A leader in an organization must have the ability to control or influence others. Other factors are expected to encourage the performance of each individual employee, namely job training. This study aims to find out how the description and conditions of leadership and job training influence organizational performance of PT. Trans Oto International both simultaneously and partially. Research samples were 50 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The analysis shows that leadership and training simultaneously affect organizational performance. This shows that leadership plays a role in improving organizational performance and better employee training can lead to higher organizational performance. Leadership partially affects organizational performance, which means that implementing better leadership in the company can improve organizational performance. Training partially affects organizational performance, which means that the better the training that employees follow can improve organizational performance

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dari bantuan dana CSR pelatihan, lama usaha, dan usia terhadap omzet usaha mikro binaan Dompet Dhuafa Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Convenience Sampling yaitu melakukan survei pada responden yang dapat dihubungi, metode ini dipilih karena survei dilaksanakan ketika ada pembatasan sosial terkait dengan merebaknya COVID-19. Teknik pengumpulan data dikumpulkan melalui angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data yang dipakai adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bantuan dana CSR, pelatihan, lama usaha, dan usia secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap omzet usaha mikro binaan LAZ Dompet Dhuafa Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0.811 yang berarti 81.1% omzet usaha mikro binaan LAZ Dompet Dhuafa Jawa Timur dipengaruhi oleh bantuan dana CSR, pelatihan, lama usaha, dan usia. Kata Kunci: Bantuan dana CSR, pelatihan, lama usaha, usia, omzet usaha mikro Dompet Dhuafa, Analisis regresi berganda ABSTRACTThe purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of funding assistance of CSR, training, business age and also entrepreneurs age on the revenue of small enterprises guided by Dompet Dhuafa in east Java. This paper uses quantitative approach method. The sampling collection technique used is convenience sampling technique which is surveying respondents who can be contacted due to the spread of COVID-19. Data collection techniques were collected through a questionnaire, documentation, and interview. While for the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results show that funding assistance of CSR and training partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on the revenue of small enterprises guided by Dompet Dhuafa in East Java. The results of this paper show that the value of Adjusted R-Square is 0.811 which means that 81.1% of the revenue of small enterprises guided by Dompet Dhuafa in East Java is affected by funding assistance of CSR, training, business age, and entrepreneurs age Keywords: Funding assistance of CSR, training, business age, entrepreneurs age, turnover of small enterprise guided by Dompet Dhuafa, multiple regression analysis

Performance is a reflection of the organization's ability to manage and allocate its resources. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial behavior and organizational innovation simultaneously and partially on the performance of MSMEs organization in Lumajang Regency, as well as to analyze the dominant variable affecting organizational performance. The sample in this research is 40 SMEs with questionnaire as the data collection method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that entrepreneurship behavior and organizational innovation influence simultaneously and partially influence organizational performance. Organizational innovation has a dominant influence on organizational performance.

The purpose of this research is to analyza the influence of work motivation and training on the performance of the employees at the Education and Culture Office Of Padang Pariaman Regency. In this study using descriptive analisys. This analysis is to strengthen the argumentation and logic in answering and implementing allegations that will be described in quantitative analysis, for testing this research hypothesis, including multiple regression analysis. The result of this study illustrate that all variables affect the performance of employees. The result of this research where the variable of work motivation (X1) is known equal to 1,670 then training variable (X2) is obtained equal to 1,670, for employee performance result (Y) equal to 33,196. It can be concluded that the motivation of work ad training is influential in improving the performance of employees within the Department of Education and Culture of Padang Pariaman Regency.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. A long working hour will negate child’s Physical and Psychological states. For this reason, it is paramount to investigate the surrounding factors which may affect the working hours among child labors. The finding potentially bring information to stakeholders and authorities which later may assist them in taking the best decision to deal with child labors and further reduce the working hours. This study aimed to investigate the effect of the household education, income, parents’ age, and number of dependents on the child’s working hour in Makassar City. The data were collected from 100 respondents using survey and the data were analyzed with multiple regression analysis technique. The results found that the parent’s education and income negatively and significantly predicted working hours among child labors. Thus, this study suggested that the authorities should reduce the poverty so the families do not further employ their children to support their financial needs. The authorities should also empower the community to shift the child’s daily routines from working to schooling.

The purpose of this research is to test the efficiency, diversification and ownership concentration on risk level of BPR banks in DIY. BPR is chosen because it has a closed relationship with SMEs due to its main functions on the micro economy growth through credit channeling.Research data on 26 BPR during 2012-2016 were tested using multiple regression analysis technique. The test concludes only the efficiency proven to affect the risk of BPR banks. An experiment dealing with behavior within a complex decision situation is described. The independent variables were level of information and instructional set. Two levels of information differed in terms of the number of attributes used to describe the stimuli, while two sets of instructions differed with respect to the presence or absence of a rule regarding the processing of the information. Data were analyzed in terms of the Judgment Analysis technique. Both consistency of judgments and the nature of policies were significantly affected by the level of information and instructional set. Utilization of amount of information was affected only by level of information. The Judgment Analysis technique proved successful as an aid in analyzing judgments within the complex decision situation.

Abstrak :  The problem in this research is Transfer pricing is a company policy in determining the price of transactions between division members in a multinational company, which makes it easy for companies to adjust internal prices for goods, services and intangible assets traded so as not to create prices that are too low or too high. But in practice transfer pricing is one of the efforts of corporate tax planning with the aim of minimizing the tax burden that must be paid by engineering transfer prices between companies that have special relationships. The population of this research is 143 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The research sample was 16 companies with purposive sampling method, with quantitative research types. The data used is secondary data, namely the company's financial statements obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F-statistical test, and t-statistical test. The dependent variable in this study is Transfer Pricing which is Proxied with RTP ( Related Party Transaction) . Independent variables used are Profitability, Tax, Bonus Mechanisms, Foreign Ownership , Debt Covenant and Intangible Assets . The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20. Based on the results of this study simultaneously Profitability, Taxes, Mechanisms of Bonuses, Foreign Ownership, Debt Covenants and Intangible Assets no significant effect on Transfer Pricing . Partially Only Intangible Assets that affect Transfer Pricing .  The conclusion of this study is that Profitability has no effect on Transfer Pricing, Tax has no effect on Transfer Pricing, Bonus Mechanism has no effect on Transfer Pricing, Foreign Ownership has no effect on Transfer Pricing, Debt Covenant has no effect on Transfer Pricing and Intangible Assets Influence Transfer Pricing. Keywords: Transfer Pricing , profitability, Taxes, Bonus Mechanisms, Foreign Ownership, Debt Covenant , Intangible Assets
