The ability to shoot for future law enforcement officers is an important and competitively oriented skill for entering, building a career in the law enforcement system, since weapon training is part of the professionally applied combat and physical training of employees of state de-partmental structures. Training and improvement of shooting skills is carried out within the framework of conducting weapon training classes. We consider the methods of teaching weapon training for students of specialty 40.05.01 “Legal Support of National Security” on the basis of a civil university – Derzhavin Tambov State University. A weapon training session is the foundation that lays both primary shooting skills and, subsequently, a platform for improving and honing skills. Most of the weapon training classes are not theoretical, but practical. The main methods of teaching both theoretical and practical lessons in weapon training are considered. However, the existing methods of teaching and learning shooting skills does not meet modern practical challenges. Currently, practical exercises for conducting weapon training classes, which are regulated and recommended by the relevant regulatory legal acts (not only general methodic recommendations for training students in civilian universities, but also orders and instructions from specialized educational institutions of law enforcement agencies) do not correspond to the real conditions and situations of the use of firearms. In particular, it is worth considering the fact that calm and quiet conditions for firing a shot are only opportunities in a practical lesson. In real life, weapons have to be used in extreme situations and in conditions of a difficult mental state. In this regard, there is a methodic adaptation of the teaching of the discipline of weapon training to the modern practical realities of the trafficking and use of weapons.

Abstract Trying to forecast the human behavior involves acts and knowledge of motivational theories, applicable to profile of each organization and in particular to each individual’s style. The anticipation of personal attitudes has not the only aim for a passive monitoring of professional activity, but also wants to increase performance of risk avoidance, in acordance with a specific organizational environment. The emergence and development of motivational forms and values, whose projections determine social crimes, are risk factors, affecting the professional activity of the person, but also affecting the performance and stability of the institution. Moreover, if the motivation determines attitudes aimed at compromising classified information, the resulting actions may be considered as threats to national security. The prevention of such threats can only be achieved by understanding motivational mechanisms and external conditions for the perssonel that make it possible to transform some intentions into real actions.

The law enforcement component provides for actions to ensure the rights and freedoms of citizens and protect the national interests of the state. It maybe done through the fight against organized crime, including international terrorism, the investigation of certain illegal acts, the restoration of an effective system of national security and defense. In the framework of this scientific and legal article, the author considered the history, legal basis of professional activity, structure and tasks of the Central Bureau of Investigation of India. Today's Indian CBI is a certain functional-targeted analogue of the American FBI, but does not cover, in contrast, the issue of threats to India's national security. Considering these subject aspects, the scientist turned to the current legislation of India on the professional activities of the CBI, the official website, as well as the scientific works of some domestic and foreign experts on this issue. An analysis of these and other sources revealed that the Central Bureau of Investigation of India today is a functional target of the US FBI, whose prerogative is to investigate a number of serious crimes throughout India, although, unlike the FBI, its professional rights in India states are significantly limited. The Bureau of Investigation does not carry out intelligence or counterintelligence activities, following the example of the FBI. The priority in the professional activities of the Central Bureau of Investigation of India is the investigation of criminal offenses, primarily corruption. Incomplete regulatory regulation of its activity remains a big problem for this body. The CBI's prerogative is to investigate a number of serious crimes throughout India, although, unlike the FBI, its professional rights in the Indian states are severely limited. A certain priority in the CBI's professional activities is the investigation of criminal offenses committed by government officials. First of all, we are talking about acts of corruption. A major problem for today's Indian CBI is the lack of separate clear legislation on its professional activities.
