The aims of this study are to measure the level of service quality and how to improve the quality of service execution in re-measurement tera and tera of UTTP in Commerce On duty Co-Operation, Industrial and Commerce Of Sub-Province of Pacitan. This research’s object is traditional market of Minulyo Pacitan as mains market in Sub-Province of Pacitan with 100 perpetrator people of sample as user/owner of UTTP (ukur,timbang, takar, dan perlengkapannya) with method intake of sampel by Convenience Sampling. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires and direct interview. This research use qualitative analysis instrument test of validity and reliability to know valid or not and reliabel or not about the questions of questionnaire. Then, this research was done with Servqual method as instrument to do measurement of service quality. The measurement of service quality in Servqual method pursuant to five service dimension that is tangibles, responsiveness, realibility, assurance, and empathy. This research will be measured of gap 5 that is difference among performance and its expectation. Ad for yielded gap from a enumeration of Servqual 5 gap, -146 progressively lower him mount the quality of given service activities. Therefore, its needs the existence of priority repair of service quality, in this case is service of remeasurement tera and tera of UTTP at biggest difference or gap that is at variable of Responsiveness ( Energy Listen carefully) and attribute that has smallest difference that is – 0.44 at dimension question of variable of Tangibles ( Evidence Physical). If the customer is greater than acceptable level of service, the cutomer is not satisfied. Conversely, if an acceptable level of service greater than the expectations of customers, the customer will be satisfied. This means that if Bank BRI branch Fatmawati can improve service quality to its customer it will affect the level of satisfaction. In this research found evidence that, in terms of the creation of quality services, Bank BRI branch Fatmawati is one of the branches that participate to implement the established policies and service in accordance with the exiting service standard in the banking world. Amount of influence the determination of quality of service policies applied by the Bank BRI branch Fatmawati indicated by r2. r2 value only 45 % and the rest 55 % influenced by other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the variable relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction can be seen from the values r = 0,67. This shows the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction. This means there are strong relationships between the independent variable X (quality of service) to the dependent variable Y (customer satisfaction). Since r = 0,67 (67 %) greater then 50 %.

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to measure the gap and compare the quality of services provided by the Central Library of the University of Tehran and Allameh Tabataba'i University and identify the components of service that need improvement in these libraries.Design/methodology/approachIn this study, a descriptive survey method is used for data collection. The study sample contains 205 people selected out of 31,000 members of Tehran University and 100 people out of 15,000 members at Allameh Tabataba'i University. The LibQual tool is used to measure different levels of users' perceptions of library service quality.FindingsBased on the findings of the study, the level of service received at the University of Tehran was higher than the minimum expected level, and at Allameh Tabataba'i University, the level of service received was lower than the minimum level of expected, which indicates users' satisfaction at this index at the University of Tehran and users' dissatisfaction at Allameh Tabataba'i University. In the index of information control and library as a place in Tehran University, the level of service received was higher than the minimum level and in Allameh Tabataba'i University, the level of service received was lower than the minimum level, which indicates the satisfaction of users in this index at the University of Tehran and users' dissatisfaction at Allameh Tabataba'i University.Practical implicationsService quality, or quality of service, is the measurement and comparison of the size of service provided with users' expectations. The following principles illustrate the dimensions of service quality: Quality of service is much more difficult to measure than the quality of goods. The quality of service is based on users' expectations. Quality of service varies in status, meaning that the quality of a service is measured against the customer's initial expectations of that service (Parasuraman et al., 1985).Originality/valueBeing the first performance evaluation, community synchronization, economic justification, user satisfaction and customer orientation are the values of the present study.

This study aims to determine the influence of promotion and quality of service to customer satisfaction in Restaurant XYZ Jakarta. The population in this study is the visitors who visited the XYZ Tebet Restaurant period of December 17, 2017. Sampling will stop after the fulfillment of the time range for 5 days and obtained the number of samples of 35 respondents with convenience sampling method. The analysis test used in this research is factor analysis test. The results of this study indicate that the factors that are most able to explain the quality of service is a factor is the ability factor to help visitors. This factor consists of: (1) Physical facilities (3) Responsiveness, (4) Able to help (5) Friendly (6) Polite. The second factor is the waiter has a firm nature consisting of a firm attitude. AbstrakKesehatan merupakan hak asasi manusia dan salah satu unsur yang harus diwujudkan sesuai dengan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia. Dalam sebuah organisasi yang bergerak didalam bidang jasa khususnya dalam pemberian layanan kesehatan yaitu puskesmas, kepuasan pasien harus menjadi tujuan utama mereka dalam memberikan pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kesenjangan antara persepsi dan ekspektasi pelanggan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Service Quality (Servqual) yang dikembangkan oleh Parasuraman dkk. Servqual merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan atas jasa yang telah diterimanya yakni dengan membandingkan tingkat persepsi dan ekspektasinya. Servqual menilai kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan 5 dimensi kualitas, yaitu dimensi tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, dan emphaty. Dengan menggunakan metode servqual peneliti dapat membuat sistem yang dapat menilai tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa pelayanan puskesmas. Dalam penggunaan sistem, diperoleh hasil data tingkat kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Talun Kabupaten Blitar pada bulan Februari 2016 dengan nilai rata-rata 2,646 atau dikategorikan cukup puas. Data yang diperoleh dapat menjadikan tolak ukur suatu penyedia layanan untuk memperbaiki tingkat pelayanannya.AbstractHealth is a human right and one of the elements that must be realized in accordance with the ideals of the Indonesian nation. In an organization engaged in the field of services, especially in the provision of health services that is puskesmas, patient satisfaction should be their main goal in providing services. The method used to measure the gap between customer perception and expectation in this research is Service Quality (Servqual) method developed by Parasuraman et al. Servqual is one method that can be used to measure customer satisfaction for services that have received that is by comparing the level of perception and expectations. Servqual assess the quality of service based on 5 dimensions of quality, namely dimension tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and emphaty. By using servqual method researchers can create a system that can assess the level of customer satisfaction using services puskesmas. In the use of the system, the results obtained data on the level of patient satisfaction at the Community Health Center Talun Blitar in February 2016 with an average value of 2.646 or categorized quite satisfied. The data obtained can set benchmarks for a service provider to improve the level of service.

Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality consisting of Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Guarantee to patient satisfaction In Morowali District Hospital Central Bungku. The problem in this research is whether the service quality consisting of Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Guaranteed simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on patient satisfaction In Morowali District Hospital of central Bungku. Based on that opinion, the sample size is 15 (5 1) 15 (6) 90. To prove the hypothesis, the research use multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study found that simultaneously the quality of service significantly influence patient satisfaction In Morowali District Hospital Central Bungku. This means that the variables of Physical Evidence, Empathy, reliability, partially significant effect on patient satisfaction variable, name Response Power and Assurance partially have no significant effect on patient satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri atas Bukti Fisik, Empati, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap dan Jaminan terhadap kepuasan pasien Di RSUD Morowali Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kulitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari Bukti Fisik, Empati, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap dan Jaminan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien Di RSUD Morowali Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Berdasarkan pendapat tersebut maka besar sampel adalah 15 (5+1) 15 (6) 90. Untuk membuktikan Hipotesis tersebut, penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa secara simultan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien Di RSUD Morowali Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Artinya variabel Bukti Fisik, Empati, kehandalan, secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien, namaun Daya Tanggap dan Jaminan secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien.

Tujuan peneliti melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kualitas pelayanan dan tingkat loyalitas pelanggan pada Sari Ater Hotel & Resort Subang, serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa tingkat kualitas pelayanan pada Sari Ater Hotel & Resort Subang berada pada tingkat cukup tinggi, dan untuk tigkat loyalitas pelanggannya berada pada tingkat cukup tinggi pula. Adapun pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (X) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan yakni sebesar 70,4%, sedangkan 29,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.   The objective of the researcher conducting this research is to find out how much the level of service quality and level of customer loyalty at Sari Ater Hotel & Resort Subang, and to find out how much influence the quality of service on customer loyalty. From the results of the study that the level of service quality at Subang Sari Ater Hotel & Resort is at a fairly high level, and for the level of customer loyalty is at a fairly high level too. The effect of service quality (X) on customer loyalty (Y) has a significant positive effect of 70.4%, while the remaining 29.6% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of customer confidence in mediating the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Satwika Purwa Negara which is an independent marketing office of Prudential Indonesia. Number of customers served in PT. Satwika Purwa Negara reaches 8000 more customers. The number of samples taken is 100 people, using technique of non probability sampling with path as technique of data analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that the quality of service significantly influence the belief customer at PT. Satwika Purwa Negara, the better the level of service quality, the higher the trust obtained by the customer. Customer confidence has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT. Satwika Purwa Negara, the higher the customer's trust, the more easily available customer satisfaction. Quality of service significantly influence customer satisfaction PT. Satwika Purwa Negara, the better the level of service provided then customer satisfaction can be created. Customer confidence is an intervening variable that connects service quality with customer satisfaction at PT. The publication presents the results of extensive research analyzing the satisfaction with the services of people with disabilities. The goal of the study was to analyze the level of disabled customer service by city councils at the example of the Silesian Province in Poland and to determine the factors that affect the quality of service studied. The research was carried out in 33 municipal offices located in Poland in the Silesian Province on a sample of 2846 people with disabilities. The research shows that disability type has a significant impact on the perceived level of disabled customer service. Moreover, the age of the disabled person has a significant impact on the perceived level of service quality. It turns out that the younger people with disabilities are, the better they assess the level of quality of services provided by the surveyed offices.

Mode of water transport is very important in the tourism industry as a support in providing the best service for tourists. Transportation is the cause and the effect of the growth of tourist in Bali. Scoot Fast Cruises is transport services to Lembongan, Lombok and Senggigi. Based on Trip Advisor rating in the quality of service that is provided by Scoot Fast Cruises still very poor (158). This study aims to determine the factors that affect the service quality at Scoot Fast Cruises in Bali. Sampling technique used in this study using purposive sampling of respondents are crossing service users Scoot Fast Cruises in Bali with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data collection techniques using a questionnaire that was tested using the test validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is factor analysis using SPSS 17.0. The results of the factor analysis there are three factors that affect the service quality at Scoot Fast Cruises in Bali that is a factor completeness of facilities and services to get service with a value of eigen value 7.390, factor accuracy of services to the value of eigen value of 1.397 and the convenience factor rating with eigen values ??value amounting to 1.307. Factors completeness and ease of getting care facilities is a contributing factor dominant in influencing quality of tourist services at Scoot Fast Cruises in Bali. For further research that will lift the title of the research about the factors that affect the quality of service on a fast boat to take a shuttle to the hotel indicators and increasing the number of respondents and indicators. As for the company Scoot Cruises to take into account the convenience of tourists.
