Background: This study aims to shed light on the mutually beneficial causal relationship between creating shared value (CSV) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and how they affect productive behavior through work engagement. Many preceding studies showed that work engagement and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) play a major role in the relationship between CSV and CSR activities and the organization’s internal performance. This study classified product behavior into OCB, innovative behavior, and job performance, based on the literature review. Methods: The subjects of this study were companies listed in KOSPI, which is Korea’s representative securities market. The companies listed on KOSPI are Korea’s leading companies as designated by the Korean government and financial authorities based on industry representation, market representation, and liquidity. Results: This study supported many preceding studies that analyzed the causal relationship between CSV and CSR activities, as well as OCB. In addition, this study has significant implications for businesses since it presents the possibility of studying the relationships between various organizational performance factors such as innovative behavior and job performance. Conclusions: It is expected that this study will help companies find more effective ways to strengthen their competitive advantage from a theoretical and practical perspective.

The purpose of the present study was to examine the effects of ADHD on job performance and the possible me-diating role of work engagement and moderating role of gender. Hypotheses testing were performed using structural equation modeling base on PLS-SEM approach applied to a sample of 448 employees from different organizations in Puerto Rico. The results shown that ADHD has a direct effect on task performance and counter-productive work behaviors, but none on organizational citizenship behaviors. Meanwhile, the relationship be-tween ADHD and task performance/organizational citizenship behavior were mediated by work engagement. On the other hand, gender moderated the relationship between ADHD and counterproductive work behaviors on which males were more strongly to show counter-productive work behaviors under high levels of ADHD than females. Findings are discussed in the light of their theoretical and practical implications for future studies.

This study examines the impact of corporate social responsibility on organisational citizenship behaviour, work engagement, and job embeddedness. Structural equation modeling tests were conducted on 522 responses gathered from telecommunications companies in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The results depicted that corporate social responsibility improvements have positive effects on organisational citizenship behaviour, work engagement, and job embeddedness. Further observations depicted an insignificant positive partial causal path between corporate social responsibility, work engagement, and organizational citizenship behaviour. This study's novelty elements are inherent in its potency to examine the causal path between corporate social responsibility, work engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior. This study contributes to the literature by further expanding job embeddedness theory and proposing a comprehensive job embeddedness framework that researchers and practitioners can adopt in future research.

Building on the social exchange theory, this paper proposes a model of the effects of workplace spirituality on job performance through the mediation effects of work engagement, affective commitment, and organizational trust. This quantitative-based research relies on structural equation modeling as an analysis technique. Data were collected from 207 faculty members working in the Palestinian higher education sector. Significant mediation effects of work engagement, affective commitment, and organizational trust were found in the relationship between workplace spirituality and job performance of academic staff. This research is original in two ways. First, very few studies examine the impact of workplace spirituality on job performance, a variable that has received less attention in the spirituality literature than organizational performance. Second, the study advances the literature on workplace spirituality by examining the concept in a non-Western academic context.

Employee engagement is an important notion built around the concepts of job satisfaction, employee commitment, retention of talent, that impacts organizational performance. The disengaged employees lead to loss of productivity, procedural imbalances, and decreased efficacy. Organizations are addressing the work force and their job performance, task performance, organizational citizenship behavior, productivity, discretionary effort, effective commitment, and continuance commitment. Engaged employees are emotionally connected with their organization, and are enthusiastic about their job and success of the organization. The employment engagement practices are soulfully needed to understand the employee, give them healthier environment to work, let them grow professionally, award them, and keep them happy, irrespective of the business sector. This study intends to explore the employee engagement practices in Indian IT Sector and compare them with the engagement practices in other leading sectors in India. The study also assesses various engagement attributes in Indian IT organizations.

<p align="center">Organizational Commitment is important topic  of organizational behavior, as it can affect job satisfaction, organizational citizenship,  turn over, and job performance  . The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of demographic factors (gender,years of experience ) and employee engagement  to organizational commitment . This study used  bank employees as many as 200 people, research instrumentuse Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-17). Analytical technique is use multiple regression and T- test. The result of analysis shows that demography factor and employee engagement simultaneously effect organizational commitment, besides it found that  between male and female organizational commitment employees is not different.</p>

Many studies had discussed about organizational behavior such as organizational culture, motivation, organizational commitment and many others topics. However, just few studies that discussed the mediation effect of the organizational behavior variables. Work engagement is one of the important variables in organizational behavior scope. This study proposes and tests a research model that investigates and examine whether work engagement functions as a mediator of the effect of transformational leadership on job performance and OCB. These relationships are assessed through SPSS using Barron & Kenny mediation method. Data are obtained from 97 employees of pharmaceutical company in Indonesia especially Solo Raya and Madiun City. The result shows that work engagement mediates the effect of transformational leadership on job performance. Moreover, this study provides evidence to support our intended hypothesizes, by applying correlation and regression analysis which result have revealed that transformational leadership effects OCB through the mediating effect of work engagement.

Purpose This paper aims to examine the effect of job motivation and commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Indonesian and Malaysian employees. Organizational and national cultures are introduced as moderators and OCB as a mediator to investigate their relationships in the context of job performance. Design/methodology/approach The sample was drawn from employees using a purposive sampling method. A total of 264 valid questionnaires were obtained from employees. The data were analyzed using regression analysis. Findings The results show that job commitment and job motivation positively affect OCB in Indonesia but not Malaysia. The results also reveal that job motivation affects OCB in both countries. In Indonesia, organizational culture and national culture partially moderate the influence of job commitment and motivation on OCB, except the commitment to the organization's culture. However, roles of these moderators in job commitment and motivation are not evident in Malaysia. The result of this study also shows that OCB affects performance in Malaysia but not Indonesia. Practical implications The results of this study can be used to explore Indonesian and Malaysian employees. Although the culture of these two countries is originated from the same roots which cause many similarities among them, there are differences in terms of OCB and employee’s performance that can affect organizational performance and also ways in dealing business with Indonesian and Malaysian companies. Originality/value This study is one of the first studies to examine cross-cultural dimensions in two Southeast Asian countries. The findings contribute to the current OCB literature by confirming the roles of OCB and culture in the effects of job motivation and commitment on job performance.
