The aims of this study are to measure the level of service quality and how to improve the quality of service execution in re-measurement tera and tera of UTTP in Commerce On duty Co-Operation, Industrial and Commerce Of Sub-Province of Pacitan. This research’s object is traditional market of Minulyo Pacitan as mains market in Sub-Province of Pacitan with 100 perpetrator people of sample as user/owner of UTTP (ukur,timbang, takar, dan perlengkapannya) with method intake of sampel by Convenience Sampling. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires and direct interview. This research use qualitative analysis instrument test of validity and reliability to know valid or not and reliabel or not about the questions of questionnaire. Then, this research was done with Servqual method as instrument to do measurement of service quality. The measurement of service quality in Servqual method pursuant to five service dimension that is tangibles, responsiveness, realibility, assurance, and empathy. This research will be measured of gap 5 that is difference among performance and its expectation. Ad for yielded gap from a enumeration of Servqual 5 gap, -146 progressively lower him mount the quality of given service activities. Therefore, its needs the existence of priority repair of service quality, in this case is service of remeasurement tera and tera of UTTP at biggest difference or gap that is at variable of Responsiveness ( Energy Listen carefully) and attribute that has smallest difference that is – 0.44 at dimension question of variable of Tangibles ( Evidence Physical). The spread out of wireless mesh network has made possible the extended range of communication network that are impractical due to environmental changes in a wired access point, these wireless mesh network does not require much competence to set it up as it can be set very fast at a cheap rate, and the conveyancing of messages in it happens by selecting the shortest path, these wireless mesh built-in with irrepressible and invulnerable identities come with an endurance to temporary congestion and individual node failure. This results in an architecture providing a better coverage, flaw indulgent with higher bandwidth compared to other wireless distributed systems. But faces the limitation on power conservation. The battery activated mesh nodes loses their resources on perception, processing and transmission of the data’s, though these batteries or accumulators comes with energy regaining capability still draw backs show up as their nature of energy regaining are unexposed. So the performance analysis of fly wireless network which proposes a uninterrupted wireless mesh networks aims at providing a best measure of performance that is the best quality of service on the meshwork by providing an improved energy gleaning using potency segregation (IGPS) which empowers each node to have self- contained accumulation of energy achieving heightened adaption with energy consumption kept at a minimum. The gross functioning of the proposed is examined on the bases of delay and packet loss to prove the quality of service acquired.

Abstract Every consumer would expect rice at an affordable price with a very good quality. This study aims to determine the quality of rice and estimate the hedonic price model of rice in the traditional market of Tarakan City. This research was conducted at the traditional market in Tarakan City, North Kalimantan. Analysis of the data was is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of rice found in the traditional market in Tarakan City was medium grain. The characteristics of rice that affected rice prices were chalk grains, head grains and yellow grains. While foreign objects, small grains, red grains and broken grains had no effect on the price of rice.

Measuring the quality of service and customer satisfaction is ultimately important for ISPs to remain in business. In order to achieve a good quality of service, understanding the two-way relationship among customers in a variety of patterns of quality of service is crucial. Three methods of analysis namely; Penalty Rewards Contrast Analysis (PRCA), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were used in the analysis to identify the causes of the main problems that affect the level of customer satisfaction. For the PRCA analysis, factors that were categorized as onedimensional are service quality, promotion, as well as payment of bills of paid Wi-Fi services and the promotional factor of free Wi-Fi services. Based on the IPA results, there were eight attributes for paid Wi-Fi services and four attributes of free Wi-Fi services in the first quadrant. These attributes are important but their performance are low. Therefore, these attributes need to be emphasized further to increase their level of performance. Meanwile, the CSI analysis showed that all five factors are found to be at a good level and being categorized in the indifferent zone. Keywords: Wi-Fi; customer satisfaction Index; penalty reward contrast analysis; important performance analysis Pengukuran kualiti perkhidmatan dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah sangat penting bagi ISP untuk kekal dalam perniagaan. Bagi mencapai kualiti perkhidmatan yang baik, memahami hubungan dua hala di kalangan pelanggan di pelbagai corak kualiti perkhidmatan adalah penting. Tiga kaedah analisis iaitu Analisis Kontras Hukuman Ganjaran (PRCA), Analisis Kepentingan Prestasi (IPA) dan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI) telah digunakan dalam analisis bagi mengukur kepuasan pelanggan untuk mengenal pasti punca masalah utama yang memberi kesan kepada