the resources, their attention, set up the priorities, and thus improve the chances of successful implementation of SCMIS.

This research was conducted in the Unit Pengelola Rumah Susun—UPRS (Flats Manager Unit) in Jakarta Provincial Government and based on the existence of problems strategic planning of information systems. The purpose of this study is to provide a proposal of Information System Strategy and Management Information System for UPRS. The strategic planning of the information systems on research was conducted using the method of Ward and Peppard. The IS strategic planning in the UPRS which is proposed in this research is hope to be used to integrate each business process and IS system which is connected to the Jakarta Smart City. IS is needed with the competent human resources to manage the IS/IT of the UPRS to increase the service quality to the flat occupants and to increase the employees productivity in implementing their job functions.

Includes data management and data storage management is done simply where data is only stored in an excel. It looks less effective and efficient in the development of technology. This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The method used is field research that is qualitative research that is intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the researcher, for example perception, behavior, events, actions and so on. This researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, a method that is focused on the problems of the existing problems in the present, then analyzed to obtain data and information. The results of the study suggested that the existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources (HR), the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. The few things that support the implementation of the utilization of management information systems in data management are: 1). human resources, 2). Job Description (division of labor), 3). Means, 4). Special Applications, 5). Library, 6). Learners. As for the impact caused by the existence of a management information system in this study had 4 impact, namely: 1). For headmaster, 2). For the administration, 3). For the teacher, and 4). For learners.

The Management Information System is a series of information subsystems that cover thewhole and have been arranged in an integrated manner that is able to move data so that itbecomes information through several ways to increase productivity similar to the model andnature of managers on the basis of predetermined criteria. The management informationsystem is defined as a pyramid building whose base layer is information then followed by anexplanation, status explanation, and so on. Management information systems rely heavily onelements that will produce an information system that suits their needs. imbalances that meetin an embodiment of these elements which will create a slightly incorrect information whichwill result in errors in every decision making in an organization or company. Therefore it isvery necessary to understand an understanding of the elements in a management informationsystem, especially operators that produce very accurate and precise information for a groupor company.
