In the last few years, policymakers have underlined the need for new soft and hard skills about corporate social responsibility (CSR). The main debate about CSR education has been driven by the 2030 Agenda, which explicitly recognized Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) as having a pivotal role. In particular, many academics started to develop qualitative and quantitative studies to evaluate the integration of CSR contents in business schools’ curricula. The paper aims to contribute to the existing debate through the analysis of the contribution provided by Italian HEIs to CSR Education. In particular, we adopted qualitative methods to evaluate the specific contribution provided by Economia Aziendale scholars.

The article aggregates a variety of tools aimed to boost awareness and understanding of social responsibility among different groups of shareholders. At the same time the re-search shows a list of tools applicable for public relations (PR) practitioners (not only) to disseminate and promote corporate social responsibility (CSR). This paper emphasizes two groups of tools as qualitative and quantitative. All the tools were analyzed according to the scope of needed activities and interpreted in terms of applicability to the CSR goals.

<p class="Body">Many studies describe the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD) that emerged since 2007 as obligation and deduction of earnings and requires listed companies to perform philantrophy as part of legitimacy act. This research conducted to determines the hypothesis factors of CSRD specified to Global Reporting Initiavites (GRI) standards in 2014 and 2015 that implemented framework GRI G4. The qualitative and quantitative findings using regression analysis test, best equation model, classic assumption test for 22 sustainability reporting showed current ratio, debt to equity, size, institutional ownership and age have significant effects. This research show increasing disclosure and the recurring topics of standardized CSRD from among members of GRI group.  </p>

This paper investigated the impact of employee quality on corporate social responsibility (CSR). Based on data from China A-share-listed companies for the years 2012–2016 and using ordinary least squares, our empirical results show that the educational level of the workforce, as a proxy for employee quality, is positively associated with CSR, which suggests that higher education can promote CSR implementation. Additional analyses found that this positive relationship is more pronounced in non-state-owned enterprises, enterprises in regions with lower marketisation processes, and firms with lower proportions of independent directors. This study extends the literature on human capital at the level of firms’ entire workforce and CSR by elaborating the positive effect of employee quality on CSR in the context of an emerging economy (China). The results suggest that it is necessary to consider the educational level of employees when analysing CSR, which is of strategic significance for corporate sustainable development.

The purpose of this paper is to integrate quality management system, corporate social responsibility guidelines, United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, blockchain related documents and qualitative interview results from Hong Kong and Slovakia to design a set of social inclusive quality indicators within the context of the higher education sector. Three levels for social inclusive quality indicators in relation to blockchain content distribution technology in HE have been identified: governance with transparency, trust building with the sustainable community in needs fulfilment; industry innovations with risk and security audit mechanism. The contribution of this paper is to raise awareness of educators, industry practitioners and policy makers about the importance of social inclusion in blockchain technology. This study fills the gap through integrating system thinking, humanistic thinking and proactive thinking in the higher education context.
