The article is devoted to the development of quality system documents for the pharmacy organization. The legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the Eurasian Economic Union, requires the development and maintenance of the quality assurance system, the quality management system, the pharmaceutical quality system in a pharmacy organization, a distributor or manufacturer of medicinal products. The article presents the comparative analysis of regulatory requirements as well as approaches of the international standards ISO series to the construction of the quality systems and processes documentation. Such documents as the Quality Manual or its equivalent, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Process Instructions are the most difficult to develop. The distribution of responsibility for processes within the organization is difficult to understand. On the example of RUE «BELPHARMATSIYA» it is shown how the processes in the pharmacy organization can be documented and responsibility for their implementation can be stated. The functioning of the quality system depends on the clarity of the documentation structure and its development and circulation organization. It is the responsibility of the organization authorities to maintain effective functioning of this system.

Drug therapy is one of the main components of medical care for the population, and the provision of drugs is an important indicator of its availability and quality. The purpose of our work was to analyze satisfaction with the quality of the provision of services for preferential drug provision. The works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of preferential drug provision, as well as regulatory and organizational documentation on pharmaceutical activities were taken as an information base. The survey method served as the main research method. The objects of the study were the visitors of the pharmacy organizations of the Oryol region, who receive drugs under the program of preferential drug provision. The study found that 49.0% of respondents had difficulties in making an appointment with a doctor; cases of refusal to issue a prescription were indicated by 29.0% of the respondents; 45.0% of the respondents had to spend a long time on obtaining a preferential prescription for a drug by the decision of a medical commission. The majority of respondents (54.0%) do not receive medicines on preferential terms on time (postponed for more than 10 days). Almost half of the surveyed respondents (48.0%) are not satisfied with the treatment with prescription drugs prescribed under the program of preferential drug provision, due to the lack of drugs prescribed by a doctor in the pharmacy organization at the time of contact and their preference for drugs from other manufacturers. Most of the respondents (61.0%) consider the range of preferential drugs to be insufficient for the treatment of their underlying disease. Some respondents (20.0%) are not satisfied with the service in a pharmacy organization; 19.0% are dissatisfied with the quality and completeness of information about medicines received from a doctor and a pharmacy worker. The results obtained were communicated to the management of medical and pharmaceutical organizations serving privileged categories of citizens in the Oryol region. The authors of the study developed a Standard Operating Procedure “Procedure for Selling Medicines to Beneficial Categories of Citizens”, which helps to optimize the quality of service in pharmacies for the population receiving medicines under the preferential drug provision program.

The paper concluded that, according to the study, the demand for medicines used in the treatment of skin diseases is quite high. At the same time, the administration of the pharmacy chain should pay more attention to the analysis of the purchased groups of medicines in this category in order to prevent overloading the pharmacy balance with drugs, the demand for which is reduced, as this negatively affects the effectiveness of the pharmacy organization. In this regard, it is advisable to conduct an ABC analysis of the assortment groups of drugs at least once a quarter, as well as take the necessary measures to promote drugs used in the treatment of skin diseases that are in insufficient demand among the population

Considering the need to popularize phytoproducts among the population, the author analyzes the turnover of this group of products, identifies the most popular names of pharmaceutical products in this group and comes to the following conclusion: the largest number of herbal products is represented by the company "Pharmatsvet" (62%), the company "Evalar" is represented by 38%. The authors found that the pharmacy "Pharmacy for the Thrifty" the largest number of implemented drugs (Q1 in the amount of RUB 1239288, in the 2nd quarter in the amount of RUB 1345320) and the lowest sold of mineral waters (in the 1st quarter of selling amounted to RUB 76321, in the 2nd quarter 54321 RUB). On the basis of the analysis of the structure of the range of pharmacy "Pharmacy for the Thrifty" it is established that in the 1st quarter, the largest number were drugs from 39.04%, in the second quarter this figure had risen to 40.9%. A study of the range of herbal products in the pharmacy "Pharmacy for the Thrifty" showed that the products of the company "Evalar" have a smaller share in the range. This is due to the fact that the cost of herbal teas of this company is much higher than similar herbal teas of the company "Farmatsvet". Evalar also publishes its own magazine, phytodoctor, which is distributed free of charge. In each magazine, you can find a tea bag that this company produces. At any purchase, each buyer is issued such a magazine, the pharmacist should invite customers to pay attention to the magazine page, where there is a sample of a particular herbal tea and talk about the advantages of Evalar products.
