The public service administration system at the government offices of the Kemiri village office in the Kemiri District currently does not have a computerized and integrated system. Because the system runs, residents who submit letters for administrative completeness, still use the Ms.Word / Ms.Excel application. of course has many weaknesses including human error, not neat in file storage, resulting in the lengthy process of searching and making a cover letter and required reports. The analytical method used in this study is to use PIECES (Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) analysis, the design of the model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are web-based letter information systems at the Office of the Village Chief of Kemiri that can accessed using a local computer browser. Thus the information letter needed by the Kemiri Village community and more effective and efficient in making the letter.

The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.

The idea to design an information system in PT Triwarna Eka Multimedia arises because of the current information system is still very traditional and it has an enormous dependency to physical data. Designing of an information system in PT Triwarna Eka Multimedia is aimed to identify the organization needs in managing their business process operational related to current data of sales, production and inventory. The result from those processes is aimed to build an integrated system that can meet all of the organization’s needs in running their daily business process and facing the rivalry from the competitors. The method used in this paper is a survey, literature review, and analysis of current business processes in the company These needs will be documented by using unified modeling language. This information system makes all the current operational business activities easier with the more enhanced automation than the previous information system. This system will also minimize the data lost and human error, which is usually cause by the manual process and storage data of physical data.

<p>Tendance is a supporting aspect to provide satisfaction for the society. The issue of tendance is less than optimal and it makes the agency image unfavorable. It is sometimes not from the problems of agencies, but the problem is increasing of population. Regarding this matter, the government should be able to take advantage of current technology facilities to provide a service to be more optimal. For example the use of computer media to store the population data in computerized, without having to use media archives offline. Not only the use of computer media, but also can apply an information technology system as known as e-government. Regarding this the authors try to create and develop web-based applications to improve service to the society to optimize the performance of government agencies. The flow of the system process uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) for the modeling process and the creation of applications that are described in the form of diagrams. In general the results made from this application are for making letters such as making domicile letters, business licenses, marriage delivery letters, death certificates, and crowd permits.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Country Office Tendance, E-Goverment, UML</p><p>Pelayanan merupakan suatu aspek pendukung untuk memberikan kepuasan bagi masyarakat. Isu yang terkadang mengenai pelayanan yang kurang optimal menjadikan citra instansi menjadi kurang baik. Hal tersebut terkadang bukan dari permasalahan instansi, akan tetapi timbul akibat semakin ramainya penduduk disuatu tempat sehingga data kependudukan menjadi banyak. Mengenai hal tersebut, pemerintah semestinya dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas teknologi saat ini untuk memberikan suatu pelayanan agar  lebih optimal. Contohnya penggunaan media komputer untuk menyimpan data penduduk secara terkomputerisasi, tanpa harus menggunakan media arsip secara offline. Tidak hanya sekedar memanfaatkan media komputer, tetapi juga dapat menerapkan suatu system teknologi informasi yang dikenal dengan istilah <em>e-government</em>. Mengenai hal tersebut penulis mencoba membuat dan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat sehingga mengoptimalkan kinerja dari instansi pemerintah. Alur proses sistem menggunakan UML <em>(Unified Modeling Language)</em> untuk proses pemodelan perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi yang digambarkan dalam bentuk diagram. Secara umum hasil yang dibuat dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk pembuatan surat seperti pembuatan surat domisili, surat izin usaha, surat pengantar nikah, surat kematian, dan surat izin keramaian.</p><p><strong><em>K</em></strong><strong><em>ata kunci</em></strong><em>: Pelayanan Kantor Desa, E-Gover</em><em>m</em><em>ent, UML</em></p>

The benefits of a web-based application make web developers improve the quality of their applications, one of which is implementing a Progressive Web App (PWA). Researchers see the potential of web-based summative test applications at Jakarta Global University (JGU) which have been designed by previous researchers to be developed by implementing PWA. This study aims to develop a web-based online summative test system/application to be PWA-based. PWAs combine the best of the web with the features native apps already have. The benefits of this research can be used as input or reference for JGU in developing more optimal web applications for campus needs. The development in this system applies the public server and PWA methods. Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system design. PWA testing using the Lighthouse tool. The results obtained from this study are in the form of a PWA-based online test summative system with the ability to be accessed on desktop and mobile and the ability to be accessed offline.

Bersama Maju Clinic, located in Basuki Rahmat is one of the clinics with a lot of public interest. In the patient registration, management process, patient data are still recorded in the archives or paper documents, so that if the archive is lost, there is no replacement. Data accumulation often occurs, so it is relatively long in the data search process and the process of making the report. Data redundancy often occurs, data recording that repeatedly causes duplication of data so that the capacity needed to swell and service becomes slow, heaps of filing so that it requires a large filing area. Then there was also an irregular patient registration due to human error, the admin forgot that the patient had registered beforehand so that he was given a new queue number. This research was conducted to design and implement an information system that can provide comfort, speed and ease of service to patients who come to the clinic. The system development model used is the prototype model. The design of system models used unified modeling language diagrams (UML) including use case diagrams. The flowchart drawn by the Visio 2010. By building interfaces using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. The database is stored using PHP and displayed via XAMMP. This system is also built with a system framework that is bootstrap

Abstract - The Faculty of Engineering is one of five faculties on the Asahan University campus is where researchers conduct research that has three majors including the Department of Civil Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, currently the Faculty of Engineering does not have a promotion service to this community causing information not to be delivered to the public. Faculty of Engineering promotion media website designed to display information, text, images or a combination of them, both static and dynamic which forms a series of interconnected systems where each is connected with the menu page on the website. This system is a web-based system developed with using the prototype method is an object oriented method. The functional approach described on the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of the study indicate that the device software that is built can provide the information that is needed well. This study aims to analyze the organization needs in sales and stock company process that related with the current business process at PT Selatan Jaya Prima Perkasa. The result will be used for developing an integrated system that can be the solution for the company needs in running their sales and to control theirinventory stock status as the main business of the company. Admission of new employees is undoubtedly one of the programs for the company to gethuman resources who have the potential and qualifications according to company needs. Thepurpose of this study is to design an employee recruitment system at PT Megah PerkasaTeknologi that still utilizes social media and verbal communication from one person toanother so that only a few are aware of the recruitment needs. HRD still records and selectsincoming files both obtained via e-mail and sent through the delivery service. Therefore weneed a web-based employee recruitment system that can provide more comprehensiveinformation to the public, especially those who are looking for work. The system designedusing the Unified Modeling Language, and software developers use the Waterfall model withthe PHP and MySQL programming languages. The results of this study indicate that employeerecruitment information disseminated to the community and its requirements. Applicants canonly apply for one position in the employee recruitment period with the ease of filling outapplications. Also, file selection becomes more accessible and faster because the applicant isonly required to apply according to the desired application position. So with this web-basedrecruitment system, the HRD team's performance is expected to be more productive andefficient at every stage from file receipt, written test, interview test, to decision making.

Analysis and design of information system in PT. Maju Jaya Mulya is aimed to identify the organization needs in controlling and managing the data and information of operational transaction. They will be used as a base for developing a new integrated system that can meet company needs and to face the rivalry from the competitors. The activity in analysis and design is focused in production, inventory management and purchasing activities, as the main business of the company. The analysis and design of the company’s needs will be documented by using unified modeling language. With this information system, there is an expectation that this system will ease the company in doing their activity in production, inventory management and purchasing. This system will also minimize the data lost and human error, which is usually caused by the manual process and storage data of transactional data.