tahap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk analisis PRCA, faktor-faktor yang telah dikategorikan sebagai satu dimensi adalah faktor kualiti perkhidmatan, kenaikan pangkat, serta pembayaran bil-bil perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan faktor promosi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma. Berdasarkan keputusan IPA, terdapat lapan atribut untuk perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan empat atribut bagi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma berada dalam kuadran pertama. Atribut-atribut ini didapati penting tetapi prestasi mereka adalah rendah. Oleh itu, atribut-atribut ini perlu diberi penekanan untuk meningkatkan lagi tahap prestasi mereka. Manakala, analisis CSI pula menunjukkan bahawa kesemua lima faktor didapati berada pada tahap yang baik dan yang dikategorikan dalam zon acuh tak acuh. This study aims to determine the attributes that are considered important by consumers to achieve customer satisfaction, determine the level of performance in Twissterdog, know the level of satisfaction or level of consumer suitability of products and services in Twissterdog, and determine the attributes that need to get priority from the company to achievement of customer satisfaction. This research was conducted in Twissterdog with the sample used was 97 respondents by using purposive and accidental sampling method. Data obtained from the questionnaire distribution were analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis method. The result of research shows that attribute with highest level of customer satisfaction on product quality is clarity of name and logo of company with satisfaction level 222%, attribute with lowest satisfaction level is price match with consumer interest, food presentation and price match with product quality with satisfaction level equal to 80.84%. Attributes with the highest level of customer satisfaction on the quality of service is the hospitality of the waiter and the courtesy of the waiter with a satisfaction level of 218%. Attribute with the lowest level of customer satisfaction on the quality of service is the convenience of café with a satisfaction level of 43%. Attributes that should be prioritized on product quality are price conformity with consumer interest, food presentation and price conformity with product quality. The attributes that must be prioritized on the quality of service is the ease of reaching the location, the cleanliness of the cafe, the availability of parking facilities and the convenience of the cafe. [ID] Dalam upaya menciptakan suatu system transportasi yang baik di kota Pekanbaru, keberadaan Trans Metro Pekanbaru sebagai moda transportasi utama amat perlu dikembangkan secara konsisten dan menerus. Setiap rute pelayanan tersebut memiliki karakteristik tersendiri terkait jenis pelayanan dan karakteristik rute yang dilayani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan dalam perbandingan rute pelayanan agar menjadi pertimbangan dalam perhitungan kualitas pelayanan angkutan umum Trans Metro Pekanbaru. Batasan dari penelitian ini adalah hanya membandingkan dua rute perjalanan, yakni rute 2 yang menghubungkan Terminal BRPS-Kulim (rute komersial) dan rute 3 yang menghubungkan Ramayana-UIN Suska Panam (Rute komersial dan pendidikan). Analisis IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) digunakan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan antar rute perjalanan Trans Metro Pekanbaru sehingga memudahkan dalam penentuan prioritas bagi Trans Metro dalam melakukan peningkatan pelayanannya untuk setiap rute pelayanan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 279 orang untuk setiap rute perjalanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pada setiap rute perjalanan. Secara umum, Hal ini dikarenakan penumpang memberi alasan tentang ketertarikan untuk menggunakan Trans Metro Pekanbaru adalah lebih menarik dibanding moda yang lain. Sehingga, strategi peningkatan kualitas dari segi waktu pelayanan menjadi perhatian serius bagi Trans Metro Pekanbaru untuk mencapai sebuah system transportasi yang lebih baik dan menuju transportasi yang berkelanjutan di kota Pekanbaru. [EN] In an effort to create a good transportation system in the city of Pekanbaru, the existence of Trans Metro Pekanbaru as the main transportation mode is very necessary to be developed consistently and continuously. Each service route has its own characteristics related to the type of service and the characteristics of the routes served. The purpose of this research is to find out the quality of service in the comparison of service routes so that it becomes a consideration in calculating the quality of Trans Metro Pekanbaru public transportation services. The limitation of this study is to only compare two travel routes, namely route 2 which connects BRPS-Kulim Terminal (commercial route) and route 3 which connects Suska Panam Ramayana-UIN (commercial and educational routes). IPA analysis (Importance-Performance Analysis) is used to determine the quality of service between Trans Metro Pekanbaru travel routes so as to facilitate the prioritization of Trans Metro in improving its services for each service route. The study sample was 279 people for each route. The results of the study show that there are differences in each route. In general, this is because passengers giving reasons for their interest in using Trans Metro Pekanbaru are more attractive than other modes. Thus, the strategy of improving quality in terms of service time is a serious concern for Trans Metro Pekanbaru to achieve a better transportation system and towards sustainable transportation in the city of Pekanbaru.
