The study deals with basic problems that are associated with the features of exploitation of combine harvesters of CLAAS LEXION 750,760 TERRA TRAC. The analysis of constructions of reaping-machines, sloping chambers, threshing machine, cleaning, system of growing and distributing of uncorn part of harvest shallow, caterpillar working system of combine harvesters of CLAAS LEXION 750,760 TERRA TRAC was made. The structural and technological decisions of reaping-machines, threshing machine, cleaning, system of growing and distributing of uncorn part of harvest shallow are solved, which allow collecting grain crops, soybean, pea, rape with minimal losses. The features of construction and exploitation of the caterpillar working system of combine harvesters of CLAAS LEXION 750,760 TERRA TRAC are considered. On the basis of the conducted analysis of constructions of reaping-machines, sloping chambers, threshing machine, cleaning, system of growing and distributing of uncorn part of harvest shallow, caterpillar working system of combine harvesters of CLAAS LEXION, 750,760 TERRA TRAC, the opportunity of their effective exploitation in the conditions of Podillya region is considered. The findings indicate that using the latter in production conditions will gain positive results, high quality and reliability of work

A method of filling the combine hopper when it approaches the field edge and providing a to-and-fro method of a combine’s movement in stints is justified. Formulas are given for calculating the operating width of the header and the working speed of movement, depending on the yield, length of the furrow and hopper capacity. The results of a comparative assessment of the traditional and the new methods of harvesting winter wheat with unloading of grain from the combine hopper at the edge of the field are presented.

Мета статті. Метою цього дослідження є обґрунтування способу контролю параметрів проходження зернового потоку різних сільськогосподарських культур у скребковому елеваторі зернозбирального комбайна за допомогою удосконаленого нами датчика ємнісно-хвильового типу. Методика досліджень.  Первинні дані експериментальних досліджень, що були одержані за допомогою спеціально розробленої установки, оброблені за допомогою методів математичного та статистичного аналізу. Результати досліджень. Якість транспортування зерна скребковими елеваторами, що використовуються на  зернозбиральних комбайнах та у транспортних лініях зернопереробних підприємств, не відповідає сучасним вимогам − спостерігається неповнота розвантаження, подрібнення частини зерна скребками, ланцюгом та зірочками елеватора, не враховуються умови роботи транспортної зернової системи комбайна при обмолоті маловрожайних культур зі значною перевагою у врожаї незернової частини. При дослідженні особливості руху зерна, що транспортується і розвантажується скребковим елеватором, нами була вдосконалена та використана експериментальна установка, що дообладнана системою контролю інтенсивності транспортування. При проведенні частини експериментальних досліджень вивчалися відображення інтенсивності потоку  та його залежність від продуктивності елеватора  і швидкості транспортування . Для описування залежності  від  та  для кожного виду сільськогосподарських культур використовувалася множинна лінійна регресія. За результатами експериментів інтенсивність зернового потоку можливо розглядати як ступінь завантаження скребкового елеватора відносно номінального значення. У транспортних системах зернопереробних машин така інтенсивність майже завжди номінальна, а на зернозбиральних комбайнах спостерігається часткове неповне завантаження за рахунок різнопланових умов збирання врожаю. Елементи наукової новизни. Спроектована, виготовлена та використана в наших дослідженнях експериментальна установка, як об’єкт інтелектуальної власності, захищена патентами на винахід та патентами на корисну модель. Також має патентний захист спосіб дослідження технологічних процесів транспортування зерна елеватором. Останнє підтверджує наукову новизну цієї публікації. Практична значущість.  Результати дослідження використані при удосконаленні зернотранспортної лінії зернозбирального комбайна КЗС-9-1 «Славутич» та є вагомими для подальшої оптимізації режимів транспортування зерна подібними скребковими елеваторами. The purpose of this study is to substantiate the method of monitoring the parameters of grain stream flow of various crops in the scraper elevator of a grain combine harvester using an improved capacitive-wave type sensor. Methods of the research. The primary data of experimental studies, obtained with the help of a specially developed device, have been processed using mathematical and statistical analysis methods. The research results. The quality of grain transportation by scraper elevators used on combine harvesters and in transportation lines of grain processing enterprises does not meet modern requirements – there is incomplete unloading, grain crushing by scrapers, chain and sprockets of the elevator. The operating conditions of the combine grain transportation system while threshing low-yield crops with a significant advantage of non-cereal part in the yield were not taken into account. Studying the characteristics of grain flow during transportation and unloading by the scraper elevator, we have improved and used the experimental installation, which was additionally equipped with a system for monitoring the intensity of transportation. In the course of experimental studies, the reflection of the flow intensity was studied depending on the elevator production performance and transportation speed. We used multiple linear regression to describe the dependence of reflecting the intensity of the flow for each type of crop. According to the results of the experiments, the intensity of the grain flow can be considered as the degree of loading the scraper elevator relative to the nominal value. In the transport systems of grain processing machines, such intensity is almost always nominal, and on grain combine harvesters there is a partial incomplete loading due to diverse harvesting conditions. The elements of scientific novelty. The experimental installation has been improved and used in our research as an object of intellectual property, protected by patents for invention and patents for a useful model. The method of studying technological processes of grain transportation by elevator also has patent protection. The latter one confirms the scientific novelty of this publication. Practical importance. The results of the research have been used to improve the grain transportation line of the KZS-9-1 "Slavutych" combine harvester and they are significant for further optimization of grain transportation modes with similar scraper elevators.

