<p>In the era of transportation development and technological sophistication, humans tend to choose transportation that is fast and affordable. The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train of Jakarta, has become one of the choices for Jakarta public transportation in its activities. Inaugurated on March 24, 2019, several problems were complained by passengers, namely regarding the perception of ease of transaction and customer value. The Influence of Perceived Ease of Transaction on the satisfaction of passengers of the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Train of Jakarta based on statistical results it can be said that  Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Train of Jakarta passengers have partially significant satisfaction to use Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Train of Jakarta in accordance with the Transaction Ease Perception. Satisfaction with Perception of Ease of Transaction as easy to learn, easy to use, clear, easy to understand, skilled. The Influence of Customer Value on the satisfaction of passengers of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Train of Jakarta based on statistical results it can be said that Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Train of Jakarta passengers have partially significant satisfaction to use Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Train of Jakarta in accordance with Ticket Prices that have been paid out. Satisfaction of Customer Value paid is due to added value, suitability of costs with benefits, ease of obtaining services, emotional value. The Influence of Perceived Ease of Transaction and Customer Value on the satisfaction of passengers of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Train of Jakarta based on statistical results can be said that Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Train of Jakarta passengers have significant simultaneous satisfaction to use Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Train of Jakarta in accordance with Ticket Prices, Facilities and Ease of Transaction Ease. The satisfaction of passengers of the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Train of Jakarta towards the Perception of Ease of Transaction and Customer Value that are jointly felt are satisfaction of punctuality, satisfaction of completeness of facilities, satisfaction of price suitability, satisfaction of departure schedules, and satisfaction of functions and facilities.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Train of Jakarta, Facilities, Perception Ease of Transaction, Customer Value</p>

The development activities are things that every country to realize the fulfillment of the needs and welfare of the community. Limited land area is still one of the big problems in carrying out development. The land area that does not increase, followed by the need for land that continues to increase is the cause. The type of research used is the method normative and empirical juridical research which was finally analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. Regulation of the Governor of DKI Jakarta No. 167 of 2012 about underground space and the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 02/PRT/M/2014 on Guidelines for Use of Space Inside the Earth, that exists today is sufficient and accommodate the implementation of the use of space underground for the construction of the Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit (MRT). However, as a step in the future use of underground space, required regulations on the use of space underground in the form of legislation that accommodates all the needs that have not been included in the current rules. Social media plays a significant role in public services, one of which is public transport, while social media often promotes active participation and makes cities more adaptive by using social media. Public transport in Jakarta uses social media as a form of public contact in the provision of services. This study looks at the role of Jakarta's transport social media in delivering excellent information, this research looks at social media twitter accounts consisting of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Light Rapid Transit (LRT) and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) accounts. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach to text analysis focused on Nvivo analysis methods. The phases of analysis using Nvivo begin with: (1) collection data, (2) import data, (3) coding data, (4) data classification, and (5) display data. The findings of this study replied that the social media twitter role in public transport in Jakarta has information features such as: disability rights information, route changes, traffic jams and services. The information provided by the MRT, LRT and BRT twitter social media accounts depends on the activeness of the Twitter social media so that the information can be acknowledged by users of public transport. The flow of information generated by the MRT, LRT and BRT social media accounts through; (1) data sources, (2) collection data, (3) responses, and (4) public information provided by each Twitter account. Media sosial memiliki peran yang besar dalam pelayanan publik salah satunya transportasi publik, media sosial juga mendorong interaksi menjadi aktif dan menjadikan kota lebih adaptif dengan menggunakan media sosial. Transportasi publik Jakarta menggunakan media sosial sebagai alat komunikasi publik dalam memberikan pelayanan. Penelitian ini melihat fungsi media sosial transportasi Jakarta dalam memberikan informasi pelayanan, analisis ini melihat akun media sosial twitter yang terdiri dari akun Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Light Rapid Transit (LRT) dan Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif text analysisberbasis software dengan tools analisis Nvivo. Tahapan analisis menggunakan Nvivo dimulai dengan; (1) capturing data, (2) import data, (3) coding data, (4) klasifikasi data, dan (5) display data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjawab bahwa fungsi media sosial twitter pada transportasi publik Jakarta memiliki karakteristik informasi seperti; informasi tentang hak disabilitas, perubahan rute, kemacetan, dan pelayanan. Informasi yang diberikan oleh akun media sosial twitter MRT, LRT, dan BRT bergantung pada keaktifan media sosial twitter, sehingga informasi tersebut dapat diterima oleh pengguna transportasi publik. Alur informasi yang disampaikan oleh akun media sosial MRT, LRT dan BRT melalui; (1) data sources, (2) processing data, (3) respon dan (4) informasi publik yang disampaikan oleh masing-masing akun twitter.

According to statistical data of Fuzhou City, using Delphi method and weight method, we established decision matrix of urban public transportation development mode and estimated the urban public transportation development mode. The result show that bus rapid transit system is the optimal public transportation mode for Fuzhou city, followed by conventional public transport system, then, for light rail system. And that bus rapid transit system matching with urban passenger transportation is good in Fuzhou city

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan kemacetan transportasi perkotaan yang diakibatkan tingginya jumlah kendaraan dari para pengguna alat transportasi itu sendiri. Menanggapi permasalahan tersebut Kementerian Perhubungan mencanangkan program pengembangan angkutan umum berbasis jalan salah satunya pengadaan Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) untuk wilayah Kota Mataram dan sekitarnya. BRT Kota Mataram yang disebut juga Bus Trans Mataram merupakan salah satu jenis model angkutan umum yang efisien, aman, nyaman dan terjangkau dengan daya beli masyarakat. Bus Trans Mataram ini mulai beroperasi pada tanggal 21 November 2016 yang memiliki 4 rute. Pertama, di dalam kota, kedua dari pinggiran timur kota, ketiga dari pinggiran utara kota dan keempat, sayang-sayang hingga jalan Lingkar Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian Kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan mendeskripsikan peristiwa maupun fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan dan menyajikan data secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta atau fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Teknik Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan Triangulasi sumber untuk mengecek keabsahan data penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga komponen yang terdiri dari Reduksi data, Penyajian data, dan Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pengoperasian bus Trans Mataram Metro di Kota Mataram belum berjalan secara efektif. Hal ini berdasarkan dari kurangnya sosialisasi, tidak konsistennya implementor, tidak adanya ketegasan pemerintah daerah, tidak tersedianya anggaran operasional yang memadai dalam mengimplementasikan program, dibutuhkannya kontribusi dari Dishub Kota Mataram di bidang angkutan. Sedangkan untuk indikator, besarnya biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam pemenuhan biaya operasional, terjadi penurunan jumlah penumpang, dan masih terdapat ketidaksesuaian kualitaas pelayanan pada bus Trans Mataram Metro. Oleh karena harus adanya pembenahan dari lembaga-lembaga terkait mengenai pengoperasian Bus Trans Mataram Metro sehingga berjalan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Abstract This research is motivated by the problem of urban transportation congestion caused by the high number of vehicles of the users of the transportation itself. Responding to the problem, the Ministry of Transportation has launched a road-based public transportation development program, one of which is the provision of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) for the City of Mataram and surrounding areas. The Mataram City BRT, also called the Trans Mataram Bus, is one of the types of public transportation models that is efficient, safe, comfortable and affordable with people's purchasing power. The Trans Mataram Bus starts operating on November 21, 2016 which has 4 routes. First, in the city, second from the eastern suburbs, third from the northern suburbs of the city and fourth, unfortunately to the South Ring Road. This study uses a qualitative method. Qualitative research is research that aims to describe and describe events and phenomena that occur in the field and present data systematically, factually, and accurately about facts or phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection is done by Observation, Interview, and Documentation Techniques. Researchers use source triangulation to check the validity of research data. Data analysis in this study used three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of Trans Mataram Metro bus operating policies in Mataram City has not been effective. This is based on the lack of socialization, the inconsistency of the implementor, the lack of firmness of the local government, the unavailability of an adequate operational budget in implementing the program, the need for contributions from the Transportation Department of Mataram in the field of transportation. As for the indicators, the amount of costs needed to meet operational costs, a decrease in the number of passengers, and there are still mismatches of service quality on the Trans Mataram Metro bus. Therefore there must be improvements from relevant institutions regarding the operation of the Trans Mataram Metro Bus so that it runs according to the plan that has been set.

