The phenomenon that occurs the company is faced with the problem of employees how to make employees, to be able to work by showing good performance. One of the factors that affect employee performance is work discipline, besides that, another factor that can affect employee performance is organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the respondents' responses and the effect of discipline, organizational commitment on employee performance at Azo Florist Cianjur either simultaneously or partially. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples is 50 employees and using a saturated sample. The results showed that employees' responses to discipline were not good, organizational commitment was not good and responses to performance were not good, then simultaneously discipline and organizational commitment contributed or influenced employee performance by 65.5% and the remaining 34.5% was contributions from other variables not included in the model proposed in this study. While the influence of the coefficient of determination partially, it is known that the effect of discipline on employee performance is 12.0%. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has a more dominant influence on employee performance by 53.5%.

With the rapid development of ICT technology, a platform business is exerting a dominant influence in various fields. This type of a business has a great ripple effect in that it creates value by engaging and connecting various market actors such as producers, suppliers, and business partners to the platform ecosystem, rather than directly selling independent products or services. In this vein, the current study introduces the emergence and growth process of Kakao, which has a monopolistic dominance in the Korean mobile messenger market, as an example of a platform business. This company started to be distributed to Korean consumers in 2010 and is currently exercising its market influence in various fields such as commerce, entertainment, finance, and transportation, and more growth is expected in the future. Based on the case investigation, the background of Kakao’s success can be interpreted with a combination of various reasons, such as Korea’s developed ICT environment, a large game users’ population, quick service launch, the strategy to utilize the founder’s previous work experience, and service development geared towards Korean consumers.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan profesionalisme pegawai secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan profesionalisme pegawai secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui diantara kemampuan kerja dan profesionalisme pegawai yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Balangan Propinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan sebanyak 40 respoden. Fashion is one of the most important daily needs of human beings. Dressing in addition to being a necessity can also reflect the way of life of a particular community as well as being an expression on one's personality as an identity identity then a variety of choices of clothing models each person can be influenced by different preferences. Everyone's preference for decision making on an item including dress style is influenced by many factors. This research aims to explain how fashion trends, lifestyle and brand image influence hijab fashion preferences. This research uses quantitative research method. The population used in this study is all Jabodetabek students who wear hijab. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaire method on 155 reponden. The variables used in this study consist of 2 independent variables and dependent variable. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using SPSS 20 data processing program. The results given from this study show that the three variables independents of trend fashion, lifestyle, and brand image have a significant influence on hijab fashion preferences. Lifestyle variables have the most dominant influence on hijab fashion preferences.So that the three variables of trend fashion, lifestyle, and brand image influence the increase of hijab fashion preference in an effort to develop the potential of the fashion hijab industry.Fashion atau gaya berbusana termasuk salah satu kebutuhan sehari-hari manusia yang paling utama.Berpakaian selain menjadi kebutuhan juga dapat mencerminkan cara hidup kelompok masyarakat tertentu serta menjadi suatu ekspresi pada kepribadian seseorang sebagai identitas jati dirimaka beragam pilihan model pakaian setiap orang dapat dipengaruhi preferensi masing-masing yang berbeda. Preferensi setiap orang dalam pengambilan keputusan terhadap suatu barang termasuk gaya berpakaian dipengaruhi olehbanyak faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh trend fashion, gaya hidup dan brand image terhadap preferensi fashion hijab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah seluruh mahasiswi Jabodetabek yang mengenakanhijab. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner pada 155 reponden. Variabel yang digunakan di penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 yaitu variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi liniear berganda dengan menggunakan program pengolah data SPSS 20. Hasil yang diberikan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas trend fashion, gaya hidup, dan brand image  memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap preferensi fashion hijab. Variabel  gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap preferensi fashion hijab. Sehingga ketiga variabel trend fashion, gaya hidup, dan brand image mempengaruhi peningkatan preferensi fashion hijab dalam upaya mengembangkan potensi industri busana hijab.

