Purpose The purpose of this paper is to test the effect of organizational learning on employees’ job satisfaction, the effect of organizational learning on the employees’ organizational commitment, the effect of the organizational learning on employees’ performance, the effect of job satisfaction on the employees’ performance and the effect of organizational commitment on employees’ performance in PTPN XIII (Limited Liability Company) in West Kalimantan. Design/methodology/approach The population in this research refers to all employees of PTPN XIII (Limited Liability Company) in West Kalimantan, with the criteria that the employees are from class III‒IV (population of access). The size of the sample is determined by using the partial least square approach, which is 10 times of the size of formative indicator, that is, job satisfaction with five indicators plus employee performance with eight indicators, with the total being 13 × 10 = 130 employees. The sampling method used is proportional random sampling technique, which is based on work area (three working areas: Head Office, West Kalimantan I District and West Kalimantan District II). Findings Learning organization has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but it has no significant effect on the employee performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Originality/value The phenomenon that existed in PTPN XIII (Limited Liability Company) and referring from various previous research results, the study regarding employee performance was conducted using organizational learning variable as an exogenous variable and using job satisfaction and organizational commitment variable as an intervening variable. Robbins (1996) revealed that the relationship between organizational learning and performance is not very close. It is necessary to have other variables that can reinforce the relationship and to determine the extent to which the organizational learning can contribute to the improvement of the performance.

The research aims to identify the role of organizational learning strategies and their reflection in the development of the design of the organization in the presidency of the University of Kirkuk, and to achieve this goal, the researcher through research and related studies to build hypotheses explaining the relationship between the variables studied. The study relied on the study of organizational learning strategies as an independent variable Four important dimensions are (learning strategy to emphasize efficiency, learning strategy to emphasize innovation, learning strategy to emphasize trends, learning strategy to emphasize professionalism), and four dimensions representing the adopted variable The survey sample consisted of (55) director (department, division, unit) and distributed a questionnaire covering (39) paragraphs. In light of this, data were collected and analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the statistical package (SPSS). A number of statistical methods were used, including arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Spearman correlation coefficient, simple linear regression coefficient The results of the research sample showed that the university leadership is interested in the study of organizational learning strategies because it leads to improving the design of the organization as a whole through the knowledge, experiences and abilities of the organization. Competitive advantage of the organization In addition, there is a strong correlation between organizational learning and its strategies with the nature of the work of the Presidency of the University as a whole, showing the role played by organizational learning strategies. <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0.5in 0pt;"><span style="color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">The literature review reveals that there is a relationship between organizational learning organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work performance. However, it is apparent that the integrated relationships between these variables have not been found to be reported. Hence, we examine the relationship among these variables using a sample of public service managers in Malaysia. Organizational learning was found positively related to organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and work performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction are also positively related with work performance and these variables partially mediate the relationship between organizational learning and work performance. Implication of the study and suggestions for future research been discussed in this paper.</span></span></p>

RÉSUMÉ. L’objectif de la présente étude consiste à étudier les stratégies de la compréhension écrite chez les apprenants iraniens au niveau A1 et A2 et à accéder ainsi à une partie de leur processus mental. Une étude de terrain basée sur entretien semidirectif a été menée dans quatre instituts français à Téhéran. Les résultats montrent que la syntaxe et le lexique sont considérés de la part des apprenants comme des éléments facilitateurs, mais aussi comme une entrave lors de la compréhension écrite. D’après l’analyse des entretiens, les stratégies de « devinement ou d’inférence », et de « ressourcement », ainsi que les stratégies « affectives » notamment la technique de « l’esquive des difficultés » sont les plus fréquentes chez les interviewés. Mots-clés : apprenants débutants, compréhension écrite, FLE, stratégies d’apprentissage.  ABSTRACT. The goal of this study is to explore the strategies of reading comprehension among Iranian learners at A1 and A2 levels and thereby access a part of their mental process. A field study based on semi-structured interview was carried out in four French institutes in Tehran. Our results demonstrate that the syntax and lexicon act as a double-edged sword. Although they facilitate learning process, but also are considered as obstacles in the reading comprehension. Regarding to interview analysis, our participants resorted to guessing / inductive inference, resourcing and affective strategies including the technique of "dodging difficulties". Keywords: beginning level learners, Reading comprehension, FFL (French as a ForeignLanguage), Learning strategies.

ABSTRAKDengan adanya kesetaraan peran rumah sakit pemerintah dan rumah sakit swasta dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan di Indonesia, maka setiap rumah sakit harus memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan berkualitas. Perawat merupakan bagian dari SDM Rumah Sakit yang memberikan pengaruh cukup besar terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang baik tidak dapat dipisahkan dari peran komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan oleh perawat yang juga merupakan salah satu upaya peningkatan pelayanan kepada pasien. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik perawat di RS Pemerintah dan di RS Swasta, dimana pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik perawat di RS swasta lebih baik. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik perawat di RS Pemerintah dan di RS Swasta adalah sama, yaitu variabel kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, iklim kerja, dukungan teman kerja dan dukungan kepala ruang. Faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan perawat di RS Pemerintah dalam melaksanakan komunikasi terapeutik adalah motivasi kerja (OR 36,866); sedangkan di RS Swasta adalah dukungan kepala ruang (OR 28,598). Perbedaan yang bermakna antara RS Pemerintah dengan RS Swasta nampak pada variabel: umur, masa kerja, sikap, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, iklim kerja, dukungan teman kerja, dukungan kepala ruang, dan pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik itu sendiri. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan, Komunikasi Terapeutik, RS Pemerintah-RS Swasta Differences Therapeutic Communication Nurse In Inpatient Room Government Hospital And Private Hospital;quality role of government hospitals and private hospitals in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia, causing every hospital should provide a good service and quality. Nurses are part of hospital human resource that considerable influence on the quality of service, and the implementation of good nursing care can not be separated from therapeutic communication. the optimal implementation of therapeutic communication by nurse is one of the efforts to improve services to the patients. The type of this research was quantitative with cross-sectional study. The results showed a significant differences in the implementation of nurses therapeutic communication between public hospitals and private hospitals, where the implementation of nurses therapeutic communication in private hospital are better. Associated factors significantly with the implementation of nurses therapeutic communication in public hospitals and in private hospitals are the same, the variables are job satisfaction, work motivation, work climate, coworkers support and head of ward support. The most dominant factor that affects the compliance of nurses in government hospitals in implementing therapeutic communication is work motivation (OR 36.866), while in private hospitals is head of ward support (OR 28.598). Significant differences between the government hospitals and private hospitals appears on variables: age, period of work, attitude, job satisfaction, work motivation, work climate, coworker support, head of ward support, and the implementation of therapeutic communication itself.
