  El presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la percepción de actores locales sobre el desarrollo turístico en comunidades de la parroquia Leónidas Plaza. El método descriptivo aporto de forma significativa a la investigación permitiendo además el desarrollo del cuestionario aplicar al tamaño de la población seleccionada. Se utilizaron el software REDATAM para determinar las variables rama y tipo de actividad y el SPSS 21.0 como herramientas para obtener información. Entre los principales resultados en las 43 comunidades resulto que el 68.2% reconoce que la actividad turística es una de las principales fuentes de ingresos de la economía, pero un 52.7% considero que no se siente satisfecho con el desarrollo turístico. El instrumento aplicado demuestro una fiabilidad es de 0,95 de 1, por lo que se concluye que hay que direccionar políticas sostenible que posicionen al destino turístico en la zona.   Palabras clave: Desarrollo turístico, turismo, percepción, sostenibilidad, fiabilidad.   ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to analyze the perception of local actors regarding tourism development in communities of the zone of Leónidas Plaza. The descriptive method contributed significantly to the research, allowing also the development of the questionnaire to apply to the size of the selected population. The REDATAM software was used to determine the variables branch and type of activity and the SPSS 21.0 as tools to obtain information. Among the main results in the 43 communities, 68.2% acknowledge that tourism is one of the main sources of income for the economy, but 52.7% believe that they are not satisfied with tourism development. The applied instrument demonstrates a reliability of 0.95 out of 1, so it is concluded that sustainable policies must be directed to position the tourist destination.   Key words: Tourism development, tourism, perception, sustainability, reliability.

Night tourism development comes up as an innovative strategy for tourism development in this current intense competition. There are four main elements in night tourism, namely economic, social, environmental, and night atmosphere. Berastagi is the most popular tourist destination in Karo Regency, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia, which already have night tourism destination but unfortunately undeveloped yet. Night tourism development in Berastagi must be with the local wisdom approach to maximize its benefit. Karonese as the majority ethnic of the local community in this area potential to be developed on its night tourism. This paper only analyzes the environmental and night atmosphere aspects in Berastagi’s night tourism, which based on local wisdom. Qualitative primary data from field observation and depth interview results have been analyzed by using the descriptive method. The study shows that involving local wisdom in developing the environment and night atmosphere can give the typical identity for the night tourism in Berastagi.Night Tourism

  El presente estudio aborda el tema sobre emprendimiento joven y los factores que los estimulan a crear un negocio a partir de su capacidad y conocimiento de empresas, considerando la importancia que la fuerza de trabajo joven tiene para la sociedad y para la economía de una región. De ahí que el objetivo del presente estudio es identificar factores que puedan contribuir a que los jóvenes opten por desarrollar una actividad emprendedora al crear un marco de negocio. Para ello, se hace un análisis teórico con base en estudios efectuados por otros autores para determinar cuánto se ha investigado y cuánta relevancia se ha dado al tema. Entre los resultados alcanzados se evidencia que aspectos como creatividad, contexto, familia y nivel de escolarización, son capaces de influir en el individuo joven en la creación de un negocio.   Palabras clave: emprendedor, emprendedor joven, factores.   ABSTRACT   This study addresses the issue of entrepreneurship young people and the factors that encourage these people to create a business based on their capacity and knowledge of companies; the literature has scant information on research related to the young entrepreneur, so it is necessary to show the importance both for society and for the economy of a region; where young entrepreneurship is presented as a form of inclusion in the labor market, being a preponderant factor for socioeconomic development. This is how the objective of the present study is to identify factors that can help young people choose to develop an entrepreneurial activity by creating a business framework. For this, the study constitutes a theoretical essay based on studies already carried out; This work is interesting, because a deep investigation has not been carried out and the great importance and relevance of this topic has not been considered. Among the results achieved, the factors such as creativity, context, family and level of schooling can influence the young person in the creation of a business.   Key words: entrepreneur, young entrepreneur, factors

The Creation

The article analyses the activation of the object “science” on the coast of southern Chile to create a destination for scientific tourism. A territorial resource is “revealed” through the selection and enhancement of scientific objects. A research centre acts as an articulator of the tourism development project and trans‑ forms “generic” resources to “specific” ones. New heritage milestones are created around cultural geographi‑ cal areas and relevant themes for scientists and local actors. New social links and collective dynamics allow the creation and insertion of an emerging tourist destination in the national and international scenario. Giving value to resources for the creation of a sustainable destination is carried out in 5 theoretical stages; selection, justification, conservation, exposure and valorisation. In practice, it requires the formation of a network of actors to clarify the nature of the destination and the marketing of four possible scientific tourism products: scientific and sports explorations, eco‑volunteering or cultural trips with scientific content. In this manner the Patagonian Archipelagos offers products based on scientific resources enhanced by local actors to create a sustainable destination.

Psychoanalysis and cinema, therapeutics and possibilities sublimation.ResumenSi bien el psicoanálisis, en su articulación con el arte, puede producir efectos terapéuticos en los sujetos que participan de expresiones artísticas determinadas, es necesario interrogar por los efectos sublimatorios que puedan alcanzarse en determinados contextos. En el caso concreto del cine, se retoma al sujeto que observa la escena cinematográfica para determinar qué ocurre en el plano de las pasiones, así como lo que se experimenta al nivel del cuerpo. En este contexto, se analizan las condiciones en las cuales se podría hablar de sublimación, tal como Freud la ha especificado en su análisis de la pulsión, o de las características con las cuales puede hablarse de satisfacción al nivel de la pulsión y lo que ello implica en la enseñanza de Jacques Lacan. Los ejes teóricos del Seminario 11, Los cuatro conceptos fundamentales del psicoanálisis: cuadro, Otro, mirada, objeto a, goce, permitirán definir las posibilidades de la sublimación o las condiciones de la satisfacción. Palabras clave: Psicoanálisis, cine, sublimación, satisfacción. AbtractWhile psychoanalysis, in its connection with the art, can produce therapeutic effects in subject who participate in specific artistic expressions, it is necessary to interrogate the sublimatory effects than can be achieved in certain contexts. In case concrete of cinema, it takes the subject who watches the film scene to determinate what happens at the plane of passions, and what is experienced at the level of the body. In this context, the conditions under which could speak of sublimation are analyzed, as Freud specified in its analysis of drive, or the characteristics which can speak with satisfaction at the level of drive and what it implies in the teaching of Jacques Lacan.
