This study aims to see the effect of asset structure, total asset turnover (TATO), fixed asset turnover, leverage (DER) on profitability (ROA) in building construction sub-sector companies registered on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange). The sample used in this study is the building construction sub-sector companies registered on the BEI for the 2015-2019 period. The population in the study were 20 companies in the building construction sub- sector. The purposive sampling technique used in this study has a total sample of eighteen companies in the building construction sub-sector with a sample of 90 data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 software. The results of the study state that the asset structure has a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA). Total asset turnover (TATO) has a significant effect on profitability (ROA). Fixed asset turnover has a significant effect on profitability (ROA). Leverage (DER) has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability (ROA).

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing how the influence of times interest earned ratio, total asset turnover and working capital turnover on profitability both simultaneously and partially in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research approach, the type of research is associative or relationship and the nature of research is a causal relationship. The population in this study were all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Withdrawal of the study sample using purposive sampling technique, so that the research sample obtained as many as 90 observation observations. Data analysis method used in this study is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously times interest earned ratio, total asset turnover and working capital turnover have a significant effect on profitability. Partially, times interest earned ratio and total asset turnover have a significant effect on profitability while time working capital turnover has no effect on profitability. The test results of the coefficient of determination obtained by the value of R Square of 0.502, which means that the influence of times interest erned ratio, total asset turnover and working capital turnover on profitability in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 is 50.2%, while the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other factors.

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of financial and non-financial ratios on firm value. This research was conducted on a building construction sub-sector company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples taken was 32 observational samples, with non-probability sampling method, especially the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection is done by non-participant observation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that profitability, managerial ownership and dividend policy have a positive effect on the value of the building construction sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2019. This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Return On Assets on Dividend Payout Ratio in the Various Industries and Consumer Goods Industry found on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The populations of this study were all companies in the various goods industries and consumer goods industry in the Indonesia Stock Exchange of 85 companies in the period 2013-2017. The technique of determining the sample used is purposive sampling. The samples obtained are 23 companies incorporated in the various goods industry and consumer goods industry sectors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20. Based on the analysis, the results show that Cash Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have no significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, while Influential Return On Assets gives positive and significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio.Keywords : Cash Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Sales, Return On Assets, Dividend Payout Ratio

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to ascertain the impact of debt-to-equity ratio, current ratio, quick ratio, total asset turnover, and return on assets on profit growth in basic industrial and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2017. Research Methodology: The population of this study consists of 69 firms, 52 of which passed the sample selection criterion using a purposive sampling technique. The data sources for this study are the financial statements of the companies sampled via www.idx.co.id. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis and is conducted using the SPSS software version 20. (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Results: The results of this study indicate that ROA has an impact on profit growth, while the current ratio, quick ratio, total asset turnover, and debt to equity ratios do not.

This study aims to analyze whether there are simultaneous effects of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover to Pofitability (Return On Asset) on Transportation Company Listed at Indonesia Stock Exchanged. This research use quantitative method. The population on this research is transportation companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and continuously published financial reports in 2014-2018. Based on the purposive sampling method, from 71 transportation companies globally converged into 10 transportation companies, so that the data obtained were 50 observation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio does not partially affect ROA, while Total Asset Turnover has a partial effect on ROA. And the three independent variables (CR, DER and TATO) simultaneously influence the dependent variable, namely profitability (ROA)

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the factors that influence tax aggressiveness. The independent variables in this study are Corporate governance, Inventory Intensity and Fixed Assets Intensity. The sample in this study were plantation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, and obtained data as many as 32 samples. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that independent commissioners and inventory intensity did not affect to tax aggressiveness, institutional ownership had a positive effect to tax aggressiveness and managerial ownership and the intensity of fixed assets negatively affected to tax aggressiveness.

This research has an aim to determine the factors that influence the success of an investor in stock investments in Surakarta city, Central Java. The variables studied are investor experience, the time in which stocks are sold, education level and total capital. The data collection is conducted through interviews, utilizing questionnaires, and direct observations with a total sample of 90 investors which were selected using the proportional random sampling technique. The analysis tool utilized in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis The research results showed the four variables, investor experience, time in which stocks are sold, education level, and the total capital, individually have a positive on the investors’ success in stock investments in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variable with the greatest influence on the investor’s stock investments success in Indonesia Stock Exchange is the capital. The recommendations are investors must participate in stock analysis trainings, both fundamental and technical to reduce risks, investors are suggested to never place 100% of their investments in the same stock portfolio and instead diversify it with other assets, further studies should encompass other variables that may influence the success of investors in stock investments. Securities companies are expected and authority to provide comfortability, risk considerations, and benefit, as well as security for investors’ fundsKeywords: investor’s success, investor’s experience, the time before stocks are sold, education level, and totalcapital, proportional random sampling classification.

Underpricing is a phenomenon that often occurs from IPO activities on the IDX. Underpricing is the difference in stock prices that occur in the primary .market’ and secondary’ market, where the bid price is lower than the closing price of the first trading day. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of accounting information and investor demand on underpricing.This research was conducted’.at companies whose IPO on .the’ Stock .Exchange in 2016-2018. Data collection was obtained from the collection of prospectuses and company financial statements. The total sample of 81 companies using a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study proves that profitability and firm size negatively affect underpricing, while financial leverage and investor demand have no effect on underpricing. This study aims to examine the variables of the proportion of independent commissioners, leverage, sales growth and profitability that affect companies to carry out tax avoidance. This research was conducted on all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017, with a total of 200 samples. Sample selection using probability sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression analysis test. The results showed that the proportion of independent commissioners, sales growth and profitability had no effect on tax avoidance while leverage had an effect on tax avoidance. This study aims to determine the effect of taxes, tunneling incentives, debt covenants, and profitability on the company's decision to transfer pricing. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from accessing the web www.idx.co.id. The population of this research was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of companies sampled in the study was 27 companies so that the total sample of the study was 135 observations. This study used the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study known there are still many variables outside the research that can explain transfer pricing.The determination coefficient is 0.441 which means that 44.1%. It indicates that the company transfers pricing is influenced by these variables, while the rest is explained by other variables.Based on the  result can be concluded that taxes, debt covenants and profitability has a positive effect on the decision to transfer pricing. While the tunneling incentive does not effect the decision to conduct transfer pricing.Keywords: Tax, Tunneling Incentive, Debt Covenant, Profitability, and Transfer Pricing
