This research study aims to design the development of a suitable learning evaluation management model in the utilizing of the Banda Aceh Primary School Information Communication Technology (ICT) system, to develop what learning evaluation management model is suitable for utilizing Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems level of Primary School in Banda Aceh City. Then aims to improve the performance of the development of learning evaluation management models in the utilization of the Information Communication Technology (ICT) system at the Primary School level in Banda Aceh, providing a place for relatively new developing lecturers/ research groups in research capabilities to be able to utilize the facilities and expertise, and adopt and imitate a good research culture from a group of researchers who are more advanced in other universities in carrying out quality research. The program also aims to build research collaboration between universities in Indonesia. The method used in this research is development research (research and development version of Borg and Gall, 1983). The expected benefits in this research study are that all teachers who teach at the elementary school level can use / utilize the Information Communication Technology (ICT) system in the learning process, this is to improve the quality of education at that level.

Despite the significant contribution that information communication technology (ICT) has made to business, prior studies indicated that there is a large number of unsuccessful ICT implementations in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Moreover, literature also indicated that SMEs’ utilization of ICT tools is reported to be low worldwide, while that is also the case with Polish SMEs. This paper was aim to identify the ICT tools used by Polish SMEs, the areas in which they are used, and the benefits companies perceive from such use. Findings of this research study with 153 Polish SMEs suggest that the most popular ICT tool is email, used by 88% of surveyed entities. Emails contain knowledge and information that is not codified in any knowledge repository. The main area of enterprise where employees use new technologies is marketing, as confirmed by 44% of the surveyed entities. About 59% of the companies surveyed recognize that the use of new technologies brings benefits, which translate into an increase in the company's profits. To stimulate the development of SMEs Polish companies, this study found that it is important to support the development of modern ICT tools for economic growth.

The expected benefit in this study is that all teachers who teach at elementary level can use / utilize ICT system in learning process, this is for improvement of education quality at that level.   Abstrak Adapun yang menjadi tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain pengembangan model manajemen evaluasi pembelajaran yang cocok dalam pemanfaatan sistem ICT tingkat Sekolah Dasar Se- Kota Banda Aceh, mengembangkan sosok model manajemen evaluasi pembelajaran seperti apakah yang cocok dalam pemanfaatan sistem ICT tingkat Sekolah Dasar Se- Kota Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development versi Borg and Gall, 1983). Manfaat yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini dimana semua guru yang mengajar pada jenjang sekolah dasar dapat menggunakan/memanfaatkan system ICT dalam proses pembelajaran, hal ini demi peningkatan kualitas pendidikan pada jenjang tersebut. Abstract The problem of professional training of skilled human personnel in the industry of information communication technology, the urgency of which is recognized at the state level of Ukraine and the world, has been considered. It has been traced that constantly growing requirements of the labour market, swift scientific progress require the use of innovative approaches to the training of future ІТ specialists with the aim to increase their professional level. The content of standards of professional training and development of information technologies specialists in foreign countries, particularly in Japan, has been analyzed and generalized. On the basis of analysis of educational and professional standards of Japan, basic requirements to the engineer in industry of information communication technology in the conditions of competitive environment at the labour market have been comprehensively characterized. The competencies that graduate students of educational qualification level of bachelor in the conditions of new state policy concerning upgrading the quality of higher education have been considered. The constituents of professional competence in the structure of an engineer-programmer’s personality, necessary on different levels of professional improvement of a specialist for the development of community of highly skilled ІТ specialists, have been summarized. Positive features of foreign experience and the possibility of their implementation into the native educational space have been distinguished. Directions for modernization and upgrading of the quality of higher education in Ukraine and the prospects for further scientific research concerning the practice of specialists in information technologies training have been suggested
