This study aims to determine the effect of Dividend Policy and Capital Structure on Agricultural Sector’s Company Value. The research method used in this study is verification method with quantitative approach. The case study was conducted on agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sample used is Price Book Value (PBV) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) in 14 agricultural sector companies obtained from Financial Statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website: www.idx.co.id for the period 2015-2019. The results showed that the variables of Dividend Policy and Capital Structure had a negative and not significant effect on company value.

<pre>The objective of this study is empirically identify the impacts of Good Corporate Governance and capital structure on firm value with financial performance as intervening variable. We operate quantitative approach within the scope of manufacturing company of metal, chemical, and plastic packaging sector which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2018 periods as the population. Samples are chosen by purposive sampling method inwhich the company must report the financial statement in a row, obtained 79 observations. The data analysis technique used is financial ratio analysis to determine the condition of the business financial ratios of the variables studied. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that corporate governance and capital structure influence the firm value, moreover the use of institutional ownership ratio and capital structure will increase the value of the firm. The result also shows that the impact of Corporate governance and capital structure on the company value are mediated by financial performance. It means that the value of the firm can increase if the company able became an effective monitoring tool.</pre>

This study discusses and analyzes the Ownership Structure, External Factors, Internal Against Capital Structure, Dividends and Company Value. The population used in this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using 37 companies. The data used are from 2010 to 2019, this study uses descriptive statistical analysis and inference with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis shows: ownership structure does not oppose capital structure, dividend policy, and firm value, external factors affect internal factors, external factors do not oppose capital structure, external factors do not significantly influence firm value, internal factors related to capital structure, factors internal does not oppose dividend policy, internal factors oppose company value, capital structure opposes dividend policy, dividend policy has no effect on capital structure, capital structure is related to company value, and dividend policy is related to company value. Objective: Indonesia’s economic growth is mostly supported by the agricultural sector in which the plantation sub-sector has a significant contribution to the primary sector in the sectoral index of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Plantation companies have a long-term goal of maximizing shareholder prosperity by increasing company values. This study aimed to determine the influence of fundamental factors on company values of plantation companies listed on the IDX during 2015-2019. Research Design & Methods: This study used secondary data involving 8 samples of plantation companies listed on the IDX using a purposive sampling method and panel regression analysis techniques. Research data was taken from the annual reports on the IDX. Findings: The results showed that Managerial Ownership (MO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earnings per Share (EPS), and Company Age (AGE) have a positive correlation to Firm Value (FV). However, the probability of MO, EPS, AGE is not significant and only DER has a significant effect on FV. Recommendations: There is a blemish in research for further research that is expanding the scope of research, and future studies is suggested to analyze the fundamental influence on FV before and during the Covid-19 period. This cannot be done in this study because the data is still limited. Contribution & Value Added: This result contributes to the financial literature and can be a consideration for investors in investment based on company value.

Study was conducted in the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2018. The aim is to determine the effect of financial performance, dividend policy, and age of the company on the value of the company which is moderated by the size of the company. The sample of 37 companies. The variables used are liquidity, capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, the age of the company to the value of the company with the size of the company as moderation. Results showed that there were influences on financial performance, dividend policy, company age, company size on firm value and company size able to moderate the influence of capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, company age on company value and company size unable to moderate the effect of liquidity on firm value.

The capital market in Indonesia includes many companies from several sectors. One company that cannot be separated from the Indonesian stock market is a consumer goods company. The research aimed to analyze the effect of profitability and capital structure on the company with dividend policy as moderating variable to the consumer goods companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018. The population in the research was consumer goods companies with subsector of food and drink, cigarette, cosmetic pharmacy, and household goods and appliances. The research applied purposive sampling and obtained 15 companies with 5 years of observation or around 75 samples. Then, the data were analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0. The analysis result shows that profitability, capital structure, and company size positively and significantly influence the company value. However, dividend policy cannot moderate the effect of profitability and capital structure on the company value. The dividend policy can moderate the effect of company size on the company value. Then, profitability, capital structure, and company size influence the company value of 88,6%, while the other factors influence the rest. Investors should decide on issuers with high profitability above 5%, the optimal capital structure with the debt-to-equity ratio between 0,8-1,2, and total assets above five trillion Rupiah.

Source of corporate funding is essential to the operations of a firm. The problem that often arises is how companies choose the capital structure that could maximise the firm value but still pay attention to the wishes of investors and creditors to take advantage of the provision of funds through equity capital and debt capital. The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of capital structure, cost of equity, and dividend policy on the firm value at State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all state-owned enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a study period of 2009 to 2014, totaling 20 companies. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method amounted to 13 companies. The analytical method used multiple linear regression analysis and will be processed first with using classic assumption test. As for the processing of research data using SPSS version 23.0. The test results simultaneously (F test) the capital structure, the cost of equity, and dividend policy have impact on the firm value of state-owned companies in Indonesia. After the partial test (t test), capital structure has negative impact on the firm value, but the cost of equity and dividend policy concluded no impact on firm value.

A pharmaceutical company is a healthcare company that focuses on researching, developing, and distributing drugs and/or medical devices. Firm value is the stock market value that reflects the wealth of the owner of a company. The purpose of this research is to examine whether capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on company value in the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period. The research population used is the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period, totaling 12 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 6 companies based on the criteria. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS application system. The results showed that simultaneously capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on firm value. Partially the capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value. Sales growth partially has a positive and insignificant effect on company value. Partially the dividend policy has a significant positive effect on company value. Keywords: Capital Structure, Sales Growth, Dividend Policy, and Company Value.

The purpose of this research is 1. To find out the description of capital structure, company growth, and dividend policy to increase the value of the company at PT Timah (Persero), Tbk which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2. To find out the factors that caused the company's value to PT Timah (Persero), Tbk to decline. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive techniques, comparative analysis techniques and inductive analysis techniques. In this research the type of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. In this research the data source used is secondary data. The technique data collection used is documentation technique. From the results of this study can be concluded that 1. The average capital structure tends to increase, company growth tends to decrease, dividend policy and company value tend to decrease. 2. capital structure increases due to increased long-term debt but not followed by company value, company growth decreases due to increased inventory but not followed by firm value, dividend policy decreases due to retained earnings more than profit distributed to investor as dividend.The results of the study suggest that companies should reduce the use of long-term debt in carrying out their company operations and improve asset management and increase dividend policy to attract the attention of potential investors to invest in the company
