The emphasis of this work is on the synchronisation of all activities within the manufacturing system, which is a permanent challenge for both a successful manufacture and business in general. For the realisation of this research task it is necessary to start with the structure of the manufacturing system and to theemphasis the hierarchy of objectives and also the strategies which should be employed for their realisation. Thevalidity of the concept suggested is estimated out by computer simulation, using the initial data from theindustry. The Perftech.Largo ERP software is used in the TAB-MAK accumulator factory. is a simple and technically updated software for creating effective comprehensive business information systems that can at any time provide users with the desired status information in the company. The most commonly used modules in TAB-MAK are: finance, human resources management, sales and procurement, external operations, production, material operations. The simulation program starts with a temporary presumption that the materials needed for reproduction are available in the input data of the warehouse. All work orders are processed and sent to the data entry of the warehouse. The program starts the data at the time of occurrence of any work order within the system at the time required for its realization and automatically takes into account the priorities of each working order. The user has an intermediate warehouse that enables normal operation of the production process and optimal supply time.

The selection of orders means to find a number of products in the warehouse matching a number of independent orders of several customers. It is an important part of the supply and distribution chain, accounting for 65% of the total operating costs of a typical warehouse. Measures like setting a destination, evaluation of performances, planning of the labour force about business, personnel recruitment, charging of personnel, informations about personnel, analytical of labour force and reporting, etc., are considered as vital problems of the human resources management. In this study, these criteria in a variety of data were collected with a large repository Apache Hadoop Distributed File System file system owned. Data entry and analysis were used Apache Pig and Java programming languages. The aim of the study is to help ‘the owners of business’ evaluate the abundance of data and to get rid of the management complexity via an application which is the biggest problem of management system in human resources. Abstrak: Dukungan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo, (2) Mengetahui dukungan informasi yang dihasilkan oleh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian dalam pengambilan keputusan bidang kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo, (3) Mengetahui kendala dalam implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dalam proses penerapan SIMPEG di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo terdapat sub sistem pengumpulan data, sub sistem input data, sub sistem pengolahan data dan sub sistem output informasi, serta didukung oleh komponen-komponen pendukung yang terdiri dari hardware (perangkat keras), software (perangkat lunak), database, sumber daya jaringan dan brainware (SDM). (2) Informasi yang dihasilkan oleh SIMPEG di BKPP saat ini sudah mampu mendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan penempatan, mutasi dan pensiun pegawai, (3) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan SIMPEG di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo yaitu: keterbatasan anggaran dan keterlambatan dalam input data. Kata kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Manajemen, Keputusan, Kepegawaian Abstract: Human Resources Management Information System Support for Decision Making in BKPP Sukoharjo Regency. The purposes of this study were (1) to know the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP  of Sukoharjo Regency, (2) know the support information generated by Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency in the field of staffing decisions. (3) know the obstacles in the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. The results showed that (1) In the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency there are sub data collection systems, sub system of data input, data processing sub-systems and sub systems output information, and supported by supporting parts consisting of hardware, software, databases, netware and brainware (2) The information generated by Human Resources Management Information Systems at BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency are now able to support decision making in placement, transfer and retirement of employees, but not fully support in the implementation of management staffing in the BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency. (3) The obstacle that is encountered in implementation of the Human Resources  Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency are : limited budget and delays in data input. Keyword: System, Information, Management, Decision Making, Human Resources

Modern enterprises are in a time of change and under high degree of uncertainty. There are risks in human resources management of each enterprise, such as recruitment failure and sudden leave or casualties of the key technical staff. These will affect the normal operation of enterprises, these can even cause fatal blow to the enterprise if the problem is serious. Therefore, it is important to establish a sense of risk in the human resources management to prevent human resources risk as an important part of enterprise human resource management, and also important to explore actively about the risk identification and prevention in human resources management, all these are the new direction of theoretical and business research. This paper will elaborate on the above issues, first elaborated on the concept of internal human resources risk and characteristics, followed by risk identification analysis, and then put forward the enterprise human resources risk prevention strategies and response measures.

The development and expansion of knowledge management as an important management philosophy has a significant impact on human resources management as well as on organization as a whole. In this context, knowledge management processes have been used as a strategic tool within human resources management.Therefore, functions of human resources management must adapt itself to this change. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of human resources management in the management of knowledge and to reveal the effects of knowledge management practices on the functions of human resources byexamining the relationship between human resources and knowledge management. In this context, a theoretical investigation was conducted. It has been determined that significant changes occurred on the functions of human resources management such as selection and recruitment, performance management, remuneration and reward, training and development within the framework of the knowledge management strategies.
