This research study intends to investigate the tourist satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship between the Islamic attributes, service quality and destination loyalty among Malaysian Muslim tourists in the Padang city. A self survey was implemented as the means to attain the primary data among the 160 Malaysian Muslim tourists visiting the Padang city . The sample of 119 usable responses were collected from the 160. To analyze the model, Partial Least Squares structural equation modeling was utilized. The statistical outcomes established the positive and significant influence of the service quality, the Islamic attributes and the tourist satisfaction on destination loyalty. The results also established that tourist satisfaction were positively and significantly influenced by the service quality and the Islamic attributes. Along with it, tourist satisfaction mediated significantly in the relationship between the Islamic attribute, the service quality and the destination loyalty among the Malaysian Muslim tourists visiting in Padang city.

Kuningan local tourism possesses a promising future. However, some investigations cite a decrease in visitors over time, revealing underlying problems in the organization. Critical inquiries may arise from the interaction of information technology and market orientation to increase competitiveness and, finally, tourist attractions' performance. Thus, this study investigates the local tourism activity of Panembongan Hill in Kuningan, Banten, Indonesia. One hundred thirty visitors agree to participate in the study, and the coded responses are analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results reveal that Information Technology does not relate to competitiveness and tourism business performance; market orientation increases competitiveness and business performance. Finally, the competitiveness of tourism activities propels business performance considerably.

This study aims to analyze the effect of livelihood assets and demographics on the implementation of farmers' livelihood strategies in Pandansari Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency after the eruption of Mount Kelud. This research is a type of quantitative research that uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the Warp PLS approach. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews using questionnaires and field observations, while secondary data obtained through literature studies from various related sources. It was determined the location deliberately considering that Pandansari Village was the area in Ngantang District that was the worst affected by the eruption of Mount Kelud. Seventy-five farmers with simple random sampling technique were selected as respondents in this study. The results showed that livelihood assets had a positive but insignificant effect on demographics. Then livelihood assets have a positive and significant influence on livelihood strategies. Meanwhile, demographics have a negative and significant impact on livelihood strategies. Keywords : Sustainable Livelihoods, Livelihood Assets, Livelihood Strategies, Eruption, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), WarpPLS.

Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) encompasses various forms of computational algorithms, statistical techniques, and mathematical models, which are utilized to fit the constructs of information. SEM tests the hypothesis by utilizing data generated from respondents who are all participated in the intelligence test. This article focuses on the investigation of the relationship between the elements of successive critical factors for management quality (SCEMQ) and business progression (BP). The instrument is adopted to gather primary data from the business organization. In this article, two-step SEM model is incorporated in the investigation of SCEMQ and BP. The article identified seven critical successive elements, namely commitment with top management (CTM), focus on customer (FC), planning of strategic (PS), management of process (MPR), management of people (MP), quality of leadership (QL), and management of supplier (MS), which have a significant role in defining the performance of the business. From this study, it is identified that the quality and information have a huge contribution to the success of business. From the analysis of statistical outcome, significant as well as positive correlation among the critical aspects of business are identified.

The purpose of this study was to see the useful role in mediating the effect of choice on intention to use. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ngurah Rai University, located on Jalan Padma Penatih, Denpasar, Bali Province. The sample used in this study used a random sampling technique, where the respondents were students. The number of samples used was 100 people. The analysis technique used is the structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Modeling - SEM) based on the variant known as the Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that choice has a positive and significant effect on perceived benefits. The perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use the Go-Food feature on the Gojek application. The choice of food variations has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use the Go-Food feature on the Gojek application. The perceived usefulness is able to mediate a positive and significant influence on the intention to use the Go-Food feature on the Gojek application.

This study empirically evaluates the business performance outcomes of aligning an organization's information technology (IT) competencies with its strategic competencies. Strategic competencies include components such as shared vision, cooperation, empowerment, and innovation, whereas IT competencies comprise connectivity, flexibility, and technological scanning. Top managers from 104 organizations completed a questionnaire analyzed with EQS, a structural equation modeling tool. Based on a covariation approach to alignment, results confirm that strategic and IT competencies alignment significantly enhances perceived business performance.

The objectives of this paper is to investigate factors that affecting SMEs performance. Particularly, our study examined the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, adaptability to external environment, and competitive advantage to SMEs performance. We also test the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and adaptability to external environment on SMEs competitive advantage. Results of structural equation modeling on 100 SMEs in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, suggested that entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage has a positive effect on SMEs business performance. However, our prediction that adaptability to external environment positively affect SMEs performance was not supported. Furthermore, our study also found that entrepreneurial orientation and adaptability to external environment positively affect SMEs competitive advantage.
