In today's rapidly changing environment, the ability of organizations to sense these changes and respond appropriately to them in order to maintain successful functioning is relevant. An important role in any organization is played by the information management process, which provides the organization with timely and reliable data. The basic capabilities that support the organization's ability to search, acquire, process and use relevant information for the organization are investigated. The technology of development of the subprocess of managing the need for information and a set of proposals for their implementation in the organization are proposed.

The issue of information management is crucial for any academic institution. Convenient access to requested content is creating a competitive advantage for different types of decisions. Information management process in Institut Pendidikan Guru (IPG) often create problems because there is no systematic way of storage management. IPG lecturers stored their teaching materials in different kind of methods. This situation cause in a loss of resources, difficult to retrieve and also cannot be identified when it's needed. Dealing with large volumes of resources it is essential to use technological solutions that enable flexible storage, retrieval, processing and interpreting information. To solve the problems, this article introduced a framework that use single platform and named as Information Sharing for Learning (IS4L) for managing teaching and learning resources in IPG. The resources will be stored and can be accessed at any time. The framework also applied the technique of gamification to motivate and encourage users to use the application and consequently will increase the volume of resources stored. The developed application based on the proposed framework could help to motivate and engage peoples to share their resources and enhance quality of services in IPG. Finally it could assist to improve the performance and effectiveness of services to achieve users’ satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to develop and test the feasibility of innovative creative instruments, so as to produce valid and reliable data in measuring innovative creative characters. The innovative creative character instrument is a measuring tool for counseling teachers to determine the level of innovative creative character in students. This study uses themethod Research and Development. Based on the validity test using the product moment formula and reliability using the Cronbach alpha formula, this innovative creative character instrument that has been developed has met the validity and reliaility criteria which can be classified as high. It can be concluded that the development of creative and innovative character instruments for high school/vocational high school students meets the validity standard for measuring innovative creative characters in high school/vocational high school students.

In an organization, there are three main targets for the application of information systems and information techniques that will be applied. In the information management process, automation is needed. This will help work efficiency. It is necessary to fulfill the need for information that will be used in decision making in management to increase effectiveness. There needs to be a change in the style and way of doing business in the company in order to increase competitiveness with competing companies. The goals or goals of a company and strategies in IT will enable us to achieve the 3 targets above, therefore it is necessary to have the right organizational business strategy that leads to the company's goals, as well as support that comes from designing IT infrastructure that is in accordance with the organization's business strategy in IT strategy. An understanding of the organization's business strategy needs to be mastered in order to be able to develop an appropriate IT strategy so that it can be a supporter of achieving the company's vision and mission. The ward and peppard methodologies will be used in the explanation of the following IT/IS strategic planning stages.

This paper proposes a hybrid model for use by travelers on a smartphone. The principles lie in the combined deployment of 24x7 network that directly serves the travelers and links the existing phone service as an alternate backup choice. Such a redundancy will insure higher reliability in an urgent situation, where many available communication channels are often jammed by panic calls and accesses. In addition, off-line service is also provided as an optional access means to ease the network traffic, whereby important information can be immediately conveyed to the travelers in need of assistance. An information management workflow is also set up to effectively disseminate the relevant information. The proposed system is implemented and tested by volunteers. The results are compared with the predicted outcomes obtained from the preliminary test. It was found that once the users are familiar with the answers, they tend to prematurely exit the application. However, it is not the case with operator assistance as they can continue inquiring freely with the human operator. Future artificial intelligent techniques can be employed to enhance the non-human operations to become as lively as the human service.

In a building fire disaster, a variety of information on hazardous factors is crucial for emergency responders, facility managers, and rescue teams. Inadequate information management limits the accuracy and speed of fire rescue activities. Furthermore, a poor decision-making process, which is solely dependent on the experiences of emergency responders, negatively affects the fire response activities. Building information modeling (BIM) enables the sharing of locations of critical elements and key information necessary for effective decision-making on disaster prevention. However, it is non-trivial to integrate and link the relevant information generated during the life cycle of the building. In particular, the information requirements for building fires should be retrieved in the BIM software because most of them have spatial characteristics. This paper proposes a prototype system for a building’s fire information management using three-dimensional (3D) visualization by deriving the relevant information required for mitigating building fire disasters. The proposed system (i.e., Building Fire Information Management System (BFIMS)) automatically provides reliable fire-related information through a computerized and systematic approach in conjunction with a BIM tool. It enables emergency responders to intuitively identify the location data of indoor facilities with its pertinent information based on 3D objects. Through scenario-based applications, the system has effectively demonstrated that it has contributed to an improvement of rapid access to relevant information.
