This research aims at identifying the management of planning, implementation, result and follow-ups, and aspects of religious culture development. This research used a qualitative approach and the data were compiled through observation, interview, and documentation. Further, a validity test was done through triangulation of the source, technique, and time. The data analysis was done through the process of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the research conducted, the results showed that: When compared, the management aspects of planning implementation, result and the follow-ups, and other influencing factors towards the religious development management at both schools are different. In terms of the planning, both schools’ plans are different. In terms of implementation, and results and follow-ups, they share similarities. Whilst in terms of the influencing factors, they have differences.

The research aims to develop learning media in the form of animation video for grade V elementary school, especially the material on the incident of proclamation, to describe validity of learning media, to know response of user. The research used the method research R&D with ADDIE model. The results of research as follow : (1) the results of the validity test of the instructional media obtained 97,91% with the very good qualification, (2) the results of the validity test of the instructional material obtained 94,44% with the very good qualification, (3) the results of the instructional language obtained 93,75% with the very good qualification, (4) the results of individual trial obtained 93,33% with the very good qualification, (5) the results of small group trial obtained 90,62% with very good qualification. Thus, the audio visual animation media is suitable to use in process of learning.

In this study, we tested the validity of the modified version of the Vaccine Attitude Question Battery (VAQB) across 22 different languages. Validity test was conducted with a large-scale international survey dataset, COVIDiSTRESSII Global Survey, collected from 20,601 participants from 62 countries. We employed exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, measurement invariance test, and measurement alignment for internal validity test. Moreover, we examined correlation between the VAQB score, vaccination intent, compliance with preventive measures, and trust in public health-related agents. The results reported that the modified VAQB, which included five items, showed good validity across 22 languages with measurement alignment. Furthermore, the VAQB score showed negative association with vaccination intent, compliance, and trust as expected. The findings from this study provide additional evidence supporting the validity of the modified VAQB in 22 languages for future large-scale international research on COVID-19 and vaccination.

This research has the background to achieve the author's goal, namely to study and then explain the effect of promotion, price, and customer loyalty on purchasing decisions of fat. Currently, the results obtained in seeking promotions and prices at the company are not maximal enough. Therefore, research is carried out using measurements using scientific methods. Determining the sample using the Slovin formula, then obtained i75 customers of PT. Cipta Sarana Jaya Abadi. The population to measure the research instrument test (reliability and validity test), classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity test), and questionnaires using hypothesis testing using SPSS data processing. This study allegedly shows the effect of promotion, price, and customer loyalty that is positive and significant on purchasing decisions. So it can be concluded that purchases will increase if the company provides promotions and the best prices for customers and prospective customers and provides satisfactory service to increase customer loyalty to repeat or continuous purchases.

Abstract This study aims to test the validation of precipitation data from CHIRPS compared to measurement data. The study location is Wonorejo Reservoir, Indonesia. The methods in this research were 1) data quality test with the consistency test and stationary test, and 2) validity test with parameters of NSE value and correlation. The study results show that 1) The data quality test shows that the precipitation data from CHIRPS are consistent and homogeneous; 2) The validity test is carried out in two stages, for uncorrected data and corrected data. According to NSE value, the validity of test results on uncorrected data shows that CHIRPS’s precipitation data are unsatisfactory. When viewed from the correlation, the precipitation data from CHIRPS has a very strong relationship to precipitation measurement data. The next step is to test the validity of the corrected data. The validation test of corrected data shows that precipitation data from CHIRPS is satisfactory according to NSE value. Moreover, the precipitation data from CHIRPS strongly correlates with the precipitation measurement data. This study indicates that the precipitation data from CHIRPS can be utilized as alternative precipitation data if measurement data are limited.

Problem-solving ability became a learned process as well as a goal that must be achieved in learned mathematics so it is important for students to have these abilities, especially in algebraic form material. But in fact, in the material of algebraic forms, the ability was still minimally mastered by students. Based on the results of the interview, it shows that the lack of ability was due to the questions given by the teacher only in the form of routine questions taken from LKS or textbooks that did not require the use of problem-solving skills but only require the used of procedural formulas. Therefore, it was necessary to develop test questions that contain question items that could measure students' problem-solving abilities in the algebraic form of material. This type of research was developed researched using the ADDIE model which stands for analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques used in this study were validation questionnaires and tests. Meanwhile, the data collection instruments were validation questionnaire sheets and test sheets. The test subjects in this study were class VII C students of MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang. The results showed that the product developed in the form of a test was declared valid by the expert with an average validity of 3.75 and was in very valid criteria. Meanwhile, the results of the empirical validity test showed that only four of the five items on the test developed were declared valid and of the four items that were valid, the reliability value of 0.786 with high criteria was obtained. The research findings prove that the developed test contains only four items that were valid both theoretically and empirically and reliably so that they could be used to measure students' problem-solving abilities on the algebraic form of material.
