To find the correspondence between every number of attributes, the Bonferroni mean (BM) operator is most widely used and proven to be a flexible approach. To express uncertain information, the frame of the interval-valued T-spherical fuzzy set (IVTSFS) is a recent development in fuzzy settings which discusses four aspects of uncertain information using closed sub-intervals of 0, 1 and hence reduces the information loss greatly. In this research study, we introduced the principle of BM operators with IVTSFS to develop the principle of the inter-valued T-spherical fuzzy (IVTSF) BM (IVTSFBM) operator, the IVTSF-weighted BM (IVTSFWBM) operator, the IVTSF geometric BM (IVTSFGBM) operator, and the IVTSF-weighted geometric BM (IVTSFWGBM) operator. To see the significance of the proposed BM operators, we applied these BM operators to evaluate the performance of solar cells that play an important role in the field of energy storage. To do so, we developed a multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) procedure based on IVTSF information and applied it to the problem of solar cells to evaluate their performance under uncertainty, where four aspects of opinion about solar cells were taken into consideration. We studied the results obtained using BM operators with some previous operators to see the significance of the proposed IVTSF BM operators.

Interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy preference relation (IVPFPR) plays an important role in representing the complex and uncertain information. The application of IVPFPRs gives better solutions in group decision making (GDM). In this paper, we investigate a new method to solve GDM problems with IVPFPRs. Firstly, novel multiplicative consistency and consensus measures are proposed. Subsequently, the procedure for improving consistency and consensus levels are put forward to ensure that every individual IVPFPR is of acceptable multiplicative consistency and consensus simultaneously. In the context of minimizing the deviations between the individual and collective IVPFPRs, the objective experts’ weights are decided according to the optimization model and the aggregated IVPFPR is derived. Afterwards, a programming model is built to derive the normalized Pythagorean fuzzy priority weights, then the priority weights of alternatives are identified as well. An algorithm for GDM method with IVPFPRs is completed. Finally, an example is cited and comparative analyses with previous approaches are conducted to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.

We investigate and propose two new Bonferroni means, that is, the optimized weighted BM (OWBM) and the generalized optimized weighted BM (GOWBM), whose characteristics are to reflect the preference and interrelationship of the aggregated arguments and can satisfy the basic properties of the aggregation techniques simultaneously. Further, we propose the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy optimized weighted Bonferroni mean (IIFOWBM) and the generalized interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy optimized weighted Bonferroni mean (GIIFOWBM) and detailed study of their desirable properties such as idempotency, monotonicity, transformation, and boundary. Finally, based on IIFOWBM and GIIFOWBM, we give an approach to group decision making under the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environment and utilize a practical case involving the assessment of a set of agroecological regions in Hubei Province, China, to illustrate the developed methods.

In the practical world, there commonly exist different types of multiple-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems with uncertain information. Symmetry among some attributes’ information that is already known and unknown, and symmetry between the pure attribute sets and fuzzy attribute membership sets, can be an effective way to solve this type of MAGDM problem. In this paper, we investigate four forms of information aggregation operators, including the Hamy mean (HM) operator, weighted HM (WHM) operator, dual HM (DHM) operator, and the dual-weighted HM (WDHM) operator with the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy numbers (q-RIVOFNs). Then, some extended aggregation operators, such as the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy Hamy mean (q-RIVOFHM) operator; q-rung interval-valued orthopairfuzzy weighted Hamy mean (q-RIVOFWHM) operator; q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy dual Hamy mean (q-RIVOFDHM) operator; and q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy weighted dual Hamy mean (q-RIVOFWDHM) operator are presented, and some of their precious properties are studied in detail. Finally, a real example for green supplier selection in green supply chain management is provided, to demonstrate the proposed approach and to verify its rationality and scientific nature.

For the sake of better handle the imprecise and uncertain information in decision making problems(DMPs), linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers(LIVIFNs) based aggregation operators (AOS) are proposed by combining extended Copulas (ECs), extended Co-copulas (ECCs), power average operator and linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information (LIVIFI). First of all, ECs and ECCs, some specifics of ECs and ECCs, score and accuracy functions of LIVIFNs are gained. Then, based on ECs and ECCs, several aggregation operators are proposed to aggregate LIVIFI, which can offer decision makers (DMs) desirable generality and flexibility. In addition, the desired properties of proposed AOS are discussed. Last but not least, a MAGDM approach is constructed based on proposed AOs; Consequently, the effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified by a numerical example, and then the advantages are showed by comparing with other approaches.