Abstract:                The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and destination image variables on visiting interest either partially or simultaneously. Besides that, to find out the variables that have the most dominant influence on visiting interest.                This research is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 20.0 for Window program, using a questionnaire with a sample of 91 (ninety one) from a population of 910 (nine hundred and ten) visitors to Ladaya. The results showed that the variable electronic word of mouth (X1) and destination image (X2) had a simultaneous and partial effect on visiting interest (Y). From the t test, it can be seen that the electronic word of mouth (X1) variable has a greater t-count coefficient than the destination image (4.631>3.881). Thus, it can be concluded that the electronic word of mouth (X1) variable has the most dominant influence on interest in visiting Ladaya Kutai Kartanegara.   Keywords: Electronic Word Of Mouth, Destination Image, Visiting Interest

Abstract:                                                                              The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product variations and brand image simultaneously, to analyze product variations and brand image to partial repurchase decisions, and to determine the independent variables that had the most dominant influence on repurchase decisions at Susu Setia. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula as many as 99.61 or 100 people.                The results showed that the variable product variation and brand image had a simultaneous and partial effect on repurchase decisions at Susu Setia in Tenggarong. In addition, the Brand Image variable has the most dominant influence as seen from the B coefficient value of the Brand Image which is the largest compared to other variables. Based on the characteristics of respondents in the categories of gender, occupation, and age, it is proven that consumers are dominated by the female gender, millennial age with student status. Thus, the promotions carried out by Susu Loyal to increase repurchase decisions are targeted at this segment.   Keywords: Product Variation, Brand Image and Repurchase Decision

Abstract:                  The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment and employee welfare programs on morale at Happy Puppy Tenggarong both partially and simultaneously. Besides that, to find out the dominant variables in influencing work morale. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression with the number of respondents in this study amounting to 25.                The results showed that the variables of the work environment and employee welfare programs had a simultaneous effect on employee morale. The work environment variable has a partial effect on employee morale at Happy Puppy Tenggarong while the welfare program variable has no effect on employee morale. Thus, it can be concluded that the work environment variable has the most dominant influence on work morale.   Keywords: Work Environment, Employee Welfare Program

For many researchers involved in leadership, there has long been a dilemma: whether leaders are born, or whether individuals can learn to be leaders? The author of this paper also deals with these issues. Through a concise presentation of the most important theories of leadership, the author sought to determine why the dilemmas existed. He concludes that leadership is learned, which stems from many theories of leadership, but also practice, because much of the knowledge gained through the study of leadership has been used to train leaders, for their development and advancement. In addition, the views of geneticists indicate that regardless of the influence of genes, the environment has a dominant influence on the formation of personality. Genes only indicate a predisposition for someone to be a leader, and whether they will be a leader, depends on how much he is motivated by factors from the external environment.

2020 is the year of the COVID-19 pandemic which made Government implement Large Scale Social Restriction Policy, both Social Distancing and Physical Distancing. However, based on the observation results made by the researcher in the field of the PATEN process in Kecamatan Sako during new normal, people were not yet discipline in dealing with online services. The services continue as usual by implementing strict health protocol such as to wash hands with soap often, to wear mask, to maintain a distance of a meter. Based on the survey conducted in Kecamatan Sako, the respondents still did stuff on the spot directly because the physical files still had to be collected at the PATEN counter to be processed. According to a direct interview conducted with the Head of the Government Section, the management of Family Card and ID card was carried out at the UPT Zone VIII of civil registration since April 23, 2020. The purposes of this study are to analyze the effect of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on people satisfaction in Kecamatan Sako and to explain the dimensions of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy), which dimensions have the most dominant influence on people satisfaction in Kecamatan Sako. This study uses quantitative methods. The method used in data collection is Proportionate Random Sampling. The data quality test consists of testing the validity and reliability of the data using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the t value is 1.985 with a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, so that the results of the first problem formulation are Tangible, Assurance, and Empathy which have a significant effect on the variable of people satisfaction. The second problem formulation explains that the empathy variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable or dependent (y) with the largest Beta value which is 0.551.

Abstract The aim of this study is to find out how the change of individual parameters will affect the flexural strength of steel-concrete composite beams. The project was focused on the choice of strength of materials and the choice of dimension, specifically the height of the concrete slab and the size of the steel profile. The research aim is to reveal which parameters have dominant influence on the flexural strength and thus facilitate the optimization of the design in practice.
