The modern academic world is undergoing a sea-change. There was a time when only government institutions were present to offer education to humankind. Now, a lot of private institutions, in addition to the Government institutions, are serving society. In this world, the role of teachers cannot be ignored. The psychological contract plays a remarkable role in meeting the faculty members' unsaid expectations and management of private universities. The study was conducted with the faculty members of private universities considering the four states of eastern India (Bihar, Orissa, Jharkhand and West Bengal) to identify the factors affecting the psychological contract of faculty members and its impact on job satisfaction. Appropriate statistical tools were applied to measure the above. The findings of the research will help the management of the private Universities to decide on the organizational policy.

Purpose- The paper examined the role of compensation practices on job satisfaction of faculty members in private institutions of higher learning in Saudi Arabia. The paper also examined the mediating role of talent management in the relationship between compensation practices and job performance.Methodology/Approach- A descriptive research design method was applied in the study. The paper is focused on review of previous studies from online data bases and periodicals on the paper variables and resultant relationships. Literature acknowledged the effect of compensation practices on job satisfaction. The paper explained the importance of compensation practices on job satisfaction and the mediating role of talent management. Equity theory was used as the underpinning theory of this paper.Findings- The paper found that compensation practice mediated by talent management is important to increase job satisfaction of faculty members of newly established private institutions of higher learning particularly in Saudi Arabia.Implication/Contribution- The paper provides opportunity for scholars to test the proposed framework empirically. The paper can serve as guide for human resource personnel in newly established private institutions of learning in increasing faculty member’s job satisfactions. The paper adds to body of existing literature on compensation practices, job satisfaction and talent management with focus on newly established private institution of learning in Saudi Arabia.

Psychological contract Breach (PCB) play a crucial role to shape employee reactions (ERs) Therefore; this study investigated the possessions of Psychological contract Breach on employee’s reactions (organizational behavior regarding citizenship, job satisfaction) under the moderation of organizational trust. Data were collected from 340 employees of the Health sector by using the technique of simple random sampling. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) technique has been used to check the validity of the data while structure equation modeling (SEM) technique has been used for test the relationship between variables. Our findings revealed that psychological contract breach had negative and significant relationships with employees’ reactions (organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction). Further, organizational trust is also significantly moderated on the relationship between PCB and employees’ reactions (organizational behavior regarding citizenship, job satisfaction).

The Indonesian nation is a large nation, has a very dense population. Inside there is the millennial generation who will play an important role in the continuation of the life of the nation and state. However, with the development of technology, the millennial generation has begun to be influenced and the understanding of the values of Pancasila has begun to fade. In writing this article, the author uses several defense theories to strengthen the results of research and methods by collecting data and information through the help of various materials contained in literature (books) or also known as types of phenomological research associated with qualitative descriptive. From the results of the literature research, the writer finds that the understanding of the values of Pancasila from the millennial generation is mostly starting to fade due to the influence of foreign technology and culture, so that intolerance, radicalism and speech of hatred appear between fellow children of the nation. Therefore, the role of the government, institutions and society is needed in optimizing the understanding of the values of Pancasila for the millennial generation so that they are ready to be involved in Total war.

Lecturer responsibilities in presenting learning materials and building students’ character is considered very important in preparing future workers/entrepreneur. However, those responsibilities still have not received proper attention in certain institutions and even from the government. If this goes on continuously, it is feared that they will lose wellperformed individuals. This study aimed to investigate the level of turnover intention from the lecturer in six private universities in Bandung. And the role of financial rewards, job satisfaction, and affective organizational commitment as antecedents. Data collected using an online questionnaire. The numbers of total lecturers in those universities were around 3000. This study used a non-probability sample and distributed 500 questionnaires through the human resources office. And after two months, there are 288 participants which willing to complete the questionnaire. After the more detailed screening, we have 121 responses that met our requirements and can be used in this study. The study found that financial rewards were significantly affected job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment. But it was not significantly affected turnover intention. Partially, job satisfaction and affective commitment have not mediated the relationship between financial rewards and turnover intention. But, simultaneously, both variables have significantly mediated the relationship. These results give new understanding to the managers in the educational organization regarding maintaining the turnover level of their lecturers. In the future, studies can be conducted to cover lecturers from other cities in Indonesia.

This research aims to examine social networks that can be accessed by SMEs. Capital has an important role in empowering SMEs in the Coastal Areas of Surabaya City. Some previous studies have shown that empowerment of SMEs is only seen from an economic perspective, such as product marketing, product design, and the role of SMEs in local economic growth. In this study it looks for social networks (stakeholders) with an important role in empowering SMEs and can be accessed by SMEs. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research strategy. The method of finding data uses in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation.  There are 7 informants from SMEs owners, SMEs associations, government, and private institutions. Data analysis begins with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusions / verification. The results of this study showed 5 social network stakeholders that can be accessed by SMEs, namely SMEs, SMEs Associations, Government, Banks, and Private.  The government is the most important institution in developing SMEs. While the limitation of this research is that it has not been able to see further the role of stakeholders that can be accessed by SMEs. Further research can examine the role of stakeholders in SMEs empowerment social networks

This study aims to identify the Green Gang Manager capacity level and analyze the factors that affect the Green Gang Manager capacity in Jakarta. The technique of research includes a survey approach for 340 respondents in DKI Jakarta Province from 2,236 Green Gang Managers. Research in the five administrative towns of central Jakarta, East Jakarta, West Jakarta, South Jakarta and North Jakarta has been undertaken between December 2019 and February 2020. Techniques for data collecting through open interviews, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Inferential data analysis. Data analysis. PLS and Logical model analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the capacity of Green Gang Managers in DKI Jakarta Province was in the medium category. This indicates that the Green Alley Manager's capacity level is quite understanding regarding utilizing Green Open Space. Green Gang Managers' ability is influenced significantly and effectively by individual properties, support of stakeholders and Green Gang managers' involvement. Non-formal training and motivation are personal attributes that affect Green Gang Manager skills. The role of the government, the part of the community, the role of the media and the role of extension workers are all stakes that influence the capacity of the Green Gang manager. Planning, implementation, using outcomes and evaluation are the level of participation that influences the capacity of Green Gang managers.
