Purpose of the study: to conduct a morphological study of experimental material to assess the features of wound healing in the anal sphincter area when using the domestic drug “Heprocel” as a hemostatic agent. Material and methods. The study was carried out in the Department of experimental surgery and the department of pathological anatomy of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Surgery named after Academician V. Vakhidov. The state of experimental models of wounds with the application of a hemostatic agent in the form of a gel was studied. The experiments were carried out on 72 white male rats weighing 210-250 g. Two series of 36 animals each were produced. All animals were divided into groups: norm - experiment in the absence of drug hypocoagulation; control - an experiment with intravenous heparin to achieve drug hypocoagulation; experience - an experiment with intravenous administration of heparin to achieve drug hypocoagulation using an application on a model of a skin wound and a dissected anal sphincter of the hemostatic agent "Heprocel". Results. Morphological differences in the process of wound healing were most pronounced after 3 days of the study. In the control group of animals with hemostasis using an electrocoagulator, necrotic and exudative processes of inflammation in the stratified squamous epithelium and mucous membrane of the glands in the anal region were evident. In the experimental group, on the 3-5th day of the experiment, the proliferative process of inflammation predominated morphologically. A special feature is that the hemostatic gel is absorbed into the wound, forming a thin uniform layer. On the 10th day of the experiment, the above difference became more obvious. In the control group, chaotic squamous epithelial cells and fibroblasts were formed. The fibrin-necrotic layer is preserved. Focal infiltration of macrophages-lymphocytes was observed. In the experimental group, the intestinal layers began to change. In the area of the surgical incision, the hemostatic layer is preserved; in this area, the growth of thin fibrous connective tissue is observed. Differentiation and transformation of cells led to the regeneration of the epithelial layer and parakeratosis of the flat cell. Signs of complete remodeling were evident over a long period of time, such as 14 days. Conclusion. The use of a hemostatic agent in the form of a gel provides not only an increase in the processes of local hemostasis, but a decrease in the activity of inflammatory reactions and infection, as well as the risk of developing post-traumatic cicatricial deformity of the anus.

Also, theoretical foundations and practical data are presented, conclusions on the oxidation of molybdenum sulfide compounds are analyzed and summarized. As a result of numerous laboratory experiments, conclusions have been drawn for the production.

As part of the study, a control scheme with the adaptation of the coefficients of the neuron-fuzzy regulator implemented. The area difference method used as a training method for the network. It improved by adding a rule base, which allows choosing the optimal learning rate for individual neurons of the neural network. The neural network controller applied as a superstructure of the PID controller in the process control scheme. The dynamic object can function in different modes. This technological process operates in different modes in terms of loading and temperature setpoints. Because of experiments, the power consumption and the amount of time required maintaining the same absorption process, using a conventional PID controller and a neural-network controller evaluated. It concluded that the neuro-fuzzy controller with a superstructure reduced the transient time by 19%.

Due to the fact that hollow-core slabs without formwork are produced without slinging loops (features of manufacturing technology), the issue of installation and transportation of these slabs has been solved. A constructive and technological solution is proposed for a slinging unit, arranged in the body of the slab, without the use of a slinging loop, and having only an anchor rod-dowel through which it is possible to directly sling the slab without using traditional slinging loops. The unit is designed with a reduced metal consumption and does not change the technology for manufacturing hollow-core slabs without formwork. Found and summed up a theoretical basis for calculating the bearing capacity of the proposed slinging unit, arranged in a hollow-core slab without formwork. It was revealed that the bearing capacity of the proposed slinging assembly, arranged in the body of a hollow-core slab, under the action of assembly loads, depends on the force of splitting the concrete of the protective layer located above the anchor rod-dowel of this assembly (all other things being equal). The theoretical data of the study were verified by full-scale tests of plates with slinging units arranged in their body, carried out in accordance with the proposed constructive and technological development. A utility model patent was obtained for the development of a loopless slinging unit for a hollow-core slab without formwork.

Humic substances are the main organic component of soil and water, as well as solid fossil fuels. These important components are formed during the de-composition of plant and animal residues under the influence of abiotic envi-ronmental factors and as a result of the activity of microorganisms. In the future, humic substances are of great interest for medicine, veterinary medicine and plant protection as bioregulators, biostimulants and adaptogens, which deter-mine the normal functioning of various body systems. As a result of enrichment of coal from the Angren deposit, a large amount of waste accumulates, which negatively affects the ecological situation in the region and occupies large areas, in connection with which the question of their processing arises, in particular, to obtain humic preparations and bacterial fertilizers of prolonged action. The iso-lation of humic acids from the dumps was carried out with weak solutions of po-tassium and sodium hydroxides, and then precipitated from the obtained alka-line extracts by acidification with mineral acids to pH 2.0. In the residual cakes, the synthesis of humic acids was carried out by inoculation of an association of microorganisms BK 5 grown on rice flour. In the course of the research it has been found, that optimal separation of humic acid alkali consumption solvents NaOH or KOH is 8g per 100g of the crude product in a ratio of T:F = 1:5 at a temperature of 80° C for 30 minutes.

The process of separation of oil sludge, which is obtained after cleaning the oil refining units of the Bukhara oil refinery, is presented. Methods of obtaining petroleum liquid rafinate using several experimental laboratory installations for liquid-phase separation of oil sludge in a centrifugal force field with the use of a deemulgator "Disolvan-4411" and sawdust from the processing of old furniture of local raw materials are used. The composition and amount of heavy sediment and clarified oil products from oil sludge were obtained
