Smart backpacks are a prevalent application of smart technologies, with functions such as motion recording, navigation, and energy harvesting and provision. Selecting a suitable built-in power bank is a critical task for a smart backpack design, which has rarely been investigated in the past. To fulfill this task, an auto-weighting fuzzy-weighted-intersection fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) approach is proposed in this study. When decision makers lack an overall consensus, the auto-weighting fuzzy-weighted-intersection FAHP approach specifies decision makers’ authority levels according to the consistency ratios of their judgments. In this way, the consensus among all decision makers can be sought. The auto-weighting fuzzy-weighted-intersection FAHP approach has been applied to compare six mobile power banks for a smart backpack design.

Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is a well-known method which is currently used by many researchers all around the world. However, the problem lies where the steps are lengthy and consumes time. This paper does the purpose to share a method where Decision Makers (DM) can reduce error or any mistakes while manual compute. A MATLAB programming is develop and field of sustainable supply chain is use as experiment purpose. There is one out of four criteria need to be selected by using FAHP. The criteria are cost, quality, delivery time and supplier distance. Both methods are done simultaneously and the answers were recorded. The percentage accuracy shows 100% for every step showing there is no error and the answers are the same if MATLAB is applied. Final answers for both shows that quality is the highest criterion to be selected based on the weightage.

Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW) has recently received significant attention in the most developing countries, such as Iran. Since CDW generation is unavoidable, so development and implementation of an appropriate CDW management is widely recognized as an essential need. Different alternatives in CDW management have been proposed and implemented currently. In this study, a novel framework was established based on the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process approach in order to assess different CDW management alternatives in Tehran, Iran. Proposed alternatives (including landfilling, recycling, reusing, and reduction) were investigated with respect to 16 different individual criteria. The criteria were divided into four different groups, namely environmental, social, technical, economic. A database in this study was established through a questionnaire survey. The relative significance of alternatives with respect to each criterion was assessed. The obtained results revealed that reduction has the highest and landfilling has the lowest priorities. Furthermore, it was found that economic criteria have the highest and social criteria have the lowest importance among the studied criteria. Also, the proposed framework can be used as a beneficial tool that will assist decision-makers in determining the most suitable CDW management alternatives in the case of different criteria that are completely/partially in conflict.

Decisions usually involve the getting the best solution, selecting the suitable experiments, most appropriate judgments, taking the quality results etc., using some techniques.  Every decision making can be considered as the choice from the set of alternatives based on a set of criteria.  The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is a multi-criteria decision making and is dealing with decision making problems through pairwise comparisons mode [10].  The weight vectors from this comparison model are obtained by using extent analysis method.  This paper concern with an alternate method of finding the weight vectors from the original fuzzy AHP decision model (moderate fuzzy AHP model), that has the same rank as obtained in original fuzzy AHP and ideal fuzzy AHP decision models.

This study aims to investigate and evaluate factors related to the knowledge management model at universities in Hanoi, Vietnam. Based on the system literature review (SLR) approach, the study follows descriptive and inductive approach results of the document review process. Eight factors were synthesized with the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to evaluate the priority order. Ten experts from seven universities participated in the survey. The results rank as follows: (1) knowledge sharing factor (this also has the highest best nonfuzzy performance (BNP) and average multiplier weight (GM)); (2) knowledge management with big data systems; (3) knowledge creation; (4) knowledge use; (5) knowledge gathering; (6) leadership; (7) knowledge rating; and (8) knowledge storage. Discussions, conclusions, limitations of the study, and suggestions for future studies are also mentioned in this study.
