The relevance of the issue raised in the article is due to the fact that one of the key aspects of reforming the judicial system in Ukraine, which must meet European standards, is to ensure public order during the court hearing. In this regard, the subject matter of the article is the world-tested methods and ways of ensuring public order during the court hearing. While writing the article the authors have used the following methods: formal and legal, analytical, system analysis, system and structural. The problems that currently exist and are in the way of effective development of the national judicial system of Ukraine have been analyzed. While analyzing the most problematic and relevant issues of ensuring public order in courts the authors have emphasized on the intensification of tendencies to strengthen the security of the subjects participating in the court hearing. At the same time, it has been stated that there is the spread of the policy of many states for increasing the level of democratization of the judicial process, in particular by granting wider rights and freedoms to all its participants. Based on the successful experience of foreign countries, the authors have suggested the ways to improve the judicial process in Ukraine in the whole and not just to ensure public order during the court hearing. Special attention has been paid to the Judicial Protection Service. It has been determined that the improvement of the national legislation of Ukraine on ensuring public order during the court hearing should take into account both national traditions of judicial proceedings and European standards. At the same time, the implementation of international standards in these areas should be systematic and comprehensive. In this regard, it is necessary to form a single concept in this area. The conclusions have offered three main interrelated stages of improvement of the legislation of Ukraine in terms of ensuring public order during the court hearing.

The inventory system is a system that has a very important role in a company. Inventory systems have been widely used or developed in a place with various technologies and systems. Problems at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa is due to the fact that the data has not been stored in a good file and the management and processing of inventory data is still processed in a conventional way, which has a very significant effect on the quality of the data and information produced. The main objective of this research is to produce an inventory system that is powerful and in accordance with the needs of the users associated with the inventory system. The system development method in this inventory system uses the waterfall method which consists of six stages. The stages are System Analysis and Design, software requirements analysis, system design, coding, system testing and maintenance. This system was built using the PHP programming language, DataBase MySQL. It is hoped that with the implementation of this inventory system at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa can make it easier to store and process data and information such as stock-taking data, information on incoming and outgoing goods transactions, purchase and sales return data, managing customer and supplier data to making product stock reports and assembly reports. The practice of brokering is one of the concerns felt by the community at immigration services. The Directorate General of Immigration immediately followed up on the report, and appealed to all technical units of immigration to eradicate brokering practices and the practice of extortion (illegal levies) on immigration services. In line with this appeal, the Directorate General of Immigration made an online application called APAPO. Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non-TPI Kediri in follow-up to the practice of extortion and brokering also built the Flip Barrier Gate system. This system utilizes the use of RFID (Radio Frequent Identification) technology embedded in the access card. However, over time, this system began to find some problems. Among the obstacles that have arisen are the inactivity of this system because it is feared that it will become the center of the spread of COVID-19 due to the alternating use of access cards. In this research, development planning is carried out for the Flip Barrier Gate Class II Non-TPI Kediri Immigration Office. Flip Barrier Gate is integrated with APAPO through the use of QR code booking code as an access reader. In development planning, this study uses the system development theory described by Tata Sutabri. This phase consists of 5 stages, namely, system investigation, system analysis, system design, system implementation, system maintenance.

In recent Covid-19 outbreak Chinese informationized judicial system provides reliable and efficient alternative platform for disputes resolution and judicatory justice. This article presents a comprehensive and in-depth examination of the Chinese judicial system’s efforts and achievements in informatizing the judicial process.


South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

The relevance of the article is that tax benefits play a significant role in shaping a sustainable and developed economy because the system of benefits is a kind of guide for legal entities and individuals when choosing their field of activity, forms of income, benefits reduce tax pressure on taxpayers. The task of tax benefits is not only the equality of all in the field of taxation, but also to stimulate enterprises, including enterprises that use IT technologies, a tool to improve the economic situation in Ukraine. This issue becomes especially relevant in the context of the European integration process, when our country is increasingly entering the European economic arena. Accordingly, Ukraine needs to develop an effective tax system for providing benefits and advantages to progressive industries, including IT. The purpose of the article is to identify areas for improvement of the procedure for providing tax benefits to businesses operating in the field of IT, taking into account European standards. In the article the author considers the peculiarities of the purpose of tax benefits for the IT industry. Relevant issues of tax policy development related to the support and development of the IT industry have been identified. The normative legal acts in the field of taxation of the IT industry and the main directions of its improvement in accordance with international standards are studied. The need to create a preferential tax regime for companies operating in the IT industry has been established. It is concluded that the growth of the IT industry requires a stable fiscal policy, which would provide benefits and advantages to new progressive companies, thereby helping to fill the state treasury. However, today Ukraine is only taking the first steps to improve the taxation system of the IT industry, develops and improves legislation in this area, in accordance with the problems of practice, and therefore the issue of creating an effective preferential tax regime for IT industries remains open and needs further study. taking into account the experience of European and other developed countries, the taxation models of which can serve as a basis for the Ukrainian tax system and tax regimes.

