[ID] Dalam upaya menciptakan suatu system transportasi yang baik di kota Pekanbaru, keberadaan Trans Metro Pekanbaru sebagai moda transportasi utama amat perlu dikembangkan secara konsisten dan menerus. Setiap rute pelayanan tersebut memiliki karakteristik tersendiri terkait jenis pelayanan dan karakteristik rute yang dilayani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan dalam perbandingan rute pelayanan agar menjadi pertimbangan dalam perhitungan kualitas pelayanan angkutan umum Trans Metro Pekanbaru. Batasan dari penelitian ini adalah hanya membandingkan dua rute perjalanan, yakni rute 2 yang menghubungkan Terminal BRPS-Kulim (rute komersial) dan rute 3 yang menghubungkan Ramayana-UIN Suska Panam (Rute komersial dan pendidikan). Analisis IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) digunakan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan antar rute perjalanan Trans Metro Pekanbaru sehingga memudahkan dalam penentuan prioritas bagi Trans Metro dalam melakukan peningkatan pelayanannya untuk setiap rute pelayanan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 279 orang untuk setiap rute perjalanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pada setiap rute perjalanan. Secara umum, Hal ini dikarenakan penumpang memberi alasan tentang ketertarikan untuk menggunakan Trans Metro Pekanbaru adalah lebih menarik dibanding moda yang lain. Sehingga, strategi peningkatan kualitas dari segi waktu pelayanan menjadi perhatian serius bagi Trans Metro Pekanbaru untuk mencapai sebuah system transportasi yang lebih baik dan menuju transportasi yang berkelanjutan di kota Pekanbaru. [EN] In an effort to create a good transportation system in the city of Pekanbaru, the existence of Trans Metro Pekanbaru as the main transportation mode is very necessary to be developed consistently and continuously. Each service route has its own characteristics related to the type of service and the characteristics of the routes served. The purpose of this research is to find out the quality of service in the comparison of service routes so that it becomes a consideration in calculating the quality of Trans Metro Pekanbaru public transportation services. The limitation of this study is to only compare two travel routes, namely route 2 which connects BRPS-Kulim Terminal (commercial route) and route 3 which connects Suska Panam Ramayana-UIN (commercial and educational routes). IPA analysis (Importance-Performance Analysis) is used to determine the quality of service between Trans Metro Pekanbaru travel routes so as to facilitate the prioritization of Trans Metro in improving its services for each service route. The study sample was 279 people for each route. The results of the study show that there are differences in each route. In general, this is because passengers giving reasons for their interest in using Trans Metro Pekanbaru are more attractive than other modes. Thus, the strategy of improving quality in terms of service time is a serious concern for Trans Metro Pekanbaru to achieve a better transportation system and towards sustainable transportation in the city of Pekanbaru.

Developing cities and its opportunities have become a global attraction, inviting the rural population into urban area. This rate of increase in population and overbuilt roadways have outgrown the possibility of shaping our city and making it accessible for all. It is important to note that connecting various parts of the city, giving life to the streets are vital for the livelihood of any city. Energy efficient modes of transportation, combining trips or travelling less by adapting transit oriented development can enhance the environmental quality and quality of life. Therefore it is important to understand the benefit of sustainable transportation system and its role in developing a sustainable environment

This writing is done to determine the effect of information quality and service quality on attitudes in the use of application systems with the ease of use of the system as an intervining variable in online transportation services (gojek) in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is customers who use online motorcycle transportation services in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires through the Goegle form and distributed with social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram on a 1-4 scale to measure 4 indicators. The results of this study show 1) the quality of information affects the ease of use, 2) the quality of service affects the ease of use, 3) the quality of information influences attitudes in use, 4) the quality of services does not affect attitudes in use, and 5) ease of use attitude in use.

Infrastructure development is an integral part of national development and the driving wheel of economic growth. Infrastructure also has an important role in strengthening national unity and unity (Bappenas: 2009). The banjarwaru, banjarwangi, and telukpinang highways are the access roads traversed by 8 villages including alternative routes for the cicurug-sukabumi area. This road is always passed by the people who headed to the city. Therefore, the benefits of this road is very important because it is often passed from the cicurug-sukabumi area due to the diversion of traffic flow so that the intensity of high road users.In this study the author uses the theory of Ridwan and Sudrajat. Quality of service is the level of incompatibility between expectations with customer desires and also the perceptions of these customers. Quality of service here can be assessed by looking at the dimensions. These dimensions include the quality of service, the ability of officials, and service convenience. During the observation to the community through the survey to direct approach with the community, most people complained that the development service to build the kecamatan should be further improved and the results of this study showed that the Quality Assessment of Service in Road Infrastructure Development in Ciawi Sub-district Bogor Regency is categorized Fair Good this is because the assessment of the quality of development services by the Subdistrict Apparatus itself and from the community assess the ability of District Officers still have to be improved in conducting the service and its implementation.Keywords: Service Quality, Infrastructure Development.

