Auditor switching is the turn of KAP and auditor carried out by the company for a reason or there are certain factors of the company or of the auditor itself. This study aims to determine the effect of audit fees, financial distress auditor size, client size, and management change to the auditor switching on manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period. This study used secondary data obtained from financial statements published on the internet through the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id.The research sample is manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014. Sampling using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 96 observations of 32 companies sampled in this study. Hypothesis testing is done by using logistic regression. From the test results indicate that audit fees, financial distress, auditor sie, clients size, and management changes do not influence auditor switching.

Issues about auditor independence is the main cause of enactment of auditor switching regulations. Auditor switching could occured mandatorily because of regulations requiring or voluntarily. Various questions arise when there are several company implemented voluntary auditor switching. This research was aimed to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of management changes, audit opinion of the previous year, financial distress, public accountant firm’s size, company’s size towards voluntary auditor switching. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2012-2014. Selection of the sample is determined based on purposive sampling method. The sample used in this research are 53 companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year 2012-2014.The data used in this study are secondary data, the annual financial statements audited by an independent auditor. Data analysis method used is logistic regression, as the dependent variable is non-metric and the independent variables are mixture of metric and non-metric. The results of this research are management changes, financial distress, company’s size have no positive effect towards voluntary auditor switching, and audit opinion of the previous year, public accountant firm’s size have no negative effect towards voluntary auditor switching. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence voluntary auditor switching in Indonesia. The independent variables used in this study are audit opinion, size of public accounting firm, change in management, profitability, financial distress, company growth and institutional ownership, and voluntary auditor switching as the dependent variable. The audited financial statements of non financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 to 2016 are used as secondary data in this study. The selection of samples used purposive sampling method and there are 78 companies and 234 observations meet those criteria for samples. This research is analyzed using logistic regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The result of this research show that independent variables namely audit opinion have influence on Audit Switching.While size of public accouting firm, change in management, financial distress, profitability percentage, institutional ownership, and company growth does not affect voluntary auditor switching.

This study was conducted to find the effect of merger, management change, company dissatisfaction, audit fees, audit delay on auditor switching turnover in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. Data used in this study namely secondary data of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 20142018 with a sample of 76 companies. This study used logistic regression analysis. The results confirmed that (1) the merger variable had no effect on auditor switching (2) management change variable had no effect on auditor switching (3) company dissatisfaction had an effect on auditor switching (4) audit fees had an effect on auditor switching (5) audit delay had an effect on auditor switching.

This research aims to analyze factors determining the likelihood of auditor switching. The populations in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015-2017. The type of data collected in this research was secondary data. The data analysis used in this research were 133 selected companies after applying purposive sampling method. The methods of data analysis were descriptive statistics, correlation tests, and generalized linear model (GLM). The results of this research indicated that the variables of financial distress, profitability, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) reputation and management change are significantly determinants of the likelihood of auditor switching. The paper further discusses and interprets the finding of the study.

This study aims at analyzing the influence of the Public Accountant Firms Size, Size of Company, Financial Distress, Audit Opinion and Management Turnover toward Auditor Switching. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2015 consisting of 134 companies. The sample was obtained by purposive sampling technique which resulted in the sample of 26 companies. Methods of data analysis using logistic regression and SPSS 21 using data and other information obtained from Annual Report. Results of this study shows that the Public Accountant Firms Size and Management Turnover have significant impact toward auditor switching, size of company have influence auditor switching. Financial distress and audit opinion did not effect auditor switching significantly. The value of Nagelkerke R Square is 0.283. conclusions of this study is the Public Accountant Firms Size and Management Turnover have significant impact toward auditor switching, size of company have influence auditor switching. Financial distress and audit opinion did not effect auditor switching significantly.

<span>This research aims to analyze and determine the effect of the audit opinion, change of management, financial distress, and the size of the public accounting firm on the auditor switching. This research uses secondary data from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies that have been listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2017. The population in this research were all manufacturing companies. This research uses the purposive sampling method. Samples were 94 companies of 144 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, so the research data analyzed amounted to 282. The analysis technique in this research was the logistic regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing in this research indicate that audit opinion, Change of Management, and size of public accounting firm have a positive effect on auditor switching. Meanwhile, financial distress does not affect auditor switching.</span>

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the ratio of activity, solvability, firm size to company’s profitability in manufacturing companies food and beverages sub-sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2017. The sampling method is done by using purposive sampling. The method of collecting secondary data is taken from the IDX that publishes the financial statements. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis with Eviews 9. The results showed that total asset turnover is positive significant, debt to equity ratio is not significant and firm size is not significant to profitability of company. F-test results show total asset turnover, debt equity ratio and size independent variables in this research simultaneously don’t have a significant effect on the return of equity of companies in the food and beverages sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Financial reporting in a timely manner is one of the important factors to maintain the relevance of the information contained in the financial statements of a company. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of profitability, solvability, the complexity of operations, audit firm’s reputation and company’s age on audit delay, partially and simultaneously. This research uses secondary data obtained from goods and consumption industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2018. This study used a purposive sampling method that produced 28 companies and 112 samples. Sample data were processed using descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. The result of the partial significance test shows that the profitability and complexity of operations influence audit delay, while the simultaneous significance test shows that all variables simultaneously influence audit delay.

To avoid the unwanted things related the auditor independence, the company should make an action to do mandatory auditor switching. But, there are several company that do a voluntary auditor switching. This study aim to find empirical evidence on the factor affect the manufacturing companies especially consumer goods industry sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange such as management changes, audit opinion, and financial distress to do a voluntary auditor switching. The data used in this research are the manufacturing companies especially consumer goods industry sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2015. A total of 33 manufacturing companies especially consumer goods industry sector are used as the sample. Method of analysis used is logistic regression analysis. Overall, the finding showed that there is no significant evidence that management changes, audit opinion, and financial distress as the predicted variable for auditor switching. Suggestion for the future research is to extend survey area coverage and add more variable that can influence auditor switching.

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio to Return on Equity in basic industrial and chemical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018.These are 76 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018. Of the 76 listed companies, 10 companies were selected using purposive sampling. The data used in this study are secondary data, with how to collect the information needed from idx in the form of financial statements for 2016-2018. The method used to analyze the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable is multiple regression method, and assumption test. Results of the discussion shows that simultaneously the independent variables: Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio with the F test, jointly affects the Return on Equity. Result partially with the t test, the variable Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have an effect against Return on Equity. Keywords : ROE, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio
