The early years of a children’s life are very important for his or her health and development. Healthy development means that children of all abilities are able to grow up where their social, emotional and educational needs are met. The role of education is a key factor for an individual’s development. The role of education is a key factor for an individual’s development. After the 1980s the findings of educational research has shown that preschool age is a very important period in one’s development. Preschool education is becoming important in the new millennium because a child’s personality, emotions, cognitive and social abilities develop during the first five years. The article examines the expedience and effectiveness of opening a child development center. The preconditions for the creation of development centers have been studied. The number of functioning preschool institutions in the period from 2011 to 2019 and the number of children born in Ukraine for the corresponding period are analyzed. There is a negative trend towards a decrease in the number of children's educational institutions. Based on these studies, it was concluded that the network of schools does not meet the needs of the population of Ukraine. The calculation of financial indicators of the development center, calculation of break-even point and indicators of project efficiency were made. It is shown what income the center can have from the first year of activity. The dynamics of revenue for three years was also shown. The costs of opening the center are calculated and the dynamics of costs for three years is shown. The cost structure is also analyzed, that is the percentage of fixed and variable in the general cost structure of the enterprise is shown. How many highly qualified staff are needed to ensure the operation of the center, as well as the level of competitive wages were considered. Thus, based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the opening of a child development center is not only a profitable business but also helps to solve the problems of parents with a lack of places in kindergartens and provide quality services for child development. The role of education is a key factor for an individual’s development. After the 1980s the findings of educational research has shown that preschool age is a very important period in one’s development. The single parent family structure and an increase in the number of working mothers have required children to attend schools in “child development centers” (CDC). Preschool education is becoming important in the new millennium because a child’s personality, emotions, cognitive and social abilities develop during the first five years. The purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons for selecting CDCs by parents and children by focusing on physical and environmental factors.  The sample was a diverse group of 95 parents and instructors who use CDCs at two different locations in Turkey. The instrument used in the study was a self-designed standardized questionnaire. The results should enlighten later CDC design studies, and give support for architects who design preschool education centers. The study may be used for educational, governmental and advertising purposes to contribute to changing the negative situation of poorly designed centers.

В этот период идет интенсивное развитие органов и становление функциональных систем организма. Наметившаяся в последние годы устойчивая тенденция ухудшения здоровья дошкольников, увеличение количества детей с нарушениями психического и речевого развития, диктует необходимость поиска механизмов, позволяющая изменить эту ситуацию. Основная задача детского сада - подготовить ребенка к самостоятельной жизни, дав ему для этого необходимые умения, навыки, воспитав определенные привычки. Сегодня в дошкольных учреждениях уделяется большое внимание здоровье сберегающим технологиям, которые направлены на решение самой главной задачидошкольного образования – сохранить, поддержать и обогатить здоровье детей. Abstract: This article discusses the features of the use of game technologies in the rehabilitation of preschoolers. Preschool age is a crucial stage in the formation of the Foundation of physical and mental health of the child. During this period there is an intensive development of organs and the formation of functional systems of the body. The steady tendency of deterioration of health of preschool children outlined in recent years, increase in number of children with violations of mental and speech development, dictates need of search of the mechanisms allowing to change this situation. The main task of the kindergarten is to prepare the child for independent life, giving him the necessary skills, bringing up certain habits. Today, preschool institutions pay great attention to health-saving technologies, which are aimed at solving the most important task of preschool education – to preserve, support and enrich the health of children. Narrative therapy is a respectful and culturally relevant form of psychotherapy. Internationally, there is an increasing use of narrative therapy with diverse populations; however, there is limited documentation within the Indian context. The intention of the study was to understand experiences of children and their families during their participation in narrative therapy at Ummeed Child Development Center in Mumbai, India. Twelve participants were recruited for individual interviews: four children, who received counseling at Ummeed Child Development Center for a minimum of 6 months, and eight family members. Thematic analysis of data revealed three themes: Working In Partnership reflected the value of therapy being a collaborative process; Practices That Open Up Possibilities highlighted skills of children and their families that became visible through counseling; and Taking Control And Advocacy revealed how families experienced a sense of control over their own lives and an interest in advocating for others with similar lived experiences. The study has brought to light how narrative therapy can make possible change in lives of children and their families and wider society. In an international context, these findings serve to document narrative therapy as a beneficial modality for mental health practitioners to use with children experiencing developmental disabilities and their families.

The article "Indices of the Child's Earliest Attachment . . . etc." in the April 1972 issue of Pediatrics calls for comment. During 20 years of work with handicapped, retarded, and emotionally disturbed children at the Child Development Center, it was distressing to find how many of the mothers who had sought help from psychiatrists came in very depressed because the psychiatrist had made them feel that they were the cause of their child's abnormal condition.