This paper presents the work on developing a sliding-leg tripod as a programmable add-on device for manufacturing. The purpose is to enhance the capabilities of any machine by providing it with a more flexible range of motion. This device can be used as a toolhead for CNC machine tools and robots, or as a work stage for coordinate measuring machines and laser scanning systems. In this paper, system modelling, analysis and control of this device is presented. System modeling includes mobility study, kinematic model and inverse kinematics. System analysis includes workspace analysis, transmission ratio and stiffness analysis. System control includes path planning, joint space control and Cartesian space prediction. It is shown that the proposed device can provide flexibility and dexterity to machines.

The article reveals the theoretical aspects of administrative legal proceedings, as one of the forms of the exercise of judicial power, the features and significance of the administrative judicial process in the mechanism of protecting the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, the analysis is given of the constitutional foundations of the human rights function of the judiciary, its essence and content, procedural actions. The author reveals the historical aspects of the formation and development of judicial protection in Russia, oreign experience and models of administrative justice are considered, the importance of administrative proceedings in the implementation of the human rights function of the judiciary in the Russian Federation when considering disputes with the participation of public authorities and citizens and the exercise of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens is revealed. The author substantiates the advantages of the judicial administrative process as a procedural form of implementation of the human rights function of the judiciary and the implementation of the constitutional right to judicial protection, analyzes the reform of the judicial system of the judicial system, the creation of courts of appeal and cassation in the system of arbitration and general jurisdiction, substantiates the conclusion that the reform of the system of courts of general jurisdiction created organizational and judicial framework for the specialization of judges and court proceedings, the system of institutional intra-system control of the legality and validity of judicial acts, institutionally and functionally ensured the implementation of the human rights function of the judiciary and the availability of judicial protection in the system of courts of general jurisdiction.

The Cloud technology takes Service Oriented Architecture to the next level, where applications and infrastructure can be outsourced over the internet. It affords flexibility to businesses in terms of the on-demand scalability of services as well as the corresponding payment model. However, these advantages do not make up for the inherent security weaknesses in the Cloud. Among various concerns, Cloud providers struggle to provide adequate authorization mechanisms that would protect customer's critical data. In this regard, Usage Control (UCON) is considered to be the next generation model for digital rights management for all the service models of Cloud. Limited literature work exists on the UCON model; however, new tracks need to be laid out to make this model comply with international standards and policy languages. This chapter provides standardized UCON policy specifications, which will help in the effective development of access control for the Cloud environment.

Abstract In order to fully exploit the potential of the rapidly progressing digitalisation of technical systems, it is necessary to provide reliable and significant process and condition related data. In this context, solutions are especially aspired to allow a simple integration into the surrounding system and to influence it as little as possible. The main challenges regarding the measurement of process and condition data in the operation and control of technical systems as well as in test environments are identified and presented at the beginning of this article. A promising approach to meet the resulting requirements is the integration of sensory functions into simple standardised machine elements. In order to facilitate the discussion and interdisciplinary development of machine elements with sensory functions, an extension of the existing classification of mechatronic machine elements is introduced and illustrated with examples. The introduced classification takes into account the classification according to Stücheli and Meboldt and is based on a comparison of conventional and mechatronic machine elements on a functional level with regard to the function structure. As a result, the three classes sensor carrying machine elements, sensor integrating machine elements and sensory utilizable machine elements are introduced and subsequently discussed in more detail on the basis of examples. Finally, an outlook is given on the main research areas with regard to the development of mechatronic machine elements. Key aspects include working principles and effects for application in mechatronic machine elements, system analysis with regard to load conditions, power supply of sensor and data processor in the environment of the machine element as well as data processing and signal transmission under typical environmental conditions of mechanical engineering.
