The capital market in Indonesia includes many companies from several sectors. One company that cannot be separated from the Indonesian stock market is a consumer goods company. The research aimed to analyze the effect of profitability and capital structure on the company with dividend policy as moderating variable to the consumer goods companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018. The population in the research was consumer goods companies with subsector of food and drink, cigarette, cosmetic pharmacy, and household goods and appliances. The research applied purposive sampling and obtained 15 companies with 5 years of observation or around 75 samples. Then, the data were analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0. The analysis result shows that profitability, capital structure, and company size positively and significantly influence the company value. However, dividend policy cannot moderate the effect of profitability and capital structure on the company value. The dividend policy can moderate the effect of company size on the company value. Then, profitability, capital structure, and company size influence the company value of 88,6%, while the other factors influence the rest. Investors should decide on issuers with high profitability above 5%, the optimal capital structure with the debt-to-equity ratio between 0,8-1,2, and total assets above five trillion Rupiah.

Study was conducted in the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2018. The aim is to determine the effect of financial performance, dividend policy, and age of the company on the value of the company which is moderated by the size of the company. The sample of 37 companies. The variables used are liquidity, capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, the age of the company to the value of the company with the size of the company as moderation. Results showed that there were influences on financial performance, dividend policy, company age, company size on firm value and company size able to moderate the influence of capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, company age on company value and company size unable to moderate the effect of liquidity on firm value.

This research aimed to analyze the effect of profitability and capital structure on the Company value with Dividend policy as a moderating variable in consumption companies which registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 Period. The sample in this research is Consumption Company with food and drink subsector, cigarette, pharmacy, cosmetics, household goods and household appliances. The data collection technique used Purposive Sampling, so it is obtained 15 companies with 5 years of observations to 75 observations. Data analysis tools used SmartPLS 3.0. The analysis results shows that profitability has positive and significant effect on the company value, modal structure has positive and significant effect on the company value, and dividend policy is unable to moderate the effect of capital structure on the company value. The profitability and capital structure can explains the company value of 85,6% while the rest is 14,4% explains by the other variables. The analysis prove that a well-managed capital structure will increase the company's profitability and value, so the capital gains are greater and investors expect capital gains rather than dividends.

Capital structure is a very important element needed by companies to conduct the companies’ operational activities. Companies must determine whether to use internal funds first or external funds to finance investment in getting an optimal capital structure. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the variables of profitability, size and growth on the capital structure in consumer goods companies. Multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the data in this study. Data analysis is conducted on consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. Based on the analysis, it is found that profitability, size, and growth have an effect on capital structure in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016.

This study aims to determine the effect of Dividend Policy and Capital Structure on Agricultural Sector’s Company Value. The research method used in this study is verification method with quantitative approach. The case study was conducted on agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sample used is Price Book Value (PBV) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) in 14 agricultural sector companies obtained from Financial Statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website: www.idx.co.id for the period 2015-2019. The results showed that the variables of Dividend Policy and Capital Structure had a negative and not significant effect on company value.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence company value (PBV) in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The independent variables used in the study are capital structure (DER), company size (SIZE), liquidity (CR) with profitability (ROE) as an intervening variable.The population used in this study is all companies engaged in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling which resulted in a sample of 128 consumer goods sector companies. The method used is path analysis which is the development of multiple regression and bivariate analysis.The results of this study indicate that company size and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on profitability, the capital structure has a negative and not significant effect on profitability. Profitability and company size have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Capital structure and liquidity have a positive and not significant effect on firm value. Then profitability is able to mediate the influence of company size and liquidity on firm value, but profitability is not able to mediate the influence of capital structure on firm value.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of dividend policy and company size on profitability and company value of consumer goods company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this research is consumer goods companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year of 2014-2016 amounted to 45 companies. Sampling is done by saturation sampling method in which all members of population are used as sample. The data analysis of this research uses method of structural equation added by PLS (Partial Least Square) approach. The result of the research shows that dividend policy has negative effect on profitability, while company size does not give any effect on profitability. Dividend policy, company size and profitability variable have an effect on company value. Profitability can not mediate the effect of dividend policy on company value but it can mediate the effect of company size on company value.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of capital structure with the calculation of Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Profitability with the proxy of Return On Equity (ROE) and Company Size with the proxy of Size calculations on the company's value with the calculation of Price Book Value (PBV) of the company's food and beverage subsectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data with a sample collection method using purposive sampling. Where the population of this study used is the food and beverage subsectors company listed on the Indonesia Stock exchange with a period of observation 2016 – 2018, with the final samples of research 12 companies selected. Data analysis techniques are conducted using descriptive statistics and data regression analysis panels with the help of E-Views version 10 and Microsoft Excel applications 2013. The results of the research are partially known that the company structure (DER) affects on the company's value (PBV), profitability (ROE) affects the company’s value and the Company Size has no effects to the company's value. This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, firm size, agency cost and liquidity on company performance. Researchers found differences in results between previous studies which are strong reasons why this research is feasible. The sample includes 8 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2015-2019. In this study, capital structure is proxied by using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), company size is proxied by using (Size), agency cost is proxied by using Free Cash Flaw (FCF), and liquidity is proxied by the current ratio. The method of analysis in this research is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results showed that the independent variables, namely capital structure, agency cost have a positive and significant effect on company performance, while the independent variables, namely company size and liquidity, have a negative and significant effect on company performance.