<br /><div>Accessibility Study for Persons with Disabilities at Jakarta MRT Station. Public transportation is the community’s need for daily mobility. The existence of public transportation is very important, especially for city development, because it can reduce traffic congestion. DKI Jakarta, as the capital of Indonesia, is a densely populated city that has traffic congestion problems. The problem of traffic congestion in Jakarta requires an appropriate and smart solution. In 2019, the city of Jakarta had a new public transportation breakthrough namely the Jakarta MRT, short for Moda Raya Integrated Jakarta (English: Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit). It is important to realize, public transportation users are not only people with normalphysical condition, but also by people with disabilities. To meet the needs of the people the Soekarno Hatta Airport Railway has officially operated. Some problems have been complained by passengers, namely regarding ticket prices and facilities. The influence of Ticket Prices on the satisfaction of railroad passengers of Seekarno Hatta Jakarta Airport based on statistical results can be said that the passengers of  Soekarno Hatta Jakarta Airport Railroad have a significant partial satisfaction for using Airport Railway in accordance with the Ticket Prices that have been paid. Satisfaction with ticket prices paid is due to affordable prices, benefits received, suitability to facilities, distance traveled, travel time. The effect of the Facility on the satisfaction of railroad passengers of Soekarno Hatta Jakarta Airport based on statistical results can be said that Soekarno Hatta Jakarta Airport Railway passengers have a significant partial satisfaction for using Airport Railway in accordance with the Facilities received. Satisfaction with facilities received such as parking lots, waiting rooms, free toilets, places of worship, supporting facilities. While the Effect of Ticket Prices and Facilities on the satisfaction of railroad passengers of the Soekarno Hatta Jakarta Airport based on statistical results it can be said that the passengers of the Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport Train have significant simultaneous satisfaction to use the Soekarno Hatta Airport Jakarta Train in accordance with Ticket Prices, Facilities and Ease Perceptions Transaction. The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) feeder bus service is a complementary public transport service provided to encourage ridership of MRT rail services in Malaysia. In brief, this feeder bus service plays a role in connecting people to and from MRT stations. The objective of this study is to determine the passenger volume generated at each MRT feeder bus stop location in the study area, and relate it to surrounding land use activities. Using the rule of thumb in public transportation systems, 200 m and 400 m radial buffers were identified as catchment areas of the bus stops. The key finding from this study is the relationship between volume of passenger and land use activities. This study concludes that land use activities influence MRT ridership, and that the presence of shelters or waiting poles is important to encourage ingress or egress.

Abstract The impacts of work characteristics on travel mode choice behavior has been studied for a long time, focusing on the work type, income, duration, and working time. However, there are no comprehensive studies on the influence of travel behavior. Therefore, this study examines the influence of work environment as a mediator of socio-economic variables, trip characteristics, transportation infrastructure and services, the environment and choice of transportation mode on work trips. The mode of transportation consists of three variables, including public transportation (bus rapid transit and mass rapid transit), private vehicles (cars and motorbikes), and online transportation (online taxis and motorbike taxis online). Multivariate analysis using the partial least squares-structural equation modeling method was used to explain the relationship between variables in the model. According to the results, the mediating impact of work environment is significant on transportation choices only for environmental variables. The mediating mode choice effect is negative for public transportation and complimentary for private vehicles and online transportation. Other variables directly affect mode choice, including the influence of work environment.