ABSTRACT Objective: To describe the profile of women in relation to their living conditions, health status and socio-demographic profile, correlating it with the presence of signs and symptoms suggestive of post-cesarean surgical site infection, identifying information to be considered in the puerperium consultation performed by nurses and proposing a roadmap for the systematization of care. Method: Quantitative, exploratory, descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective review of medical records of women who had cesarean deliveries in 2014, in the city of São Paulo. Results: 89 medical records were analyzed, 62 of them with incomplete information. In 11, there was at least one of the signs and symptoms suggestive of infection. Conclusion: Given the results of the study, the systematization of puerperal consultation is essential. The roadmap is an instrument that can potentially improve the quality of service and the recording of information.

PO. Saztro Holidays is one of the bus transportation services companies in the Serang area that focuses on tourism routes. The purpose of this study is to know the quality of tourism bus services through customer satisfaction and complaints, besides as knowing the importance of priority attributes to be repaired. The methods of collecting data using a questionnaire involving 30 respondents to tourism bus consumers. This study uses the SERVQUAL method (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the study using the SERVQUAL method obtained an overall gap value of -0.852, which states that the services provided by PO. Saztro Holidays still does not provide satisfaction to consumers. Improvement efforts to increase satisfaction with Tourism bus services using the Importance Performance Analysis method in quadrant I (top priority) using SPSS 19 through a cartesius diagram obtained as many as 13 attributes. The most important attributes that are the main priority in repairs to match the expectations of consumers with the value of the suitability level of 78.04, namely the attributes of the availability of clear information marks.

Due to the policy of the Doi moi in Vietnam started in 1986, Hanoi has undergone many important changes. Currently, Hanoi's traffic is characterized by seemingly continuous motorcycle flows - a representative of high personal mobility in the context of rising incomes. Congestion, dust, pollution, insecurity, overload, etc., they are important keywords to describe Hanoi's urban traffic. Hanoi has put in place a number of policies to improve the transportation system. In 2017, in Hanoi's new mobility improvement project, there is a regulation on motorcycles: “The municipality will zone by limiting the activities of motorcycles according to the infrastructure and the service capacity of the public transportation system to stop motorcycle activities in the central districts in 2030” that becomes controversial. This article, based on the results of surveys assessing the level of satisfaction and desires of people about traffic at the KDTMs of Hanoi, analyzes the differences between the wishes of the municipality and the practices of Hanoi, through habits, modes of mobility of KDTM residents - the new residential areas of Hanoi that bring a different atmosphere of habitat compared to existing neighborhoods, by changing the mode of (re)making of the city. How will the traffic of KDTM residents be affected by this decision as well as how KDTMs will participate in the sustainable transportation of Hanoi?. It is the KDTMs with their “novelties” that will have to become pioneers creating opportunities of the changing of Hanoi traffic. This research aimed to improve the perception of the quality of service of the Hotel El Libertador by means of sensory marketing elements to improve the tourist experience. The study variables were derived from the visual, auditory and kinesthetic perceptions related to the quality of service. In addition, an analysis was performed with the EEG MindWave Mobile 2 biometric equipment, to understand the levels of attention, meditation and blinking. In terms of visual perception, it was determined that attention should be paid to the clothing of the staff (27.6%) and signage (40.9%). The elements of the auditory perception of the hotel had low ratings because the hotel has not implemented elements of auditory sensory marketing in the facilities. Four of the seven elements of the kinesthetic perceptions were not attended and had a weight between 38.3% and 46.7%. As a result of these analyses, a sensory marketing proposal was suggested, which included visual, auditory and kinesthetic marketing strategies, to provide a solution to the existing problems with the hotel facilities. Based on the biometric equipment results, a proposal was made for sensory marketing strategies with elements of experiential communication to be used in the hotel’s facilities which would also improve the perception of service quality. Resumen La investigación tuvo como objetivo mejorar la percepción en la calidad de servicio del HOTEL EL LIBERTADOR, por medio de elementos de marketing sensorial mejorando la experiencia del turista. La investigación es de tipo correlacional, las variables de estudio se desprenden de la percepción visual, auditiva y kinestésica relacionada con la variable calidad del servicio, además se realizó un análisis con equipo biométrico EEG MindWave Mobile 2 en las instalaciones de la empresa para identificar los niveles de atención, meditación y parpadeo. En los elementos de percepción visual se determinó que se debe prestar atención a la vestimenta del personal que tiene un 27,6% y la señalética 40,9%. Los elementos de la percepción auditiva del hotel tienen una baja calificación porque el hotel no ha implementado elementos de marketing sensorial auditivo en las instalaciones, 4 de los 7 elementos de la percepción kinestésica no han sido atendidos y tienen una ponderación entre 38,3% a 46,7% Por medio de este análisis se planteó una propuesta de marketing sensorial para dar solución a la problemática existente en las instalaciones del hotel, la misma que contiene estrategias de marketing visual, auditivo y kinestésico. Mediante la obtención de resultados y análisis realizados con equipos biométricos, se pudo determinar estrategias de marketing sensorial con elementos de comunicación experiencial en las instalaciones de la empresa hotelera que permita mejorar la percepción de la calidad de servicio.
