The aim of this study is to identify the features of fraudulent journals. Fraudulent journals wasted valuable manuscripts when scholars and authors publish their works in this kind of journal. Fraud journals publish the articles without reviewing the process with a high rate of fee. Purposive sampling technique and document analysis method have been used to conduct this research. One Scopus indexed journal has been selected for reviewing their articles and investigating the publication process. Based on the discussion of this study, the researcher found some characteristics of predatory/fraud/ journals that will help the scholars to avoid publishing fake journals.

This research uses a quantitative approach using descriptive methods. The population of this research is all stocks that are included in the largest market capitalization for the period January - March 2020 with a total of 50 shares. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method, so that 28 stocks were obtained as the research sample. The variables of this research are stock price, JCI, Bi 7-Day Repo Rate, Return, Risk, Selected Shares and Proportion of Funds. The data analysis method used in this study is the Single Index Model. Based on the research results, it is concluded that there are 3 stocks that meet the criteria for optimal portfolio formation and the proportion of funds for each of these stock, namely PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. (FASW) 53.40%, 45.48% stock of PT. Bayan Resources Tbk. (BYAN) by 45.48% and stock of PT. Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk. (POLL) by 1.12%. The implication of this research is to provide an overview or information for investors about the advantages and disadvantages of Islamic stocks during the Covid-19 pandemic.   Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh saham yang masuk dalam kapitalisasi pasar terbesar periode Januari – Maret tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 50 saham. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehhingga diperoleh 28 saham sebagai sampel penelitian. Variabel penelitian ini adalah harga saham, IHSG, Bi 7-Day Repo Rate, Return, Risiko, Saham Terpilih dan Proporsi Dana. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Model Indeks Tunggal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan, bahwa terdapat 3 saham yang memenuhi kriteria pembentukan portofolio optimal dan besar proporsi dana masing-masing saham tersebut, yakni saham PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. (FASW) sebesar 53,40%, 45,48% saham PT. Bayan Resources Tbk. (BYAN) sebesar 45,48% dan saham PT. Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk. (POLL) sebesar 1,12%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran atau informasi bagi para investor tentang potensi keuntungan dan kerugian saham syariah pada saat masa pandemi Covid-19.

The Qur'an, apart from being a basic guideline in religion, has long been a primary data source in various studies and studies because of the richness of scientific concepts contained in it. Istifhâm as one of the various sentences used as a medium of interaction in the Al-Qur'an. In this study, the researcher discusses the istifhâm in the 20th Al-Qur'an juz. This research is a qualitative research with a research library research design. The purpose of this study was to describe the types and functions of the interrogative words (istifhâm) contained in Al-Qur'an juz 20. The data was collected using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments were data cards and recapitulation sheets. The data analysis technique used the content analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the researchers found 32 data in the form of adawatul istifhâm, including hamzah, man, hal, maa, aina, kaifa, maadzaa, am, and ayyana consisting of 26 istifhâm majazi and 8 istifhâm haqiqi data which are divided into 9 functions and istifhâm goals.   Al Qur’an selain sebagai pedoman pokok dalam beragama sejak dahulu telah menjadi sumber data primer dalam berbagai penelitian dan studi karena kekayaan konsep keilmuan yang ada di dalamnya. Istifhâm sebagai salah satu ragam kalimat yang digunakan sebagai media interaksi dalam Al-Qur’an. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membahas istifhâm pada Al-Qur’an juz ke 20. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian library research. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis dan fungsi kata tanya (istifhâm) yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an juz 20. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling pertimbangan (purposive sampling). Instrumen penelitian berupa kartu data dan lembar rekapitulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peneliti menemukan 32 data yang berupa adawatul istifhâm antara lain hamzah, man, hal, maa, aina, kaifa, maadzaa, am, dan ayyana yang terdiri atas 26 istifhâm majazi dan 8 data istifhâm haqiqi yang dibedakan menjadi 9 fungsi dan tujuan istifhâm.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk infiltrasi budaya global dalam pesta  Baratan serta pengaruhnya terhadap perubahan perilaku sosial masyarakat Jepara. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis interaktif model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya global yang masuk melalui pesta Baratan berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan perilaku sosial yang sedang berkembang dalam masyarakat Jepara. AbstractThis study aims to determine the form of global cultural infiltration in the Baratan festival and its influence on social behavior changes in Jepara society. The study conducted with qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique. The research data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis and were analyzed using the interactive analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman models. The results showed that the global culture that entered through the Baratan festival influenced the formation of social behavior that was developing in Jepara society.
