Abstract Concrete is a vital construction material. It consumes a high number of natural resources like water, sand, and stones. Due to the increase in human population, the demand for new construction is at its peak and increasing day by day. Due to this, we utilize many natural resources. Researchers and scientists are searching for different ways in which they can reduce the amount or find alternates for use of other materials in the manufacture industry. The use of waste materials is one of them. In this, research has been done by using Waste glass powder and Quartzite powder in concrete to find alternates or partial replacements for natural resources in concrete. It was found that the joined effective use of glass powder and quartzite powder in concrete permitted the substitution of up to 15% glass powder and 30% quartzite powder. Various effects of these materials on concrete are discussed like effects on strength Characteristics, and microstructure studies like X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). This study includes research and literature study from various journals paper and then the conclusion was made up.

The manufacturing industry is an important pillar of the national economy. It is of vital importance to develop statistical modellings in order to quantify the relationship between potential internal drivers and the trend of output values in the manufacturing industry. However, only a few statistical modellings have been established to investigate such associations. This study developed the correlation coefficient model and generalized linear model (GLM) to measure the single and interactive effects of the internal drivers on the changes of the output values. For the GLM, different predictive variables were developed to fit into the dataset, and the performance of the models were compared using fitness parameters. Furthermore, an industry survey dataset for 1,180 manufacturing enterprises in 2020 was used to validate the models. The use of the GLM combining land area, number of employees, scientific research input, and labor productivity may have a great potential to bolster capacity in monitoring and predicting the trend of output values in the manufacture industry.

One of the company's efforts in implementing the commitment to customer satisfaction is carried out through continuous improvement activities. All indicators are evaluated to determine the level of quality stability against process variations that will impact non-compliance with predetermined product specifications. One of the quality problems found in the tire manufacture industry is the out-percentage of tire uniformity, which suddenly increases, one of which is the value of static balance. This study analyses the process variation factors that occur to take corrective and preventive actions through a series of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Refers to the analysis result, it was found that there was a problem with the rubber film gauge variation at the manufacturing step of the steel breaker, one of the material components in the tire construction. Two main factors cause rubber film thickness variation:  rubber sticky with roll calendar, Radial Run Out (RRO) Roll Calendar out standard, and viscosity compound variation with 12 root problems found. The results of the improvements that have been made can effectively improve rubber film thickness variation, increase the Cpk level of steel breaker material from 0.82 to 1.91 and reduce the out percentage ratio of static balance by 54.65%.

This study provides the formulation of Mixed Strategy on a business Kopi Babah Kacamata doing processing coffee beans to coffee powder. This study aims to knows and analyzing quadrant position Kopi Babah Kacamata, formulation of Mixed Strategy, and impact on the application of the formulation of Mixed Strategy in competition business manufacture industry coffee beans at Salatiga city. This type of research was a qualitative study and the technique of determining participants used a purposive sample. The analytical method used method SWOT analysis and Mixed Strategy analysis (Blue Ocean Strategy dand White Ocean Strategy) and for test data validity using the triangular method. Based on the SWOT analysis Kopi Babah Kacamata is in the 1st (progestin) according to SO strategy that increases the productivity and quality of coffee, and make used coffee trend to access the market wider in business competition. Mixed Strategy analysis of Kopi Babah Kacamata is taking a new strategy in a way that reduces factors unimportant in business and Increase could factor winning competition, then created Something never offered. Kopi Babah Kacamata indirectly can maintain business with a positive impact on the general public and the environment. The impact of the application a Mixed Strategy to the company can be winning a competitive way created a new market and exist the company.

The purpose of this study was to study the growth of struvite crystals from the effect of adding tartaric acid additives to an aqueous solution containing Mg2+, NH4+, and PO43-with a molar ratio of 1:1:1. The results of the study, it was found that the more the concentration of tartaric acid additive was added, it got smaller the rate constant was. By decreasing the value of the constant rate, the growth of struvite crystals also decreased then the growth of struvite crystals became inhibited. On the other hand, struvite has the potential to be used as a fertilizer. The concentration of tartaric acid also had a significant effect on controlling the production of struvite. The optimum crystal mass was obtained at a concentration of 20 ppm tartaric acid, a temperature of 40oC and a stirrer rotation of 300 rpm so that it can be applied in manufacture industry of struvite fertilizer.

Introduction: Tax rate changes in Income Tax Law 1984 can be provided companies more beneficial so investment and tax revenue should be increased. The change in tax regulation will be affect to companies’ cost structure. Tax influence capital budgeting by tax effect in cash flow calculation and companies’ longterm capital expenditure too. In the end, cost structure and capital expenditure activities change will be affect companies’ net income after tax. Methods: Almost all companies which listed in stock exchange are manufacture industry, so manufacture handle an important part in Indonesian economic. To see the effect of tax regulation changes which is recently valid, then need to do comparison between before and after period of implementation Income Tax Law changes. The sample is taken by using purposive sampling from manufacture companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data is secondary data, financial annual report since 2008 up to 2010.Results: The result for hypothesis testing show that cost structure of manufacture industry is statistically different. Conclusion and suggestion: Capital expenditure and profitability of manufacture industry is not statistically different before and after period of implementation Income Tax Law 1984.
