-This study is about Hydraulic Power Pack in hydraulic system Hydraulic drives and controls have become more important due to automation and mechanization. A large number of the advanced and incredible machineries are controlled partly or totally by hydraulics. Hydraulic system is less convoluted and has less moving parts. Today drive and control framework designing is unfathomable without hydraulics. Hydraulic Power Pack gives energy to the activities of the water driven framework, likewise moves the liquid through the framework, gives a protected greatest framework working pressing factor, and furthermore helps with keeping up the liquid temperature and tidiness. Water driven Power Pack is chosen by Pressure range, ostensible force and Size of tank different boundaries.

Graphical presentation of the power of energy losses and power developed in the elements of hydrostatic drive and control system.: Part II Rotational hydraulic motor speed parallel throttling control and volumetric control systems Paper presents graphical interpretation of the power of energy losses in the hydrostatic drive and control system elements and also of the power developed by those elements. An individual system fed by a constant capacity pump, where rotational hydraulic motor speed control is effected by a parallel throttling control system, is analyzed and also a system with the rotational hydraulic motor speed volumetric control by a variable capacity pump, an individual system with a rotational hydraulic motor volumetric speed control by means of a simultaneous change of the pump capacity per one revolution and change of the motor capacity per one revolution, the system operating at the constant pressure in the pump discharge conduit equal to the nominal pressure of the system: pP2 = pn and central system (with situated in parallel and simultaneously operating motors) with volumetric speed control of each rotational hydraulic motor by a motor secondary circuit assembly, the system fed by a pump with variable capacity per one shaft revolution fitted with pressure regulator pP2 = pn.

The main goal of the research done in this paper is to examine possible improvements in energy efficiency of the hydraulic power systems and with this lower gas emission from working machinery. It is here given a brief explanation of the existing hydraulic systems putting special attention on a hydraulic system with separate meter-in and separate meter-out (SMISMO). While the aim of this research is to improve the hydraulic energy efficiency mainly using the SMISMO system, additional research on using those systems for simultaneous speed and pressure control of the cylinders is also observed. The results obtained through experimental studies will be used to further improve the hydraulic system. Further upgrade of this system is to design automated SCADA system for improved data acquisition and control the valves in servo systems.

<p>One of very important and vital tool in road marking is road mark erasing machines. In general, the machine used to repair road markings is a road marking erasing machine that is pushed manually. However, this machine has a disadvantage that requires a long time in the process of erasing the road marking, so making it less efficient. Therefore, the truck road mark erasing machine is one of the options to replace the erasing machine that is pushed manually. The machine uses a grinding system with a vertical blade eraser position and hydraulic power to drive the blades as it is able to withstand shock loads and thrust upwards due to the removal process, having overload protection, and the size of components are not large. The study started with doing observation to the existing manual erasing machine, then determining the required blades and calculating as well as selecting the required components of the hydraulic system.  Based on the calculation, the blade specification was obtained and selected, i.e <em>surface milling cutter</em> of type WFX12200R from Sumitomo Electric Hardmetal Corporation having rotation speed 750 rpm, hydraulic motor from Danfoss of type OMR-80 having torque 136 Nm dan displacement 80.3 cc/rev., and using hydraulic pump from Parker of type 0210 having displacement 21 cc/rev. From the test result in the field, this machine is three times faster than the manually pushed machine, less number of the blade used, and the engine as a resource on the machine is more durable. <strong></strong></p>

The paper presents modification of drive and control system for specially developed small size multipurpose mobile platform which has been built based on existing vehicle undercarriage. For such redesigned object new concept of hydrostatic drive and control system is proposed. The control system consists of selected hydraulic components and controllers which were chosen from Sauer-Danfoss PLUS+1 package which is the system dedicated for mobile hydraulic control systems application. The hydraulic system has been equipped with extra valves, enabling to obtain of assumed functions.

Tire crushing equipment in crushing the whole tire processing machinery, plastic blocks larger particles using a hydraulic motor driven mechanical crushing. Tire crushing confidential solving process running overload and load startup. The main problem of large particles of plastic blocks using a motor-driven mill is overload protection and load startup. Fluctuation range of shear crushing big tires, large particles occurred requires the use of shears occur when the machine shut down and set the material inside the machine clean. The machine can be restarted. Hydraulic motor with commutation convenience and load startup characteristics. Hydraulic fluid power source as a workstation can provide power for each processing machinery and complete sets of equipment. Working pressure of hydraulic station design includes a power driven mechanical calculations, the hydraulic system. Choice and control hydraulic system, control the temperature of the hydraulic oil , mechanical work , such as the determination of the content of the component.
