The purpose of issuing a quality manual for the radioisotope production plants is to define and describe the quality system implemented by the plant. It provides general procedures for all activities comprising the quality system, defines the authorities and responsibilities of all personnel affected by the system and provides a way to inform our customers of the specific controls that are in place at radioisotope production plants to assure continued product quality. Such a quality manual is regularly updated to depict the quality management system implemented by radioisotope production plant as accurately as possible. Example of this type of quality manual is developed for the radioisotope production facility (RPF) located in ETRR-2 Complex site – Egyptian Atomic Energy Authority – Inshas-EGYPT.

To explore the relatively weak link of the quality management system, the evaluation of the key nodes in quality system management is the crucial method for the enterprises and organizations. However, due to inadequate understanding of the goals and principles, the evaluation results are difficult to meet the requirements. Therefore, in this paper we normalize the evaluation of the quality management system and discuss the methods of uncertainty quantification as the supplementary for evaluation which brings the more accurate results for improvement suggestions.

The paper deals with the basics of ensuring customer satisfaction as one of the conceptual principles of the quality management system (QMS) of the enterprise, based on "Consumer's risks" method, which is a modification of the well-known "Consumer Voice" method. The paper analyzes scientific approaches to the problem under study. The paper gives ground for the prospects of studying personal risks of consumers in order to anticipate their expectations from the company's products based on the application of "Consumer's risks" method, which allows to extrapolate the risks of interested parties to the product characteristics expressed in professional terminology that is understandable for the manufacturer who can implement it. The authors propose a procedure for transferring consumer’s risks into product characteristics and a statistical justification of the priority of their implementation, which allows to balance the requirements of all interested parties. The expediency of using the developed procedure in order to ensure customer satisfaction and increase the competitiveness of the enterprise is proved.

Despite South Africa’s high spending in education compared to other sub-Saharan countries, its education system is often criticized as ineffective as evidenced by poor student outcomes in both national and international assessments. This educational inefficiency is often linked to poor teacher quality, particularly in mathematics and science where some teachers are considered to have content knowledge below the level at which they are teaching. The researchers interviewed five primary school principals in KwaZulu-Natal on the training needs analysis methods they used to identify the training needs of foundation phase teachers. They all reported that they only used the Integrated Quality Management System template provided by the Department of Basic Education. However, they did not use it optimally due to a lack of comprehensive knowledge of how it should be implemented. In order to address this, it is recommended that principals should receive thorough training on the implementation of the Integrated Quality Management System, and that training needs analysis should be conducted on a quarterly basis rather than once a year. Keywords: integrated quality management system, professional development, training needs analysis, interpretive paradigm.
