The article analyzes the peculiarities of training future teachers in higher education institutions of different countries in order to implement the positive ideas of this experience in the higher education system of Ukraine. Peculiarities of training students abroad at the present stage of higher education development are determined: multilevel model of pedagogical education; high quality of pedagogical training, which meets the best world standards; the education system is decentralized; considerable attention is paid to the study of foreign languages; a systematic approach to the organization of professional development of teachers of general secondary education based on the restructuring and optimization of methods, forms and models of teaching through the integration of elements of practical activities into professional development curricula and the formation of continuing pedagogical education as an organically integrated, optimal and dynamic system; strengthening the independence and responsibility of students for their studies, the possibility of individualization of the curriculum, the growth of academic mobility; multiculturalism and polylingualism; multidisciplinary (acquisition of specialization in two subjects simultaneously); systematic and systematic use of innovative technologies; high level of personal-social-state orientation of the system of monitoring the quality of higher education; free access to statistics and mandatory publication of monitoring results by independent media; a small number of subjects taught (not more than 16 disciplines in one academic year); relocation of the center of professional and pedagogical training to school; growth of pedagogical practice and expansion of places of its passing; increasing the requirements for entrants both in the case of admission to pedagogical specialties and during their employment; increasing the role and importance of various professional organizations (associations, unions, centers of pedagogical skills, schools of professional growth) in the process of professional development and certification of teachers. It is noted that taking into account the selected features of foreign experience in the domestic system of training future teachers will contribute to the effective modernization of the higher education system of Ukraine. Introduction. The peculiarities of the future teachers of physical culture’s preparation in the Nether-lands are presented in the article. The research of the modern higher education system in the most developed countries in the world is useful for the consideration of theperspectives and directions of the development, revival of the methodological, contents and technological founda-tions of the higher education in the Ukraine according to the requirements of the modernity.Purpose. The study of the professional preparation of the future teachers of physical culture’s peculiarities in the Netherlands’ higher education establishments. Methods. The comparative analysis, synthesis, gener-alization, systematization and concretization. Results. The list of organizations, responsible for the development of the Netherlands' education system is presented. It is stated, the future teachers’ preparation in the Netherlands’ higher education establishments is ori-ented on the common secondary education establish-ments’ requests. Respectively, the peculiarities of the physical education’s organization in the education estab-lishments mentioned above are briefly characterized. The future teachers of physical culture’s preparation is se-cured by the six Universities of the applied sciences in the Netherlands. Different educational lines for the future teachers of physical culture are considered. The require-ments to the competencies of the physical culture teachers are analyzed based on the national professional stand-ards. The contents peculiarities of the future teachers of physical culture's professional preparation are discovered on the example of the sport studying school in the Univer-sity of Fontis. Studying at the University of Fontis allows to get the category of the first degree physical culture teacher. The preparation lasts four years, each academic year consisting of four blocks of ten weeks. It is general-ized, the practice at school is an important component of the professional preparation in the Netherlands. Originality. The modern experience of the future teachers of physical culture’s preparation in the Nether-lands. Conclusion. Social-constructivist approach is laid to the base of the educational programs of the physical culture teachers’ preparation, according to which the profession of the physical culture teacher lies in the base of the program, and the professional development of a student is in the social context, in which knowledge is built through the interaction with others.

Previous studies determine the importance of pedagogical tolerance and the need to prevent xenophobia in future teachers. The purpose of this research was the analysis of efficiency of realization of xenophobic prevention model for future teachers. The experiment involved 120 students of the Southern Federal University studying for bachelor's and master's degrees in pedagogical training programs. The results have shown positive dynamics in overcoming xenofobia on cognitive, emotionally estimated and behavioural levels. The basic idea behind the xenophobic prevention model implementation included pedagogical support for students to form a critically meaningful space of their own knowledge and relationships. The developed pedagogical conditions for the prevention of xenophobia have proved to be effective, as evidenced by the results of statistical processing of diagnostic data.

The article provides ideas for improving the pedagogical mechanisms of preparation of future teachers of higher education institutions for socio-pedagogical activities, the work of teachers and members of the scientific community. Also, the management of the higher education system in accordance with the needs of the students of the period is an integral part of socio-pedagogical management in society. It was noted that in order to create certain conditions for students, it is necessary to constantly develop the activities of the educational institution. It is noted that the state of education in the near future is planned on a scientific basis, and the professional training of future teachers is associated with the problem of preparation for socio-pedagogical activities.

After first surveying the development of academic studies of Islam within the modern Turkish higher education system, this essay provides an inventory of material that has been translated from Western languages into Turkish. It is inevitable that orientalist studies will have a place of tremendous importance in this analysis. However, approaches to the Qur'an and its exegesis which have been developed under the influence of the Western scientific and cultural world encompass a larger range of literature that includes not only the orientalist studies themselves but also the criticisms directed against these studies. Particular attention is paid to the work of Fazlur Rahman and Arab scholars influenced by Western methods, and an assessment of the various issues related to the critique of orientalist works is provided.

Subject .This article discusses the need to bring into line with the future activities of specialists the content of their preparation, the formation of a system model of higher education, which takes into account today's and prospective requirements of the labor market. Objectives. The article aims to research the labor market in four regions of the Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation: the Republic of Tatarstan, Mari El Republic, Chuvash Republic, and the Ulyanovsk oblast, as well as discuss problems and prospects of interaction of universities with enterprises and organizations of these regions. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of logical and statistical analyses, and in-depth expert survey. Results. The article analyzes the state of regional labor markets, presents the results of the expert survey of labor market representatives and heads of the regional education system, and it defines possible ways of harmonizing the interaction of universities with the labor market. Conclusions. The article notes that although the number of employed with higher education is growing, at the same time there is a shortage of highly qualified personnel in certain professions, on the one hand, and unskilled workers, on the other. Also, the article says that the universities do not prepare the necessary for the regions specialists in a number of professions or they provide a set of competencies different from the requirements of the labor market, so it is necessary to form and develop effective directions of cooperation between educational institutions and employers.
