This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Return on Equity on stock prices in food & beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2019. The population is the Food & Beverages sector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2019. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method, so that the sample becomes 70 observation. This research was classified as quantitative research and the type of research is descriptive. The data analysis technique was carried out by using multiple linear regression test using the SPSS ver 25 analysis tool. The results showed that Current Ratio partially has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. Quick Ratio partially has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Net Profit Margin partially has a positive and significant effect on stock price. And, Return on Equity partially has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Return on Equity have a positive and significant effect on stock prices in food and beverages sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2019.

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial effect proxy through Current  ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin Against Stock Price of the Company and the like mentioned in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in the study amounted to 16 companies from a total of 18 companies, for the techniques used in the study using multiple regression analysis. The test results show the variable Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin simultaneously affect the stock price of metal companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the results obtained F- count as 5,948 with  significant 0.000 < 0.05. Which means the relationship between the independent variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin together have a close relationship to stock prices.

This study discusses the stock price and financial ratios based on the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. The purpose of this research was to determine whether the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share has an influence on the stock price. The company sampled as many as 20 of the 136 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. Using regression analysis, it can be seen that the variable current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin and earnings per share to simultaneously have a significant influence on stock prices. Test results partially, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and earnings per share positive and significant effect on stock prices. Return on equity has a negative effect on stock prices. With the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), every company's activity in the capital market will make it easier for investors to see the company's financial performance reflecting the financial condition of each reporting company. The capital market becomes an alternative for investors and shareholders to invest funds into companies that are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study aims to examine the influence the variable Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share simultaneously and partially to stock prices. The samples in this research are 13 Food and Beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Results that company financial performance measured by Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share do not have significant effect to stock price. t test concluded that the variable of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share do not have significant effect to stock price in manufacturing company of Food and Beverages sub sector. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) to stock price in 2011-2017. This study uses secondary data, the sample in this study as many as 28 data derived from livestock feed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2017 and include complete financial report data. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique or sampling based on certain considerations and criteria. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with first classical asusmsi test which includes normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. The results of this study show that partially Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and insignificant effect on price, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have positive and insignificant effect to stock price at company of basic industry and kumia subs of poultry feed listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) year 2011- 2017.

This study aims to examine the fundamental factors of Current Ratio (CR), Leverage Ratio, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Earnings Per Share(EPS)effect on stock price changes on financial companies in Indonesia . The share price is the value of a stock that reflects the wealth of the company issuing the shares, which change or fluctuation is largely determined by the forces of supply and demand occurred in the stock exchange (secondary market). The influence of these factors on stock prices is tested with regression analysis. Study sample is 40 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange are selected by purposive sampling.The results of this study indicate that the partial net profit margin of only variable that significantly influence the stock price, while the variable current ratio, leverage ratio, total assets turnover and earnings per shareno significant effect on stock prices. While simultaneously variable Current Ratio (CR), Leverage Ratio, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Earnings Per Share(EPS)significantly influence the stock price. These results indicate that investors in making investment decisions take into consideration the level of stock prices, returns that would be obtained and also consider the ability of illiquid instruments (funds from third parties, received a loan of more than three months, and core capital) against liabilities (current debt ) company. The stock price is the price on the stock market at a certain time determined by market participants and is determined by the demand and supply of the shares in question in the capital market. The stock price reflects the value of the company and the effectiveness of the company. The stock price is getting higher, the higher the company's value. This research was conducted to examine the effect of profitability on stock prices in LQ-45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples studied were twenty-seven (27) companies selected through a saturated sampling method with a four-year observation period. The data collection method used in this study is a nonparticipant observation method. Data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression model analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin had a significant positive effect on stock prices, while Return On Assets had no significant effect on stock prices. The increase in ROE and NPM will be followed by an increase in stock prices.                                                                 Keywords: Stock Price, Return On Assets , Return On Equity , Net Profit Margin

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Proft Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity Against the Stock Price of Companies in the Financial Services Subsector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. This research has occurred a phenomenon and identification of a problem that is quite interesting. The data source used from this research is only secondary data. The selection of samples is based on the criteria and subsector companies of 17 financial institutions and samples taken by 8 companies using the purposive sampling method in the financial institutions subsector companies. This study uses the data analysis methods of classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially Net Profit Margin and Return On Assets have a significant effect on Stock Prices and partially showed Return On Equity had no significant effect on Stock Prices. Simultaneously, Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, and Return On Equity have a significant effect on stock price. Keywords : NPM, ROA, ROE,  Stock Price

This study aims to analyze DER, ROE, on stock prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2019 period. The analytical research technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin have an effect on stock prices . Based on the coefficient of determination of the influence of Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margi has an influence of 54.6%. It is recommended that investors and potential investors if they want to invest are expected to be able to see and analyze the ratios that affect the overall stock price.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen, Likuiditas, NPM, ROE, dan PBV terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur pada tahun 2010–2013. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia padatahun 2010 – 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan 72 data dengan 18 perusahaan yang dipilih per tahun. Alatanalisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adala hanalisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan program komputer SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, Kebijakan Dividen, Likuiditas, NPM, ROE, dan PBV mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial, Kebijakan Dividen mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Likuiditas, NPM, ROE, dan PBV tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga sahamThis research aimed to analyze the effect of Dividend Policy, Liquidity, NPM, ROE, and PBV on stock prices of manufacturing companies in 2010 – 2013. This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Asset, Net Profit Margin and Current Ratio on Food and Beverage Stock Prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The population in this study were all companies in the Food and Beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, amounting to 15 companies with a sample of 11 companies with the 2014-2018 period for 5 years and using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression Method. This research uses quantitative research. This type of research is descriptive statistics and the nature of the research is explanatory. The results of this study indicate that partially (t) Return On Asset and Net Profit Margin have no and insignificant effect on Stock Prices, while Current Ratio has a negative effect on Food and Beverage Stock Prices which simultaneously affect Return On Asset, Net Profit Margin, and Current Ratio. to the Food and Beverage Stock Price
