This paper is a result of qualitative exploration based on secondary data and literature study. The analysis of the topic leads to some conclusions, including that the sharp decline in human activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic has brought a positive impact on the ecological condition, making it more natural and healthier. The most significant improvement in the ecological condition of the earth during the pandemic is the reduced air pollution. Meanwhile, the negative impact on ecology includes the increasing volume of plastic waste and medical waste. A Notary Deed, if made with a Notary deed, must still be based on the provisions of Article 38 Notary Position Act as a formal requirement that must be fulfilled so that the deed is legally valid. If the deed is not implemented by Article 38 Assignment of Mortgage Rights, there has a sanction based on the provisions of Article 41 Notary Position Act. It is emphasised that the violation of the provisions of Article 38 Notary Position Act will result in the deed only having the value of evidentiary power as an underhand. Such a deed has its position degraded from an authentic deed to have the value of evidentiary power as an underhand deed following the provisions of Article 1869 of the Civil Code. So that the Sharia Banking deed made with a Notary deed is substantially under Sharia Principles and normatively per Article 38; especially paragraph (2) of the Notary Position Act. For Sharia banking, it can be done by transfer. Including the provisions of the opening sentence on the contents of the deed or a separate sheet of paper.

This paper will answer two questions related to whether there is a need for sanctions for those who refuse to be vaccinated, what sanctions are appropriate from the perspective of interest theory, and what is the legal basis for imposing sanctions for those who refuse to be vaccinated in Indonesia. This study uses a sociolegal approach from the perspective of interest theory, it is found that sanctions can not only be given but must be given to those who refuse to be vaccinated. According to this perspective, the appropriate sanction is not fines or imprisonment, but deprivation of the right to socialize. The legal basis for imposing sanctions for those who refuse to be vaccinated is Article 5 of Law 4/1984 and PerPres12/2021. The sanctions referred to are administrative in nature in the form of termination of social security or social assistance, postponement or termination of government administration services, and fines. These sanctions do not contribute to stopping the spread of the Covid-19 virus, so it is recommended that amendments to these provisions are necessary.
