The purpose of this research is 1. To find out the description of capital structure, company growth, and dividend policy to increase the value of the company at PT Timah (Persero), Tbk which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2. To find out the factors that caused the company's value to PT Timah (Persero), Tbk to decline. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive techniques, comparative analysis techniques and inductive analysis techniques. In this research the type of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. In this research the data source used is secondary data. The technique data collection used is documentation technique. From the results of this study can be concluded that 1. The average capital structure tends to increase, company growth tends to decrease, dividend policy and company value tend to decrease. 2. capital structure increases due to increased long-term debt but not followed by company value, company growth decreases due to increased inventory but not followed by firm value, dividend policy decreases due to retained earnings more than profit distributed to investor as dividend.The results of the study suggest that companies should reduce the use of long-term debt in carrying out their company operations and improve asset management and increase dividend policy to attract the attention of potential investors to invest in the company

This study discusses and analyzes the Ownership Structure, External Factors, Internal Against Capital Structure, Dividends and Company Value. The population used in this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using 37 companies. The data used are from 2010 to 2019, this study uses descriptive statistical analysis and inference with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis shows: ownership structure does not oppose capital structure, dividend policy, and firm value, external factors affect internal factors, external factors do not oppose capital structure, external factors do not significantly influence firm value, internal factors related to capital structure, factors internal does not oppose dividend policy, internal factors oppose company value, capital structure opposes dividend policy, dividend policy has no effect on capital structure, capital structure is related to company value, and dividend policy is related to company value. This study aims to determine the effect of Dividend Policy and Capital Structure on Agricultural Sector’s Company Value. The research method used in this study is verification method with quantitative approach. The case study was conducted on agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sample used is Price Book Value (PBV) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) in 14 agricultural sector companies obtained from Financial Statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website: www.idx.co.id for the period 2015-2019. The results showed that the variables of Dividend Policy and Capital Structure had a negative and not significant effect on company value.

This paper aims to examine wheter there is significant institusional ownership, capital structure, dividen policy and company’s growth to firm value. This paper also aims to examine wheter variabel of company’s growth could be moderating this study. Sample of this study uses purposive sampling method in order to obtain a final sample accounting 36 companies with observation period from 2012-2017. Type of data in this study secondary data and uses in multiple linier regression as an analytical tool. The result of this study indicate that institusional ownership has no effect on firm value. Capital structure, dividend policy and company growth have a positive effect on firm value. Corporate growth cannot moderate the reationship between institusional ownership and firm value. Corporate growth weakens the relationship between capital structure and firm value. Corporate growth cannot moderate the relationship between dividend policy and firm value.

Study was conducted in the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2018. The aim is to determine the effect of financial performance, dividend policy, and age of the company on the value of the company which is moderated by the size of the company. The sample of 37 companies. The variables used are liquidity, capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, the age of the company to the value of the company with the size of the company as moderation. Results showed that there were influences on financial performance, dividend policy, company age, company size on firm value and company size able to moderate the influence of capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, company age on company value and company size unable to moderate the effect of liquidity on firm value.

This study aims to examine the influence of capital expenditure variables, company growth, and company size on firm value through financial performance is moderated by the capital structure of the company in LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research methodology uses quantitative methods, the number of observations as many as 50 sourced from 45 companies over 5 annual periods. The results of this study found that: (1) Capital Expenditure (Capex), Company Growth (Growth) and Company Size (Size) had no effect on Company Value (PBV), (2) Capital Expenditure (Capex) does not affect Financial Performance (ROE), (3) Company Growth (Growth) and Company Size (Size) have a significant effect on ROE, (4) Financial Performance (ROE) has a significant positive effect on Value Company (PBV), (5) Financial Performance (ROE) does not mediate the effect of Capital Expenditure (Capex), Company Growth (Growth) and Company Size (Size) on Firm Value (PBV), (6) Capital Structure (DER) moderates the influence of Financial Performance (ROE) to Company Value (PBV)

The purpose of this study is to formulate a determinant model of capital structure and firm value. The population of this study is the tourism industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. In this study the entire population is sampled (Total Sampling). Data collection procedures by collecting audited (annual report) financial report data issued by the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that partially profitability, institutional ownership and firm size had a significant effect on capital structure while company growth had no significant effect on capital structure. Simultaneously the profitability variables, institutional ownership, company growth and company size affect the capital structure. Partially profitability, institutional ownership, company size and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value, while company growth does not significantly influence firm value Simultaneously profitability, Institutional ownership, company size, company growth and capital structure have a significant effect on company value in the sector tourism industry.

A pharmaceutical company is a healthcare company that focuses on researching, developing, and distributing drugs and/or medical devices. Firm value is the stock market value that reflects the wealth of the owner of a company. The purpose of this research is to examine whether capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on company value in the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period. The research population used is the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period, totaling 12 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 6 companies based on the criteria. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS application system. The results showed that simultaneously capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on firm value. Partially the capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value. Sales growth partially has a positive and insignificant effect on company value. Partially the dividend policy has a significant positive effect on company value. Keywords: Capital Structure, Sales Growth, Dividend Policy, and Company Value.

The existence of research aims to find out how the company's value occurred in the basic industry and chemical subsector pulp & paper in 2014-2018. In increasing the value of the company, a manager is very influential on decisions taken including investment decisions, dividend policies and funding decisions, every decision taken affects financial decisions. Some factors that affect the value of the company are capital structure, dividend policy, company growth, liquidity, company size and investment decisions. Type of research is quantitative using financial data listed on financial statements listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). Investment decisions are the allocation of capital into investment proposals should be evaluated and linked to the risks and results expected to obtain a high level of return with a certain level of risk. Dividend policy is a decision on whether the profit earned will be divided as dividends or will be withheld as an upcoming investment. The Company may be distributed to shareholders as dividends or withheld in the form of retained earnings to finance the company's investments. The capital structure is the balance of the amount of short-term debt that is permanent, long-term debt, preferred shares and common shares, capital structure decisions. Profitability is revenue minus expenses and losses during the reporting period. Analysis of profitability is critical for creditors and equity investors.

This study aims to analyze the effect of company growth, capital structure, and dividend policy on firm value in property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The data used are secondary data and the method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 9 program to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable with another variable. The sample in this study consisted of 19 companies that were consistently listed on the IDX for 5 years in the 2013-2017 period with purposive sampling as a sampling method. The results of this study are that the variable capital structure and dividend policy have a significant influence on the firm's value partially at a level of significance of less than 5%. While the company's growth variable does not have a significant effect on the company's value partially. The results of the simultaneous regression analysis found that company growth, capital structure, and dividend policy together affect the value of the company. The predictive ability of the three variables on firm value is 72.1% while the remaining 27.9% is influenced by other factors

This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.