Innovators of in vitro meat (IVM) are convinced that this approach is the solution for problems related to current meat production and consumption, especially regarding animal welfare and environmental issues. However, the production conditions have yet to be fully clarified and there is still a lack of ethical discourses and critical debates on IVM. In consequence, discussion about the ethical justifiability and desirability of IVM remains hypothetical and we have to question those promises. This paper addresses the complex ethical aspects associated with IVM and the questions of whether, and under what conditions, the production of IVM represents an ethically justifiable solution for existing problems, especially in view of animal welfare, the environment, and society. There are particular hopes regarding the benefits that IVM could bring to animal welfare and the environment, but there are also strong doubts about their ethical benefits.

The control of houseflies (Musca domestica L.) in veterinary surveillance premises is an important measure for the welfare of animals against infectious and invasive diseases. For this purpose, the most effective chemical insecticides are used. To prevent possible resistance to them, bait insecticides with two active binary ingredients from different chemical classes are used. The work was carried out in the laboratory of the Tyumen Scientific Center and in the production conditions of ZAO Pyshminskaya Poultry Farm. This material presents the main stages in the development of a prototype of the insecticidal bait Mukhnet AX containing two insecticides: 1.5% acetamiprid and 6% chlorfenapir. For this purpose, adults of houseflies Musca domestica L. 3-5 days old were used. Under laboratory conditions, effective rational doses of the above insecticides were determined by group feeding, feeding and by the method of assessing food insecticidal baits when fighting flies from 0.00002 to 4% concentrations. According to the results of laboratory studies, it was found that the optimal doses causing 100% death of insects were 0.5% for acetamiprid and 2% for chlorfenapir. The insecticidal efficiency of the developed bait Mukhnet AH against flies in production conditions on the first day after the treatment of the livestock building was 91.25%. The insecticidal effect of the measures taken lasted for at least 6 days. The restoration of the number to the previous level of the number of insects occurred after 10 days. Based on the results obtained, the Method of using the composition of an insecticidal bait agent in the fight against Musca domestica was proposed and patented.

In the small-plot experiment of the Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy against potato viruses in 2014-2019 were tested some kinds of preparations with antiviral activity: Pharmayod, GS (100 g/l of iodine); Immunocytophyte, TAB (20 g/kg arachidonic acid ethyl ester); Ecogel, WS (30 g/l of chitosan lactate); Amulet, TAB (composition of linear polyaminosaccharides (chitosan) in succinic acid solution); Zerox, WS (3000 mg /l colloidal silver); Viron, WS (biostimulant based on urea and citric acid with the addition of essential oils). According to the results of the studies, it was found that, in addition to the effect on the causative agents of viral diseases of potatoes, all tested preparations had a stable tendency to maintain or increase the yield of tubers of infected plants. The increase in the yield of tubers ranged from 0.5 to 1.3 kg/m2. In 2016 under the production conditions of Astrakhan region on the potato variety Impala infected with the PVM + PVS and PVM + PVS + PVY virus complexes a comparative assessment of the effect of Pharmayod and Immunocytophyte revealed a significant increase in the gross and marketable yield of potato plants in the areas with the use of these preparations compared to with control.
