This study aims to analyze the organization needs in sales and stock company process that related with the current business process at PT Selatan Jaya Prima Perkasa. The result will be used for developing an integrated system that can be the solution for the company needs in running their sales and to control theirinventory stock status as the main business of the company. The analyzed result in the company needs will be documented using unified modeling language. This information system is expected to simplify ease the company’s activitis in sales process and inventory stock control. This system will also minimize the data lost and human error usually caused by manual process of transactional data storage.

This study aims to identify the organization needs of PT Golden Eagle Indonesia to control and manage the data and information of operational transaction. The result of analysis is used as a base for developing a new integrated system that can be the solution for company needs and to face the competition. The activity inanalysis and design is focused in ticket reservation activities, as the main business of the company. These needs will be documented using unified modeling language. There is an expectation that this system will ease the company in doing their activity in ticket reservation. Analysis and design of information system in PT. Maju Jaya Mulya is aimed to identify the organization needs in controlling and managing the data and information of operational transaction. They will be used as a base for developing a new integrated system that can meet company needs and to face the rivalry from the competitors. The activity in analysis and design is focused in production, inventory management and purchasing activities, as the main business of the company. The analysis and design of the company’s needs will be documented by using unified modeling language. With this information system, there is an expectation that this system will ease the company in doing their activity in production, inventory management and purchasing. This system will also minimize the data lost and human error, which is usually caused by the manual process and storage data of transactional data.

The public service administration system at the government offices of the Kemiri village office in the Kemiri District currently does not have a computerized and integrated system. Because the system runs, residents who submit letters for administrative completeness, still use the Ms.Word / Ms.Excel application. of course has many weaknesses including human error, not neat in file storage, resulting in the lengthy process of searching and making a cover letter and required reports. The analytical method used in this study is to use PIECES (Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) analysis, the design of the model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are web-based letter information systems at the Office of the Village Chief of Kemiri that can accessed using a local computer browser. Thus the information letter needed by the Kemiri Village community and more effective and efficient in making the letter.

The idea to design an information system in PT Triwarna Eka Multimedia arises because of the current information system is still very traditional and it has an enormous dependency to physical data. Designing of an information system in PT Triwarna Eka Multimedia is aimed to identify the organization needs in managing their business process operational related to current data of sales, production and inventory. The result from those processes is aimed to build an integrated system that can meet all of the organization’s needs in running their daily business process and facing the rivalry from the competitors. The method used in this paper is a survey, literature review, and analysis of current business processes in the company These needs will be documented by using unified modeling language. This information system makes all the current operational business activities easier with the more enhanced automation than the previous information system. This system will also minimize the data lost and human error, which is usually cause by the manual process and storage data of physical data.

This research was conducted to make it easier for parents to get fast and realtimeactivity information, plus the lack of data storage on student activity by caregivers. In this modern era, the development of technology is increasing rapidly so that everything is computerized, so the cottage needs to follow the development of this modern era, so that the work in the cottage will be easy and reduce errors due to human error. As technology develops, website-based applications for child monitoring have started to emerge, but parents are already using smartphones a lot, with the existence of Android-based applications, it is hoped that it can be used as a monitoring medium for children that can be accessed by all parents who leave their children at the Tafriijul Islamic boarding school. Ahkam Cikiray effectively and efficiently. This application uses the waterfall method and uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) for visual modeling systems. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing the boarding school. The conclusion of making this application is to make it easier for the guardian of students to receive information on weekly, monthly, yearly activities and this system makes it easier for teachers at the Tafriijul Ahkam Islamic boarding school to provide information on activities, achievements, memorization of the Qur'an, violations of spp payments and payment of re-registration to parents, so the lodge does not spend a lot of money to provide information on student activities by letter.

One of theutilization of technology that is now widely used is android.One of them features Android LBS(Location Based Service) is one of the android features used to describe the technology used tofind the location of the device that the user by utilizing satellite facilities. One of the problems ofthe students is the lack of information about the room at Informatics Engineering, University ofPalangkaraya which relates to the subjects in Informatics Engineering. By utilizing the featureLBS (Location Based Service) on android will answer the existing problems so as to facilitatestudents Engineering University of Palangka Raya.The methodology used in development with Prototype According to Pressman, which hasstages of Communication and early data collection, Quick design, Formation of prototype,Evaluation of prototype, Repair prototype and Final Production. At this stage of analysis is madeFlowchart. At this stage of design also made the creation of Unified Modeling Language (UML).The programming languages used are Java, JSON, SQLite.Application of Space Presentation Faculty of Engineering, University of PalangkarayaBased Location Based Service is designed and built using a Prototype Pressman method, withmap plan designed through Google Earth Pro and Edraw Max 7 which is placed on Google MapAPI where data storage is made in online database Firebase and SQLite as local database withthe development of the application created using Android Studio.Implementation of LocationBased Services on Application of Space Presentation Faculty of Engineering, University ofPalangkaraya Based Location Based Service, which applies to the Google Map API with eachpoint of the room made marker that produces radius which varied where if an application userenter into each radius it will produce notification information room containing the subjects thatare in the room so that the lecture-related rooms can be known.

This study discusses the infrastructure facilities management system in universities. The system is designed using Near Field Communication technology that uses an Android smartphone to support the use of this system and also the web using PHP and MYSQLi programming languages for online data storage. The method used in designing this system is the Waterfall model. This system modeling uses the UML language (Unified Modeling Language). This research was conducted at Pelita Indonesia College. The results showed that the use of Infrastructure Facilities System using Android-based NFC technology is easy to use for Staff and Infrastructure Heads in managing their inventory. Keywords : Infrastructure Facilities, Universities, Near Field Communication, Android. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem manajemen sarana prasarana pada perguruan tinggi. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan teknologi Near Field Communication yang menggunakan smartphone android untuk mendukung penggunaan sistem ini dan juga web menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MYSQLi untuk penyimpanan data secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah Waterfall model. Pemodelan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa UML (Unified Modelling Language). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perguruan Tinggi Pelita Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Sistem Sarana Prasarana menggunakan teknologi NFC berbasis android mudah digunakan bagi Staff dan Kepala Sarana Prasarana dalam memanajemen inventarisnya. Kata Kunci : Sarana Prasarana, Perguruan Tinggi, Near Field Communication, Android.

Nowadays the need for patients to receive prompt and proper care of the hospital plays an important role for the development of the hospital itself. This encourages to the development of various applications and integrated system for enhancing the effectiveness of hospital services, one of which is a self-service method to open floor directory and to enroll oneself with a doctor at the hospital. Therefore, in this paper the authors make the design of an application to support the self-service method. The design of the application is made by using the Unified Modeling Language that is represented by use case and class diagram. Index Terms - UML, use case diagram, class diagram
